Had such a great experience here! I was so worried about making sure whatever items I got made would be strong enough to fit and support my bust, these lovely ladies made sure I had strong fabrics, they listened and designed my very specific ideas! In LOVE with my items. Would recommend 🌟

The tailor and service experience at Shine Tailor is amazing. I was able to choose everything according to my preferences. The tailoring was done within 30h including try on and adjustments.
I am really happy with the suits and the shirt.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish at Shine! The ladies were so kind from the moment I walked through the door, listened to exactly what I wanted and were so patient with alterations over the course of a few days. The prices were so reasonable that I ordered two of everything I had made, in different colours. The shop is far quieter than some of the bigger tailors and I never felt rushed at any point! All of the women are amazing and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The stitching on all my items is absolutely perfect, well worth the price! Definitely the tailor to go for if you visit Hoi An!

I have been recommended this tailor by a Vietnamese lady at my hotel and I must say it was the best advice I ever received in Vietnam! The team at Shine is extremely friendly and professional and also honest, in the sense that they don’t push you to do many designs but rather start with one and then see. all of the ladies there were so sweet! had an overall amazing experience. not only did we get beautiful clothes fit just for our bodies but also made great connections with all of the women💖 especially dee!!!! i got 2 tops, 2 bottoms and a dress made and it took less than 2 days! could not recommend enough! thank you!

Great service, 3 fittings within 36 hours. We got a bridesmaid dress, 2 velvet cardigans, casual trousers (men), 2 white dress shirts (men, one with cufflinks), and one casual Hawaiian shirt. Price-value ratio is great, we brought our own design ideas and they were fulfilled fully. This is my third tailoring experience in South East Asia (one in Bangkok, one in Ho-Chi-Minh City) and this has been the best one so far. The rating of 5 stars is completely justified.

Such an amazing experience here! The prices were very fair for the great quality. This isn’t one of the ‘cheaper’ tailors in Hoi An, it’s a high quality one at a fair price (so make nicer pieces you want to last here). I had a suit made, plus a linen dress and jumpsuit. The team was so friendly and adjusted everything until I was happy with it, all with a smile. And then they helped us get it shipped back to Canada. Would definitely come here again and recommend them to anyone!

The result was really great
I had a bit a special wish of a blouse and could just roughly Show Pictures. At first it was Hard to find matching colours of two different Materials But in the end we Found a very Beautiful purple. After try on I was not so happy with the arm length ( I think it was a communication problem) but it was adjusted without any troubles and in the end it is really a dream come true.
I recommend to bring 2-3 days so that you have enough time to make your final adjustments.
I hope i can wear this blouse a lot :)

I had a great experience at Shine - the staff are excellent and speak great English which makes the process easy. They have good prices, and are happy to make any adjustments through the process for you.
I purchased two suits, and my Partner had a pair of pants from Melbourne copied, and all of the items came out perfectly !

I suggest wearing a shirt or some dress shoes if you come to get the full look when you try the items on 😂

We were recommended Shine Tailor by our hotel in Hoi An, and we had the best experience! We were only staying in Hoi An for two nights so we needed a quick turnaround for the clothes. Shine Tailor exceeded any expectations - they managed to complete a full three-piece suit, blazer, several ties, pocket squares, business shirts, silk dress, skirt and top in under 24 hours!

My partner and I were so impressed by the precision, quality and attention to detail of the tailoring. The service was extremely professional, welcoming and accommodating. The staff were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process - from brainstorming the design of each garment, to choosing the fabrics, taking our measurements and making adjustments. I showed the staff reference pictures of garments that I liked, and they were able to not only recreate the style from the pictures but also enhance and customise the style to suit me! My partner didn't know what design he wanted for his garments but the staff were very happy to work with him to design each piece from scratch.

I had an amazing experience at Shine. This shop is a little out of the main thoroughfare of the old town which is really nice and everybody working in the shop was unbelievably friendly. My favourite pants had gotten holes in them so I went to get a copy made and Shine did an amazing job. The seams were all beautifully finished and the pants look the exact same. I'm so happy! I also got a dress for work made up. They listened to all my concerns and made the dress completely custom to my needs, such as a modest v neck and room in the hips and waist to move around. I am so impressed by the perfect fit they were able to achieve. And everything was finished in 8 hours! They even surprised me by patching my old damaged pants! I highly recommend Shine to anyone looking to get custom clothing in Hoi An. Thank you so much guys!!

Had an amazing experience today at Shine tailor. Seen a pattern on a dress today outside the shop which I really loved and asked if it would be possible to have it made into a top and matching trousers which thankfully it was. The lady’s in the shop were so kind and by the evening had made me a lovely 2 piece outfit with the material. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Super happy with the quality and price at this tailor shop! Very good service, friendly staff that speaks good english and they always bring you a bottle of cold water. We got 6 items here(linen and silk) and they came out great!

Highly recommend this place. I ordered a linen dress in a very busy season and they made it the same day!! The quality of the material is amazing and dress fits me perfectly. I send them a photo of a dress I wanted and they made it exactly the same. I could not be happier with the experience, will definitely come back in the future.

Very helpful team, I got two suits made and a shirt. Alterations are no problem, they have no problem changing anything you’re not happy with (just not fabric/ colour). Really friendly team, always very welcoming and hospitable.

Recently visited the store and was greeted by the almost amazing team. A shop full of really engaging and charming women, hand crafting the most amazing items. There is a lot of choice on the road, but I felt the most comfortable in this store. Decided to copy a pair of rare shorts that I love, and not only was the price competitive but after trying on one pair I had to order two more. The shorts fit exactly the same as the ones I sent, and have a number of great details added on that actually make them better than the shorts they have copied. The turn around was very quick, less than 24 hours and the quality is top - I seriously tried to snag some of the thread but couldn’t see anything of low quality. Back in London I’ve done some basic tailor work, and would compare this quality very similar if not higher than your average high street store. Will come back when visiting this part of the world again

We have stayed here for a week this time, it’s really good and visiting our fav tailoring shop in Hoi an. I can’t recommend you enlighten for this wonderful experience at Shine tailor. The owner will be there all the time for delivering the best service- Mrs. Lan and her daughter Hue. And other is Thuy - Te- Linh- Giang and Hoi for the excellent service - assistance!

I had a great experience getting an assortment of items made - two 3-piece suits, sport coat, trench coat, black leather jacket, and a dress shirt. I was happy with the speed, quality, and level of service. Tea, was especially pleasant to work with and I’m excited to get more items made at Shine Tailors in the future!
