Small, but with interesting displays. They were quite interested in selling us silk scarves after giving the talk about how the silk was produced.

Museum is small, but interesting, with information in English. There you can learn how the silk is made and they also explain how to recognize a fake silk, also you can buy silk scarf, the simplest one for 20$ and you know it’s real silk. You can also buy a small bag of Lotus tea (i guess around 50g) for 2$ and lucky zodiac coin for 20k dong.

Compared to a lot of the places you can visit with the tickets, this is probably the best for information and also has free toilets! Bonus.

The museum will have their own staff to explain what is showing and they will guide you to the next places. The entrance ticket already includes everything so you dont have to pay an extra fees for it. The museum also replicates a traditional rich house in Vietnam from acient town. This will help you experience and learn lots of exciting things. A must visit if you want to know more about Vietnam fold culture when you have the time.

One of the more substantial local museums 🌟 learned a lot about traditional local crafts and livelihoods, all in a lovely old building. Recommend this as one of the five things to check out with your ticket 👍

Friendly people, many exhibits give the feeling of antiquity, peaceful setting, everything is wonderful

A lovely building typical of ancient town with plentiful information and displays of Hoi An Folk Culture. You'll recieve a warm welcome to the musuem, as you're offerred samples of many teas from around Vietnam, informed of their origin and shown the tea-making process (they also sell the teas you can sample). From here, you can freely explore the two floors of the museum to view displays on the clothing, fishing, farming and trade history of Hoi An, as well as some impressive Caligraphy. Certainly worth a visit with your ancient town pass.

Free museum (always a good start) filled with photos of the different ethnic groups found in Vietnam. Some really interesting stories that go along with the photos, well worth a read through. Each group has an outfit , some of which are the last of their kind. If you want to find out about a little bit of the many cultures I'd really recommend visiting this place, I would say give yourself 60-90 mins to go through it all.

This museum is more engaging than some of the others as it gives a good overview of Hoi An’s history in relation to agriculture, crafts such as pottery and carpentry, trade and way of life. There is also a lovely woman who embroiders handkerchiefs and will customise them with your name free of charge

Its a beautiful little display of what hoi ann was in its golden days. Things from a bygone era, and home to small art galleries. Though needs some upkeep. Its still one of must visit places in the old town.

Authentic and quiet place to visit, with great history. I actually came here twice, both times with different feelings. The "tea lady" in the middle house was so nice and friendly, she treated us some tea even if we didn't buy anything afterward. She said that's her passion and hobby, so as long as people drank her tea, she's happy.

A quaint place housing some unique artefacts of the different trades in Hoi An. The silk looms are fascinating don't miss the section selling hand made sketches on rice paper

Quite museum with ancient artefacts. Icing on the cake was the tea tasting stall put up inside the museum. They had an amazing collection of different flavours of tea, my friends and I tried several teas and also bought for gifting to friends and family. Everyone loved it. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.

There's lots of different exhibits to use your five tickets on but I would say this is one of the better ones. The staff here go into great detail on how silk is made and the facilities are really well done.

I liked this museum, there were a lot of exhibits, they were interesting and the building was nice and cool!
The tea tasting was fab (particularly as it was pouring rain outside!).
If you are going to see a museum - I'd make it this one!
