Pearl River Hoi An Hotel

We stayed in this hotel 2018 and it is still amazing until now. The owner is very nice. Just sad how pandemic affected many businesses in Hoi An esp hotels. We hope that people would come and stay in this hotel! Quiet and away from busy street. Short bike to old town and amazing staff! Thumbs up to Pearl River Hoi An! We would love to come back and stay here again and again and again.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days. There was always someone to greet us when we came in, always umbrellas waiting at the door if it was raining. We went during the wet season so there were very few other guests (risk of flood), the hosts were very lovely, breakfast was ready every morning and it was far more then we could possibly eat. The hosts were very kind, even changing small things based on our preferences like making watermelon juice instead of passion fruit with breakfast as they noticed we liked it better and serving breakfast earlier on days we had tours booked. We had one issue with the shower and the gentlemen came up immediately and fixed it, even cleaning the water mess caused. The room looked like the pictures, big bed, bathtub and nice facilities. We used the laundry service, got massages, and room service, there were no surprise costs at check out. It was a half an hour walk to Old Town and we made the journey sometimes twice a day so not too far but we were offered bikes if needed. The pool was really nice, clean and fresh. The area is really safe with lots of restraunts on the same street. Some nights we walked back to the hotel at 10pm and at no point did I feel unsafe, all the locals are very friendly. I would recommend and I would book here again.

We can't say enough about this small boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left 9 days later, the staff was friendly and helpful making our stay a wonderful delight. Jessie, Tony, Judy and all the other staff greeted us everyday by name and made us feel at home; so much that we booked another 2 days and were sad to leave. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was lovely to watch the boat traffic and the fisherman downstream with his net from our balcony. Our front room was large and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The electric car (golf cart) is available at all times to take you to the old town. Bikes are available to use and we rode on the walking paths along the river in both directions. The buffet breakfast was ample with many choices and served in a nice open dining area and patio. Judy and her staff were very attentive. The restaurant is open all day for food and beverages. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner was also very kind to drive us to the old town and back with his own car.

Although not in the central area of Hoi An, the hotel is still in a great location.

Breakfast is a feast of fresh fruits, Western food like cereals and traditional Vietnamese food like noodles and soup. A bit disappointed about the coffee as I would have preferred strong Vietnamese coffee to the weak American coffee that they serve.

Bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Thank goodness for air conditioning! The hotel also has a swimming pool. Not too big but adequate for the size of the hotel.

All in all, a place I would highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff - The manager Pearl and front desk employees Jade and Sapphire (doubtful it’s their real names haha) were very accommodating when we had last minute changes to our itinerary.

Amazing breakfast with different selection - daily eggs and bacon!

They have plenty of bikes in good condition for free rental - 10-15 minutes to Hoi An town (very easy to get there) and 25 minutes to the beach (along the way of rice fields).

Very spacious and clean rooms. People seemed to enjoy the refreshing pool as well.

This is the best hotel! We had an amazing welcome from Jessi and all the staff. The room was fabulous, clean and cool with a balcony and view of the river. The pool and massage was wonderful. Breakfast very good with a large selection of items and excellent service. There is a free shuttle into the town, also a nice walk in by the river. Thank you all for a wonderful honeymoon stay!

Great hotel near Hoi An. Lovely rooms with balconies overlooking the river. Free shuttle to the town, free bikes. Good breakfast included freshly cooked omelettes or pancakes, lots of fruits, juices, etc. A short walk to the top restaurants in the area. 4km to the beach. Staff are exceptionally lovely. Pool doesn't get the sun but that's often a plus.

When we arrived early in the morning(09:00) we were welcomed in a very nice way. We could join the breakfast because we were so early and a room was prepared while we were eating even thought the check in was way later. The breakfast is good and they have western and vietnamese food.
The location is a little bit further away from the old city centre, but with the free bikes or the free shuttle you will be there in 10 minutes or less. Because it's further away it's really quiet at night and you can really relax here.
The swimming pool is in the centre of the hotel, but it's here about 30 degrees so I think it's a good thing.
The rooms are big, modern and clean. The air conditioning workes good and the room is well isolated so it's stays cool.
All together a good hotel if you would enjoy a bit more luxurious hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Anna and her co-workers could not have done more to make my stay there the highlight of my stay in Hoi An. My room was at the front and I woke to fishing boats preparing for their day on the river. The breakfast was five star, buffet and also food off the menu. My room was beautiful, large with a most comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel right on the river with a swimming pool. The rooms are quiet, welcoming, and have a safe in the closet. They have a golf cart that will drive you into the main area of Hoi An at a moments notice. There are also bikes available for your use. In addition, the breakfast is very good.

A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is very quiet, 1.2 km from the city center but the hotel has a small golf kart to go back and forth from the city center to the hotel. The swimming pool is relatively large. Food for breakfast is good. Highly recommended!

We are small family with two little children (boy is 8 and girl is 11 years old), booked family room from Pearl River Hoi An Hotel. Wow, the room is so big with one queen bed for me and my husband and twin beds for my children. There are two private balcony face to swimming pool, our bathroom has both standing shower and bathtub. It makes our travelling so relax and comfortable. View of hotel is river view and staff are so friendly and easy smile. They play with my children like our home. Moreover, out swimming pool is suitable for my kids. We stay there 3 nights but we will stay more for next trip. They offer shuttle bus for free to the Beach, our kids love the beach too. Thanks to give us the best place for family vacation. It is our pleasure to high recommend for our friend.

Very rarely do I give places 5stars, this one definitely has earned it from the start till the end, reception is absolutely awesomeness, the respectful and they very helpful.

Pool is great, rooms are well maintained. I'm a massive breakfast person, one or 2things could be improved but still great breakfast.

The staff at Pearl River are amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is also very clean and a pleasure to stay in. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. The last gesture of the staff left a lasting impact on me: After we checked out of the hotel, we took their service to catch our flight that morning. We forgot my daughter's backpack at the hotel in the rush to leave on time. The hotel receptionist called the driver of the service to tell him that we forgot one of our bags. We had already driven about 20 minutes towards Da Nang airport and if we turned back, we were at risk of missing our flight. So they organised for one of their staff to bring my daughter's bag to a set location while we waited for him. This saved us going back to the hotel and we made it to our flight on time. This is the kind of wonderful staff that work at Pearl River. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is located at the end of a quiet street, over looking the beautiful and peaceful Thu Bon river, this is the second time we are staying at this hotel, the staff here are very friendly, good choice of buffet breakfast. There is a a free buggy ride into the Old town of Hoi An. We will be back here again.

Perfectly located on the river at the end of a quiet bike path. Tony and the rest of the staff countlessly went above and beyond and ensured that we enjoyed our 3 night stay. I love Hoi An and plan on visiting again and staying here every time.

Absolute gem of a place with brilliant friendly staff. Make use of the free bicycles to access the market area by riding along the river path or catch the complimentary buggy down to the market. It’s worth the little extra to upgrade to the river facing rooms. Honestly brilliant value.
