ROXANA RIVER VILLA

I have travelled all over Vietnam and this hotel is superior to all of the other hotels in its category that I have stayed at.
Breakfast was excellent, hotel and the room were beautiful. Staff great and the price was competitive.

Location perfect beside the river, far enough away from the downtown madness but easy walk along the river if you want to go.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it! The hotel staff are amazing and so was our room. Our room overlooked the river and had a balcony, which was so nice in the morning to have coffee on. The bed and pillows made it feel like we slept on a cloud and I can honestly say it was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was also amazing, with fruit, juices, and made to order items. Everything here was perfect for us and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

A delightful oasis in busy Hoi An. The accommodations are the best we have had in Vietnam. The staff is fantastic. The pool is perfect and so cooling at the end of the day. The location is perfect. Right on the river but just far enough from the hustle bustle to be quiet and restful, yet still a quick cab ride or walk or bike to the center of town. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Quaint little place to stay, friendly staff and clean. Local food easily available along the walk by the river. Sweltering heat in July is a huge deterrent though, but the food makes up for it as bonus. Night strolls by the river is picturesque. Bicycles available at the hotel for those who prefer cycling to walking.

We stayed for 10 days and chose this location because our friends live close by hence the reason we are in Hỏi An. The hotel room is exactly how it looks online. Beds are comfy, the a/c is cold (once it runs for a minute or so) The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean, the bathtub is huge and the towels are thick. The hotel is charming and quiet since it’s at the other “end” of the old town. It’s a quick bike ride or grab ride from the center and the beach.
Thế Cậu Lâu at breakfast is delicious I only wish they had it everyday but so far it’s every other day. They also serve a nice fruit plate and the mango is so sweet. We are able to bring a coffee to our room in the morning then go back later for breakfast,which is nice to have coffee on the balcony overlooking the river in the mornings. We haven’t tried other items on the menu but the selection has many choices and the food the other guest had looked very nice.
They have free bikes to ride around on and the river path goes a good way down the river before you have to turn up on a different road to access it again.
We would stay here again as it’s a very comfortable hotel. The rooms and good size and the bathroom is very spacious. There is elegant tile work throughout the rooms which is a nice detail. It’s quiet in the mornings with the facials sound or roosters which we love! We recommend this hotel!

The review is a bit late. Went there in september 2023. It was a little gem in Hoi An. The room was perfect, very clean, spacious and the staffs were very friendly and communicate well in english. Breakfast was delicious with choices of pho and local vietnamese foods. We also felt safe around the hotel. we even walked back to the hotel after watching Hoi An Memories show at night after 9 pm. My husband and I had a wonderful stay there for 3 nights and would recommend this hotel.

For a long time traveler, this was one of the best place I have stayed over a decade. River view was great and room was immaculate. Not to mention kindness of people here, want to come back anytime soon.

A really lovely hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel pool area is really nice. The staff were helpful and gave us a city map and recommended places to eat and get clothes made. The location is good, it’s on a quiet part of the river and about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town and markets. The hotel also has pedal bikes for guests to use for free. Breakfast was good with a range of options available. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had 5 nights at this spotlessly clean and pretty hotel in a great location right on the river and a pleasant 20 min walk to the centre of Hoi An along the river. Staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help book cabs, recommend restaurants and ensure our stay was enjoyable. Great views over the river, lovely pool, tasty breakfast and free bikes which we made good use of. Would highly recommend it.

The chef at Roxana River Villa effortlessly accommodated my vegetarian diet, surpassing my expectations with their culinary expertise. Each dish was a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, showcasing the vibrant and diverse Vietnamese cuisine. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail in creating these meals truly made me feel pampered and well taken care of.

Great clean hotel rooms with friendly and helpful staff that will help you with activities around Hoi An. Location is good, it’s out of the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful and very clean hotel at the riverside with friendly and helpful staff. Free bike rental and tasty breakfast. There is a small street along the river by which you get easily to the old town. Definitely highly recommended and much more prefered than staying in the touristy old town.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
If you will be in Hoi An, the hotel is highly recommended.
Especially the hotel is 5 minute walk from the Memories show through the north bridge.
To get to the old town, you only have to pay $1.3 (30,000dong) for Grab.
All employees provide very good service and the river view in the room is really nice like the picture.
They satisfied me enough in Hoi An.

Location gives a romantic vibe. Accomodating staff, tasty breakfast and clean! Quiet and breezy however, local neighborhood should be more considerate to lovely businesses like this in Hoi An because midnight karaoke is not something people in holiday are really keen of.

The staff are absolutely wonderful - I felt so welcome. The view and location are lovely . The infinity pool I used at least twice a day and was spotlessly clean and a delight to swim in. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The beds were so comfy. the laundry was quick and everything smelt so fresh and inviting.The free bikes were brought out for us quickly and with beaming smile..... what more could anyone want. Fantastic stay.

An excellent hotel with lovely staff and fabulous views of the river. Easy walk along the river to get to the old town. Great swimming pool which is part in sun, part in shade, so works for everyone. Free bikes for hire. Would highly recommend, I loved my stay here.

Such a delightful hotel. The rooms are beautifully laid out and so comfortable - an excellent place to watch the river. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional. Breakfasts are delicious and the pool is an amazing way to cool off after a walk through town.

5 stars for sure. Facilities are newly brand so the rooms and pool were super clean. Service was extraordinary. Breakfast was pretty good. It's in a pretty cool location that is walking distance from town, and they provide free bicycles which is nice. All around we loved it.
