Bay Sand Villa

Bay Sand Villa is a wonderful retreat that somehow finds itself in the sleepier part of an already tranquil town, whilst still only being 3-5 minutes away from the action.

The rooms are nice and natural, with simple stone and wood aesthetics. The facilities are great - there's a bath, a smart TV, mini-fridge and AC. The bed is big and comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the peaceful water.

The service was professional, although there was no one on the desk when we came back around 9pm. This wasn't a problem, because should you need something you can contact them through WhatsApp.

All in all, it's a great place to relax at, with a nice swimming pool close to the river, a cool lobby area for socialising and clean, airy rooms. Recommended!

A lovely hotel with amazing service. The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful in planning activities in the area and giving general knowledge on what to do. The room was very clean and well kitted with large bed, bath and facilities. So much nicer than we expected! Best breakfast I’ve had so far! Bay Sand Villa is located in a very unique position and out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An!
All in all I would definitely recommend this place, especially because of the warm and welcoming way the owner treated us as guests!

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at Bay Sand Villa for our anniversary. We had such a wonderful time. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The staff made us feel so welcome and went our of their way to help us with anything we needed. It is a little far out the centre but we used the bikes to cycle to the city centre. We both really enjoyed staying a bit further out as it was so peaceful. We chose to extend our stay from 3 nights to 4 night as we loved it so much. I really recommend staying at Bay Sands.

Very nice an quiet place near the river, with a good swimming pool. Awesome and helpful staff always ready to help you and to give you hints and suggestions on what to do, they rent bikes too, which is good as the location is a bit far from the old town. You want peace, come here.

I have stayed in this villa for 2 days. This is really good villa in Hoi An with nice view, good staff and especailly, here is a wonderful face for you and your family ralaxing after busy days. You should try to come this villa once time to enjoy!

Amazing villa, unique architecture and beautiful river view. I really like the private sandy beach, there are many great activities here, I organised a BBQ party with my family, and everyone felt happy, thank you

I have been here for our short relaxing trip for the weekend. Before I turned back to dedicated work.
This places was so nice and quite. I got a nice welcome from the team, and instructions to reach to their places.
There is near by the river, nice and fresh air. Room was good and large for me as I took the studio, but they not allow to cook as the local policy. But it’s ok. We got nice breakfast served with some local choices. I picked Cao Lau noodle one, which is my favorite one there:)
By far, the teams are nice and helpful, places are worth for the payment. It’s just little bit hard to find.
I really highly recommend this place for Everyone who would love to slow down and settle of the life, laybacks, take rest.

Von der ersten Sekunde einfach nur wunderbar! Eine unglaublich liebe Begrüßung mit ganz lieben Gastgeberinnen und auch sonst war das Personal stets parat und wollte helfen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr sauber und einfach super! Klasse Sicht und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen und dem hektischen Alltag und dem Tourismus zu entkommen. 100% Empfehlung!

View nhìn ra dòng sông rất đẹp.
Villa này mình thích nhất là rất yên tĩnh và phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau những ngày làm việc căng thẳng.
