Lily's Pancake Hoi An Restaurant

A great little spot in the old town but just enough off the beaten track to avoid the traffic and the noise.
I loved the fact it's a family of four sisters that run it. They are very warm and friendly. I got the homemade granola bowl and added some peanut butter.
It's not as cheap as if you eat the local food of course but it was delicious and sometimes when travelling you just need your comfort. And that's very much what this place is - comfort. Totally recommend.

I happened to go in and saw that they were making vegetarian spring rolls, everything was fresh and I got it! It's really delicious, the food is very well prepared. I had dessert with lemon cake, indescribable, mom's special recipe!

A gem of a place, and probably the only dessert place in Hoi An that’s not street food. The pancakes aren’t what you would expect - they are more buttery (perhaps custardy) in the center and crispy on the edges. Each serving comes with a stack of three and a scoop of good quality, creamy ice cream (we found good quality icecream hard to come by in Vietnam). The menu also displays an array of savory dishes. We had a conversation with the owner who is very lovely and a great businesswoman. Sitting upstairs you get a great view of the river, boats and lanterns. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We just ate at Lily's for the first time and loved it! 2 adults, 5 kids. We finished everything and would order it all again next time. The pancakes are not huge but were so delicious. The homemade ice cream was fantastic. We also ordered some spring rolls and fried rice. We enjoyed each course. Can't wait to be back!

Well I would have put a picture on but I demolished them so quickly as they were absolutely delicious. However, this is the rest of my friends 🤣. The recipe is from the owners mother and they were very fritter like. The best I’ve EVER tried. They also have a really cute baby who doesn’t mind being held 😍😋

Great pancakes! We were looking for a brunch place and I can highly recommend Lily's Pancake restaurant. Staff is attentive, prices are good, nice quiet music and beautiful views :)

Lovely, young owner Lily learned from her mom how to cook all these special dishes and now preps them for her guests. Super quality! Also vegan options. Everything is hot, delicious!

Super cute Restaurant. Very friendly and the pancakes and spring rolls are so delicious! Also not as annoying as all the other restaurants before who try to get you inside. Walking the few meters further is definitely worth it:)

I'd highly recommend Lily's pancakes! Her pancakes are truly the best in the world and you've got so many options. From a traditional banana pancake to a gelato ice cream pancake, she has an option for every one! She also has 10 different Italian Gelato flavors, so be prepared, you're going to have a hard time choosing! Her husband does the drinks and he makes a great cocktail! We had a great time listening to music while having the perfect river view. So happy you guys opened! We'll definitely be back.

There’s no doubt you will agree if you tried any food here, this restaurant has the best tasting food in town. Not a fancy place but the best! Nothing I can point bad here

Went in there with one of those “you don’t quite have what I crave” attitudes since I wanted mango yoghurt but without sugar and theirs is already prepared. She was really positive and insisted she can try and concocted something but had way too much ice and not enough fruit but when I said I can’t drink that she still positively said that’s fine you don’t have to pay for it. Still payed something just cause I appreciated the gesture

we loved the banana pancakes (comes with one big one), it’s crispy and fluffy at the same time. today we tried the lemon pancakes (three smaller ones) and they are just as good & crispy!!

The pancake really awesome; i ate the coconut pancake ; mango sticky rice and drink a cocktail; it’s nice and yummyyyyyyyyy. The staffs are kindly ; especially Ms.Ngan ; she was introduced for me about HoiAn . And the view to face with Hoi An Old Town and River . I really love this place . I’ll come back here again. Thank you guys so much cause You made my day 🥰🥰

We were walking past and saw Lily’s pancakes, the best pancakes I have ever had, came back for dinner and the food was delicious the best Vegetarian spring rolls, the chef organised a boat to pick us up and take us up river

Lily’s pancake was such a hidden gem!! So glad we chanced upon it. BEST PANCAKES. It’s the lady boss Lily’s mom’s personal recipe. The pancakes are really different. Crisp at the sides and soft and pillowy in the middle. Love it so so much we came here twice in a row.

This is my favourite place in Hoi An! The family running the place is the best and always smiling. Not only is the restaurant a cozy place to sit and eat, but the food is amazing! I think everyone should try their banana-pancake, I could come back to Hoi An just for that! Such a great place!!

Delicious food and calm, relaxing atmosphere. If you sit on the second floor, you get a spectacular view of the old town and river. The owner was super kind and accommodating.

I would recommend the Pesto Pasta (the pesto is homemade!) and the Cao Lau.

Lily is very kind and her food is wonderful. Lots of options including vegan! Best Cao Lau! Reasonably priced too. Must try!

Lovely place by the river, jazz music in the background, staff are lovely and not pushy at all, pleasantly chilled.

This place is such a gem  I had to make a video to try and capture its unique vibe.
The pancakes are beyond delicious and cute toddler son of the owners runs around enthusiastically greeting the guests and occasionally jumping into the street with his parents rushing after him. It really feels like a home away from home. I cant recommend this place enough!
