Eco Lux Riverside Hotel & Spa Hoi An

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful and very clean and spacious hotel. Lily was so warm and made us feel so welcome. She was always there with a welcoming smile during our stay, ready to help us out with anything we needed (including clicking some photos for us too!).
The breakfast was delicious too, and the views from our river facing balcony room was outstanding.
Would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for two days and the people in reception were really friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were neat and spacious. The location is quite distant from old town, however there is bicycle which they provide for free and grab cars are also easily available. On one day when we had a tour at 5.30am, they even arranged for breakfast of bread and fruits to accommodate our request.

The staff at Eco Lux Riverside to start are the most professional, kind, caring staff. We stayed for many days and they accommodated our every need, and I'm the process became more like family and friends. If you visit Hoi An, your only option should be to stay with them and let them host you. You'll be well cared for, I assure you!

In my opinion this hotel is great , the staff is just amazing, they are so cute and so polite, great customer service the rooms are good, big and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The location in my concern is good because is not in the middle of the town centre, so is quite and you can relax and rest when you want and if you want to go to the ancient town is just 10/15 minutes from the hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a map and short introduction of Hoi An, where to go, try out local food and activities. We had our own scooter but they offered us a bicycle free of charge.

It's about 1.2 KM from the old town. We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff is very friendly, always welcome you with a smile. breakfast is good enough with a very delicious chicken noodle soup. We definitely come bank

Eco Lux Riverside Hotel in Hoi An offers a fantastic experience. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They serve delicious food, and I loved every meal I had there. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the riverside and Hoi An's charming old town. The view of the river from the hotel is stunning, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Great Hotel 5 minutes (per Car) outside Old market. Clean rooms, great Hotel and so friendly staff.

Of course, there may be some stains on the wall or some dust on the counter, but this is normal for Vietnam (without meaning that disrespectful). The gym has only some basic equipment but will do for holiday pumps 😊

Excellent staff, Day was extremely helpful in giving me advice for Hoi An. You can take bicycles into the town for free.

- We loved the free bicycles! It was such a nice way to see old town
- The bed was so soft and comfy. It was regularly cleaned
- I personally loved the bathroom! It was so big and the bath was delightful.

Lee and Kim were great, the room was spacious enough and the AC kickin'... They have moto bikes and regular bikes for use and it's away from all the craziness of the old town so it's quiet and chill, has a pool and a spa if ya wanna get your relaxation on..also provided laundry service too!!! we like this place !!!

We can only recommend this place to everyone looking for a relaxed, nice and easy stay in Hoi An. The staff is more than cautious and cares a lot about the customers.
We discovered this place before covid / international lockdowns of 2020 and were so happy about it. The hotel has enough bikes for everyone which can be borrowed anytime. It is conveniently located: the city, all the touristic attractions, the rice fields and the beach are easily accessible with bikes. Besides, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

We happened to stay longer in the hotel because of the lockdowns and were few clients in the same situation. The staff and the owner helped us a lot and warmly welcomed us!
