Little Town Villa

The owners of this hotel, Vinh and her husband, are the most welcoming, friendly and lovely people. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool is clean, relaxing and the perfect temperature. There is a wide platform about shin deep making it great for small children. If you include breakfast you won't need to eat until dinner, it is plentiful and delicious - a mix of western and traditional food. Vinh and her husband have been in Hoi An their entire lives, so their connections mean they can organise tours for you easily. They also own the tailors next door which is high quality.
The location is perfect, a quick stroll down to the river and day markets. Coffee shops only 1 minute walk and a very do-able 15 min walk to the night markets.
You definitely won't regret staying here!

Wow. The reviews don't lie. This has been my favourite stay through Vietnam so far.

The property is so cozy and well-maintained, and the staff made me feel very welcome here. I got great recommendations for things to do, had a fantastic swim in the pool, and made use of the free bikes to check out the beach and rice fields. The location is a perfect distance to the old town as well.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A hidden gem. We just loved our stay here in Hoi An. The staff were kind, accommodating & helpful.
Our family (kids 6 & 10) enjoyed swimming in the pool, short walks to the ancient town, bike riding with the complimentary bikes, beautiful breakfasts & a fantastic large family room. The amenities & cleanliness of Little Town Villas was perfect!
We would definitely recommend & look forward to returning on our next trip to Hoi An!

Absolutely loved this property. Best one during our Vietnam stay across 5 locations. Very well maintained, traditional Vietnamese villa with all modern amenities, so best of both worlds. Friendly staff. We stayed here with our 2 kids (7 and 10 yo) and 2 sets of elderly parents (70s). Everyone loved and felt comfortable here. My son says when he grows up, he will return here and stay longer 😀

A cute small hotel in a good location close to the old town. The room was very small, balcony view was someone’s messy backyard but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was very simple and limited. I’m giving this place a 5 start for their staff. From the beginning to the end, they were so helpful and nice - so rare for Vietnam. We were leaving Hoi An at 5am and they made us some breakfast and coffee for take away so we could have some food. Kindest hospitality I’ve experienced in this country. Also free bikes and convenient scooter rental was great.

Fantastic stay. They were so helpful and accommodation. Anh was so lovely and delightful on reception. She helped with a fairly quick turnaround laundry. The owners were on top of any request we made. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms a great size with comfy beds and nice bathroom. So good we were supposed to stay somewhere else out 2nd night but cancelled and stayed at Little Town instead.

We loved our stay and I think the warm hospitality from the hosts and staff were a big part of that. They were super helpful with everything from recommendations, arranging airport drivers and letting us borrow bikes. The pool area is really nice. Hopefully we can come back some day. I can´t speak well enough of this little gem in the heart of Hoi An! Walking/bike distance to everything, this boutique hotel with it's serene pool and amazing breakfast offers a very nice place to relax and unwind between your Hoi An adventures. Breakfast was fresh and a mixture of western and delicious Vietnamese food with lots of fresh fruit. Eggs in any form and very good banana pancakes are made on order. The nice girl in the reception welcomed us with freshly made passion fruit juice and talked us through the sights nearby when we arrived. The hotel is run by a family who made us feel like home and took so good care of us. When our room turned out to be unsuitable for our toddler, they changed us to another ASAP without hesitation. The rooms are very nice and well equipped, as well as the bathrooms. We had a very early morning flight from Da Nang and the mother made us breakfast to go and waved us off 6 am just like our own would've done. I will recommend this Little Town Villa to anyone I know. Thank you so much for making our stay in Hoi An so special!

Little Town Villa was a perfect base for us during our time in Hoi An, and is very affordable and value for money. We booked directly over email and the staff were very responsive and helpful, organising an airport pickup from Da Nang too. The location is great, a short walk into the action of the Old Quarter but distanced enough to avoid the noise and the tourist masses. The room was very clean and comfortable with a/c and a ceiling fan, both needed during the humidity of the rainy season. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a great daily selection of fruit, eggs, toast, cereal and some Vietnamese treats too! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

