Our stay at Laluna in Hoi An was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire team, from security to the diligent workers, all under the exemplary leadership of Mr. Nam, the manager. Mr. Nam's genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness made our experience truly memorable. He not only assisted us with travel arrangements and booking activities, including a visit to My Son Sanctuary and Basket Boat, but also provided invaluable recommendations for local spots to eat, shopping, and sightseeing spots.

What truly sets Laluna apart is Mr. Nam's infectious personality, which seems to infuse joy into every corner of the hotel. Each interaction with him left us feeling uplifted and appreciated. Mr. Nam would graciously accepted our decision when he offered assistance, demonstrating politeness and respect without any hint of pushiness.

The hotel itself exudes cleanliness, spaciousness, and an aura of respectability. We only wish we had more time to spend in Hoi An, as our stay at Laluna was simply delightful. The pool provided a refreshing escape, the staff were unfailingly friendly, and the ample breakfast buffet catered to all tastes. The hotel's flexibility was demonstrated when we needed to check out early for a morning flight; they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us to take along.

Laluna offers a perfect blend of friendliness, professionalism, and respectability. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Oh my God! We absolutely loved this place. The staff were just so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was just so beautiful and so comfortable. The amenities were so convenient with a pool and bar, restaurant with wonderful breakfast buffet, REALLY beautiful outdoor area, really fast laundry service (ours got done within a few hours), comfortable and clean room, and night market within 5 minute walk. Trust me, you will love it here. Oh, and it's nice and quiet at night.

Another note to add is that there are lots of pagodas/temples/attractions nearby. You buy a ticket at one of them and they give you 5 tickets and a map that shows you many locations nearby where you can use those tickets.

We had such a a lovely stay at Laluna. If I could plan this trip again, we would stay longer! We were a family of 4 -- me, my husband, teenage daughter, & my 82-year-old mother. Our 4 night stay at the Laluna was part of a 3 week trip that included visiting with lots of family and lots of sightseeing. This was my mother's 4th return visit to her home country. She was so happy to finally visit Hoi An, as severe flooding had prevented her from visiting during a previous trip. Mr. Nam, the hotel manager, provides a personal touch and was so kind and welcoming. Upon check-in, we were provided refreshments and cool wash cloths to freshen up. Mr. Nam gave us a quick orientation and helped us with booking any tours or shows that interested us. He gave us good advice on seating for the Hoi An Memories show (recommended). We had the family suite of rooms, which was perfect, as we had 2 full bathrooms and separate beds for everyone. We had a beautiful view on the riverside with balconies overlooking the river. The rooms are well-appointed and well-maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job. There's a small mini fridge and an in-room safe. Room service is convenient and prompt. There's a small, unheated pool, a lovely place to lounge in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet is excellent and well-stocked with plenty of fresh choices to suit all tastes. We loved the made to order omelettes (cooked to order in front of you -- lighter, fluffier, fresher than your standard American fare) and fresh fruit every morning. The location is convenient. Just walk across the bridge to the Night Market (nightly) or to peruse, shop, and eat around Old Town. We enjoyed their spa twice. We definitely recommend the Laluna Signature Therapy and the Hot Stone Therapy. The entire staff, including the doorman, front desk, and buffet servers were all wonderful, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The Laluna was one of the highlights of an outstanding visit to Hoi An. We would definitely stay here again when returning to visit Hoi An.

Our stay at Laluna in Hoi An was excellent! The location is great, just outside the old city, but away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was fantastic with a nice view of the river, and the staff are all very friendly. Our service here was among the best we experienced during our trip through the country. Breakfast in the morning is very nice, with many options. We loved the laundry service, very fast and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in Hoi An!

A wonderful boutique hotel overlooking the river, 5 minutes walk to the night market. The perfect location, peaceful but within easy reach of the old town. The staff are so lovely, kind and attentive. The rooms are Indochina styled and are elegant. The breakfast was excellent. 5* for everything, would definitely recommend !!

