Absolutely delicious meal here - loved the setting and view over the river. The food was so tasty and really prepared with care.

We went back the next day to have the cooking lesson. It was absolutely perfect. Thanh was so knowledgeable and friendly, she taught us so much about the farm and then also at the market. It was amazing to see how the local markets work, to be able to purchase ingredients and then cook them was so much fun. The dishes were really tasty, so interesting to learn about how to make local dishes and then receive the recipe cards at the end was a great bonus. Thank you so much also to Susan for seating us at a great table and looking after us!

Great food and atmosphere! We had the morning glory salad which was my absolute favourite (I’ll probably be dreaming about this when I’m back home). Everything else was pretty decent too (wasn’t super amazing but seafood was fresh and sauces pretty good).

Slightly pricier than your smaller stalls of course but given the fancier atmosphere, quantity and type of food served, I guess it’s justifiable.

Would totally come back again just for the morning glory salad! Super appetising!

Great food and very attentive service. At very reasonable price too. We ordered a selection of plates to share highlights were the white lotus dumplings, the seafood pancakes and sugar cane prawns. All was delicious though. Ðaō, our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

A fantastic cooking class!
We had a great time on the cooking class. We went to the organic herb fields and then to the local market to see where our food was coming from and how it is all produced.
We then had a brilliant 2 hour cooking class where we made 4 dishes.
The guide/chef was amazing and made the whole experience 100x better than we could have imagined.
It was the highlight of our trip to Hoi An.

Nice restaurant by the river and bridge! The food was really good and offered all the local specialties and more! You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the restaurant and dishes by the presentation of the plates and atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and will leave you feeling full! The staff were really nice and advised us on how to eat some of the dishes. They were very attentive and served us free tea at the end! The owner also personally came to check on us and gave us insight about Hoi An.

We had a delicious lunch here, there’s a big range of lots of different dishes to try. Everything was reasonably priced, and really fresh and tasty food. We also had a great view of the river from their outdoor seating area. What stood out in particular was the great service we received - all our servers were very friendly and also explained each dish to us, and the manager of the restaurant also took the time to chat with us!

Lovely dinner spot by the river with great service and food. We felt immediately welcome by the staff and owner, and got a great table with a view as well. All of the food we ordered came out fast and it was all very good quality! Would love to return here next time!

The appetizer we got the green bredding shrimps. It was absolutely delicious and such a unique taste.
For the main course I got the lobster with cheese, really delicious as well. But be prepared to wait a bit, it takes some time to prepare.
The staff was super friendly and took their time to have a chat and even remember our names. Such a lovely atmosphere.

Best food experience in Vietnam so far.
The most delicate and genuine taste. Very local recipes. Service was outstanding.
I ordered a couple of dishes that needed explanation from the waitor and he had such a kindness to explain to me everything.
I'd totally recommend if you are in Hoi An.
If you're lucky you can find a place on the terrace.
At the end of the meal I was offered a local tea, delicious!

The best food I ever had in Vietnam!!!! First time I enjoyed Vietnamese food 100% and more!!! I recommend Faifoo Central Restaurant to everyone who visits Hoi An!! Also, both the view at the river and the decoration of the restaurant are just amazing! The owner -Susan- did a great job!!! Definitely I will be back 🙂

We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant in Hoi An. We enjoyed the 5 course set menu meal at a very reasonable price. The food was extremely tasty (loved many of the dishes). We ordered both the traditional and vegan meals.

Faifoo is definitely the best restaurant in Hoi An! The menu contains traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. All the dishes are made from fresh ingredients and the flavors, textures and appearance is simply perfect. Service is unbelievable fast and overall excellent. The house is brand new so the atmosphere is very modern and cosy. I highly recommend Faifoo restaurant!

Excellent restaurant with delicious food, very good value for money, nice river view and good service. Here they offer the true Hoi An cuisine with local-made ingredients and the price is only 40% of similar food in five-star resort. Our family's dinner (2 adults and 2 kids) only cost 40 usd, whereas the pretty same dinner in the five-star resort we stay cost about 110 usd. Besides that, the owner and staff are very friendly and you can feel the positive energy from them. A must-try experience in Hoi An.

Superb experience, best food we have had in Vietnam and that is saying something in this country. We had the 5 course tasting menu which was not only sublime but great value. The staff were amazing as well, doting on my children with gifts and attention. We loved it and will be back again

Probably the best meal I’ve ever had! I would give 10 stars if I could. And the food in Vietnam has been excellent. I’m so glad I opted for the set menu. This was was available for one so I didn’t feel discriminated against 😂 as a solo traveller often is. I had the vegan set menu which I also appreciated. The lovely staff also gave instructions on how to eat the dishes. Susan was friendly and passionate about her local food. Can’t recommend it enough. I may go back tomorrow. It’s also in an lovely spot overlooking the river.

The food is absolutely fantastic here! We had two starters and two main courses and everything was so delicious. You can tell that a lot of effort is put into the selection of ingredients, the preparation and the decoration of the plates. The ambience is also very nice and the service is very friendly and courteous. Everything is thought of here with great attention to detail.

We loved Faifoo Central restaurant. During our stay in Hoi An we went four times to this place. Everything was perfect, food, service, facilities and location. We tried many different items from the menu and all were very good. On top of this all was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. It is a must if you are in Hoi An. Thank you Susan and your crew for an amazing experience 😍

Went here for our first dinner in Hoian, and learned about their cooking lessons. Based on our nice meal, we signed up. It was awesome! Got everything provided, hotel pick up, tour to farm where the veggies are grown, market for ingredient shopping, and 4 awesome dishes to make. Worth it!!

This is by far the best restaurant in Hoi-an . We have stayed here almost a week and came on the last night. Wish we had found it earlier.
It’s situated by the bridge looking over the river. The outside balcony is such a sought after place to sit.
The food is delicious and of the highest standard. We had the prawns with green nuggets to start then fish in banana leaf with salad and mango dressing and steamed rice and also Beef in Bamboo.
The owner Susan is so friendly and attentive and takes time to get to know her customers. Would highly recommend this restaurant. It is first class. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food and service were excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. What impressed me the most was the affordable price. Despite the low cost, the quality of the dishes was outstanding. We had 5 dishes menu, which included all the famous Hai An local foods. The flavors were rich and authentic, outstanding in taste and presentation.

On top of that, we had the pleasure of dining outdoors, near the river, enjoying not only the amazing food but also the beautiful view.
It was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience at an affordable price.