This is the perfect Villa in the little town of Hoi-an. Located just outside the old town, about 10-15 minutes walk it is the perfect location to set yourself away from the hustle but close enough to get to all the major attractions in Hoi-An. You are given access to some bikes to make your stay a lot more convenient. Honestly a bike is the best way to see Hoi-An, you can do a self guided bike tour which takes you all the way around Hoi an and the beach side in a few hours.
The rooms here have everything you need for a comfortable stay, beautiful bathrooms and quality beds for a good night's rest. We had a balcony which overlooked the pool, perfect for having coffee ☕ in the morning and a drink 🍻 in the evening.
I want to leave the best till last, the service. This is rated a 3 star hotel but it is 5 star service. If you want guidance on your stay in Hoi an they will help you every step of the way. Their attentiveness is second to none, if you have any questions or concerns about your stay, the staff are on it like street vendors on first time tourists.

I really loved staying at Little Town Villa. The room was beautiful, just by the pool. You can easily reach Hoi An city center walking and there are many local businesses close to the villa. I really recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is very comfortable and clean. The service was very helpful and nice. The owner is a wonderful person. She invited us to a free dinner, talked to us in her free time, and at the end of our stay gave my wife a wonderful wallet as a souvenir. I highly recommend this place, I think it was the best during my entire stay in Vietnam

We absolutely adored our stay here! The owner, Vinh, is so caring and kind. Anh at the front desk helped us arrange pick up to and from Danang, and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. The location is perfect, right outside of the old town. The entire staff was so sweet and friendly, we honestly felt like family there. The hotel has bikes you can use any time to get around, so it’s quick and easy to visit different sites around town. Breakfast each morning was simple but tasty. The pool was divine and we frequented it almost every day of our stay. Also of note, the owner Vinh also has a tailoring shop next door that makes lovely custom clothing. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Hoi An- I know it is going to be our go-to next time we’re back!

Once again Vinh and Hau give us amazing stay.You will not find a nicer place to stay in Hoi An.This is my 9th trip to Vietnam and Hoi An and this hotel wins hands down.Value for money ,clean ,quiet ,friendly.If you want a tailor then use Tan Tan part of the family buisness. Hau has been a tailor 38 years and attention to detail is fantastic.
Its so close to the Old Town a couple of minutes walk and a good 20 min bike ride to Ang Bang beach

Gorgeous and great value hotel just outside of Hoi An's Old Town. Little Town Villa offers fantastic service, a beautiful setting and spacious rooms with all the amenities you'd ever need at an unbeatable price.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with both Western and Vietnamese food options available, free bicycle hire, and discounts on custom tailored clothing at the tailor shop next door, which is also managed by the hotel's lovely owner.

Despite the hotel's close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An's Old Town and Night Markets, the location is quiet and peaceful - great for couples and families.

The ladies who run this place are very kind and hospitable! They ensured we had everything we needed and went out of their way to introduce us to new spots around town as well as called for rides for us. The pool is absolutely amazing, completely shaded from the harsh sun. The tailor next door, family run, was amazing as well. We had 4 completely custom pieces tailor made and they let us alter it until it fit perfectly. Would 100% come back again.

While the hotel is only small, it’s actually very well located just a short walk from both the river and the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner also has a tailor shop next door should you want clothes made. Behind the lobby is a pool, that whole small offers a changing depth that spans knee height all the way to 2m deep. They serve a buffet style breakfast each day and offer spring rolls and as fresh rolls, breads and fresh fruit along with a variety of local delicacy’s. They will also make up eggs, omelette or banana pancake if you ask. Staff are friendly and always smiling and helpful. They do t have so many rooms but the ones they have are a good size and offer good sized bed with shower and see stone bath a separate toilet, wardrobe and coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Our room was also equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan and had a private balcony. The owner was friendly and supportive and front desk staff offered advice for first time visitors, which was helpful. All in all it’s a great little hotel, however a few small niggles happened including short supply of hot water late at night When we ran a bath but there was plenty of hot water for showers. The separate toilet and shower was a nice and practical design and the hotels rooms sit back from the road so it’s nice and peaceful. Definitely a good location. We visited while on honeymoon and they placed towels in the form of two swans and covered the bed with rose petals which was very kind.

Great location, just outside the fracas of old town but easily reachable. The hotel provides you with free bikes which make getting around very easy and fun. The amenities and the pool are great, and the staff is next level great. I had an early morning flight (before the standard breakfast) and matron made me a to go breakfast to send me off.