A boutique riverside hotel with stunning view, beautiful Hoi An style decor. Its location is perfect, just 10 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast is included in the room price, delicious and diverse. Especially, the staff is nice and supportive. Highly recommended!

Long overdue review, but Laluna and its staff were incredible on our three night stay. Welcoming and accommodating, this boutique hotel had everything for a comfortable visit. The breakfast buffet was amazing (a different type of soup every morning, fresh fruit/pastries, and of course Vietnamese coffee) and the service was even better. Rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you to Laluna for making our trip so special.

Lovely boutique hotel. The staff were the best from the beginning to the end of our stay, they were attentive but not too much, they were very concerned that everything in our room was perfect and to our liking, they learned our names and greeted us coming and going.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well kept and in a great location close to old town but not too close.
Again what made it a special stay was the staff, hands down the best we have ever experienced!

A oasis in Hoi An.
our young family stayed here in mid October in the super deluxe double room.
Perfectly located just outside of the Old Town, this an ideal base to explore the city. The riverside location is picturesque.
The room was clean, spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the river at night. The pool is compact but an ideal spot for an afternoon cool off. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced in Vietnam.
The standout of this hotel was the staff - everyone was delightful. We were travelling with our small baby and the staff doted on her. They were always there with outstretched arms & a warm smile to help keep her entertained.

The hotel provides excellent service. I carelessly left my passport and other valuables in the safe deposit box upon checking out. Upon calling the hotel, they found my items and kindly sent their hotel driver to bring me the items at the airport. I made it to the flight with help from the hotel and flight crew. The hotel is well located and has a great breakfast spread.

We spent only one night at Hoi An and stayed in this hotel, connecting room, for 4 people. Everything is perfect. Spa is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool looks nice but we didnt have time to swim. Location is very strategic near the old town but not in crowded area.

Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel and Spa was fabulous. The hotel was in such a great location with river views and a short 5 minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town.
The rooms were beautifully styled and very comfortable with a huge bed and really great bathroom with good water pressure from the waterfall shower.
The food was phenomenal but most importantly, the staff were amazing. They were super friendly and welcoming.
We had such a wonderful stay here and would definitely return to this hotel when we next travel to Vietnam.

Room is good and service is attentive. The elevator is unusually small. With 3 persons and 3 suitcases, we have to make 2 trips.
I will suggest that the gym opens earlier than 7:30. Otherwise, people will not have enough time to hit the gym, shower, eat breakfast before going out to sightsee.

I still give 5 stars even there were some things that I did not like:

- the hotel staff is really pushy when it comes to booking tours or spa
-when we where checking out the hotel staff was intrusive and asked us how we will rate them and that they will wait for our review today
-one of the staff members was veryvery touchy (on female and men)

The room and the service was fantastic. The rooms were well equiped and location was great. The breakfast was almost the best part!!

The staff were very friendly and helped with suggestions on things to do in Hoi An. Helped with airport pickup and transport to our next destination. Made everything a breeze. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the old town.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experienced. Located just a few minutes from Hoi An Old Town. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all so friendly and accomodating. Definitely a great hotel if you are staying for a few nights in Hoi An.

To my surprise, I discovered that Laluna hotel offers tour consultation and agency services in addition to accommodation. Once I became aware of this, I reached out to Ms. Nhu Huynh to help me plan my activities for the five days I would be spending in Da Nang and Hoi An. I was impressed by Ms. Nhu Huynh's responsiveness and attentiveness throughout the process. She flawlessly arranged everything according to my preferences.

During one of the day tours, Ms. Nhu Huynh went above and beyond by notifying the guide about my well-being and requesting that ginger tea be prepared for me, as she knew I was not feeling well.

I highly recommend relying on Ms. Nhu Huynh for all your travel needs in Da Nang and Hoi An. Her exceptional service and dedication will ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at while in Vietnam. Nancy, Nam and the rest of the team went above and beyond our whole stay and were always so happy and kind.
The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was delicious. I spoke to a few guests while staying here and we all extended our stay as we loved the hotel so much.
The pool was great and we loved being able to use the bicycles. Finally the location is the perfect distance from old town.
