Come here and support the loveliest family in town! I live here long-term in a room upstairs which is the same as the ones they rent out short-term downstairs. Lam and her family are among the kindest people in Hoi An. Her mother and father in-law do not speak English but it doesn’t matter because you can tell they are so sweet and they will give you a big smile and “Hello!” when they see you. The place is very safe. The rental rooms do not require you to walk through her private home, which is nice. They are "motel style" rooms off to the side of the house. There's four rooms total including the two long-term tenants, so they only rent out two rooms. Lots of peace and quiet! Sure they are not huge rooms; but you have everything you need, including a mini fridge, hot shower, big bed, thick curtains, Tv, crisp clean sheets, and a good energy, as well. The rooms are modern, good AC. Great location — cycle into old town in less than two minutes on the free bikes, or walk into town in about ten minutes or less. At night the lanterns hang in the big tree out front, which provides sufficient shade all day long. Down the laneway is a convenience store (with the cutest kitten - tell my buddy "milk" i say hi!!) and a little rice paddy field, with a water buffalo, which is quite charming. Cheap massage places and quaint shops just steps away. And the best Korean food ever just a few houses down the alley. This is overall a solid choice!!!

Great family hotel. We were delighted with the taste with which the owners of the hotel furnished the rooms. Very comfortable bed with excellent quality linen. The room has everything you need. Our absolute recommendation.

The host and her family were so lovely and helpful :) the apartment room and bathroom were super clean and stocked up with a huge bottle of water to last several days. She sorted our taxi to the airport for our last day too and was really easy to communicate with via Zalo throughout the 7 night stay :)

Xanh La is the most kind and lovely person in Vietnam! We arrived at 7am and even thought our room was not ready because people had not check out yet, she gave us free fruit and amazing ginger tea. Also, pillows for us to nap on the sofas because we came from a long bus. The room is super clean and neat!! Definitely a yes!!! We will be back! ❤

Xanh La is brand new, it has the privacy and facilities of a hotel, with the personal touch of a homestay and was by far, the best place I have stayed during my time in Vietnam. I would definitely stay there again. Huoung, the hostess is so lovely, helpful, and she has excellent English.

She gave me a free personal tour around Hanoi on her scooter and showed me popular areas as well the area she grew up in, This experience was priceless, yet did not cost me a cent. There was a bicycle to use for free at my leisure, yet the location was so fantastic that I could walk everywhere. There was even a lantern making workshop right around the corner. They gave me directions to places previous guests went to, use of umbrella and raincoat. They even gifted me a bag of fruit when I left.

The bed was really comfortable and soft, and there is a mini fridge, an air conditioner and a TV and Wifi. There is complimentary tea, coffee, and water bottles, as well as really cheap drinks and snacks in the room. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge range of food and drink to choose from. My room had its own door seperate to the rest of the house, so I could easily come and go as I please without disturbing anyone.

Beautiful bathroom with a huge showerhead, one of the best showers I've had! I could not recommend this place enough and I look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely bathroom, great ac, nice breakfast, big soft beds, nice kids (too many, but OK 😊) very very hospitable family. Gave us fruits from the garden and even made us a snack bag for when we went to the beach.

Very nice place to stay.. near the historic center .. you can also use the bicycle for free to ride the city and surroundings

특히 위치가 올드타운과 안방비치 중간정도에 있어 소란스럽지도 않고 편리했어요
이가격에 이정도 여건이면 추천입니다..

Небольшой уютный отель и очень хорошее местоположение, можно взять велосипед бесплатно. Достаточно большой номер. Есть рабочая зона, большая кровать, красивая ванная комната. Советую ☺

Die Lage ist super für jeden der es ruhig mag. Das Flussufer ist nur wenige Minuten entfernten und in die Altstadt läuft man 10-15 min. Einen Roller kann man für 120k / Tag mieten oder Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen. Es gibt nur 4 Zimmer. Man wohnt mit der Familie "im Hof". Die Zimmer sind sehr neuwertig, super schön eingerichtet, sauber und haben definitiv Hotel Niveau. Das Bett war das bequemste seit langem. Für das Frühstück gibt es genug Auswahl. Es wird zubereitet und auf der Terrasse serviert. Die Portionen sind ausreichend groß und es ist sehr lecker (besonders das einheimische Frühstück).
Die Gastgeberin und deren ganze Familie waren unglaublich lieb und jederzeit für uns da.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann dieses Homestay sehr empfehlen.

２泊しました。
今までに泊まった宿で、一番コスパのいい綺麗な宿。
１人で過ごすにはお部屋は広く、ベッドも広い。シャワールームも洗面台もあり、これで1500円でいいの？というくらい。
自転車で中心部まですぐですよ。
ホイアンは、日帰りで通りすぎるにはもったいない場所なので、是非数日滞在して欲しい町です。
そして、素敵な宿が沢山あるので、もっと探索したいです。
でも、ここは本当に素晴らしい。
でも、奥さん以外英語あんまり通じないけどね。
スマホで翻訳しながら意志疎通してました(笑)
