Hoi An Village Experience

Today I went on a village tour with one of the most amazing tour guides I have ever had. Cu was extremely friendly and funny. He was so kind and took us around the village where he lives and his home. He was smiling and sharing his good energy and vibes with all of us. I got to meet his wife and one of his children. They were lovely too😍😍🙏. All the farmers and people who served us were very kind and lovely. The tour included cycling, water buffalo riding, traditional farming, fishing, and riding the boat. We also danced with the farmers on the boat, it was really funny 😂😂 I had SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE with all of them. We had the chance to cook a rice omelette and then had lunch together. I recommend 100% going with him and doing this tour. It's a unique life experience. You won't regret it😍👌🤩🤩
@Hoi An Village experience

Mr Cu's Hoi An Village experience was the best thing we have done so far on our trip. It was a lovely tour, cycling through the rice fields and leaning about the crop.
Mr Cu speaks excellent English, is funny, engaging and professional, able to answer all our questions. The lunch was prepared by his family at his families cooking school and it was delicious. The best tofu I have ever had.
I would recommend this tour to anyone. It was such a lovely day.

I highly recommend the Hoi A village experience, my partner and I had such a great time visiting the market, spinning around on the basket boats, fishing/crabbing and most of all the cooking class. Nhung was very informative and great fun! A lovely family run business.

This was really fun and I would highly recommend the afternoon tour for a family with teenagers. Mr Cu and his wife Dzung are both friendly and enthusiastic. Husband enjoyed getting into the rice field and the buffalo ride. Basket boat was a blast for the kids with some crab hunting. The basket drivers were very energetic and it was a lovely area. The cooking experience as a family was entertaining and the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks Hoi An Village Experience for the great memories.

Amazing Experience!
We did a private trip, as the booking was already full.
We are picked up from the hotel and taken directly to the market to collect the fresh ingredients. I have an allergy to lots of foods (Rubi Ha made sure to pick ingredients that i could try). We then made our way to the coconut boat. We were greeted with tea and fresh dried coconut before entering the boat.
On the boat we got to experience spinning, crab fishing and fishing.
This was then followed by the cooking class, with all the fresh ingredients bought from the market. We made many tasty dishes, which we then got to eat after.
Rubi Ha was our guide and chef, very friendly & informative.

This is the best tour I have done- Mr Cu was able to customize a tour to meet the needs of my four children and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the rice paddies riding the water buffalo, plating the rice and feeding the buffalo. This was followed by the basket boat ride where the skillful boatmen danced to the song of “Gandam style” and engaged us in fishing for crabs! The last stop was at Mr Cu place where we cook and had lunch with lots of photos taken! Mr Cu was personable, humble and nice!

Highly recommend this tour! Mr Cu and his wife are the best tour guides I’ve ever had. Not only are they knowledgeable locals, but they have such a fun energy and are delightful to be around. My friends and I were smiling & laughing the entire time. They are very close with and supportive of their community which was great to see, and they are a perfect example of ethical tourism. We loved it so much we went back the next day and did a second tour with them.

If you’re curious to discover Vietnam in all its authenticity, then this tour is for you. Words simply cannot describe this experience; it is almost unfathomable just how good it is. Mr Cu’s personality is worth it alone. From start to finish, there was nothing but laughs, joy and happiness. From riding a buffalo, to an authentic rice farming experience, and a free lunch at a family home, this is a must for any tourist in Vietnam.

We had a fantastic time on Mr Cu's tour. Lots of laughs and amazing food, even though i was a bit scared of the crabs we caught! Can't wait to try the recipes back home. Would recommend to anyone!

Our first food tour/cooking class in Vietnam and I can’t imagine it gets much better than this. Amazing value: tour of local market, fun and beautiful coconut boat ride with awesome guides (GANGNAM STYLE), cooking class with 3 AMAZING tasting dishes, 5hrs total for around 650k VND.

Our guide Nom (sorry I don’t know how to spell your name correctly) was so funny, entertaining and knowledgeable about Vietnamese food & culture. Our cooking guide Ha was equally kind, funny and knowledgeable. Their pickup/drop off services were timely, comfortable and clean. Amazing experience thank you very much!

Wow amazing experience, never laughed so much on a tour!!!! We were picked up and dropped back in our hotel by the boss man himself! Started the tour with market trip, lots of interesting facts and the market itself was a genuine local people market, everything so fresh and got to taste different fruits and herbs, shopped for some things for lunch. After we went to do the coconut boat ride, we were greeted by amazing staff, it was loads of fun! Then arrived at Mr Cu's home by boat! Cooking there was very fun and really informative! Made loads of different Vietnamese cuisines that will definitely cook again once back home! My favourite was rice pancakes! 10/10 experience, must do when visiting here!!!!

We booked a cooking class with a boat trip quite spontaneously and in the end we were amazed! Our guide Cu speaks perfect English, has abundant knowledge, is super funny and additionally very inspiring. He even knew about gluten intolerance and adapted the entire class to all dietaries of the attendees. We loved it so much!!

Mr. Cu was an amazing teacher and was very funny! We had a great morning walking around the markets, doing the fishing boats, and ending the day with a fabulous lunch. Highly recommended!!

We had a fabulous time with Nhung as our cooking teacher. Nhung was so engaging, humorous and a great teacher. We learned how to make 4 dishes as well as traditional rice milk. It was so much fun and we learned about Vietnamese flavours and dishes. We got lost getting there and Nhung came on a motorbike and that was fun as she took us by bike to the cooking school. You get to eat all the fabulous food and meet people from around the world. Highly recommended.

Best tour in Vietnam. Riding through Hoi an villages, making bamboo origami, buffalo riding, crab fishing in round boat with local lady dancing to the tune of gangnam style and ending with cooking class and dinner, this was epic. Cu our guide speaks great English and is absolutely hilarious. You’re doing great job with this concept, especially by sharing the tour fee with everyone along the way. Loved every aspect of it!

The experience was brilliant. We started with some ingredients shopping from a local market, followed by coconut boat ride before heading to owner's home for the cooking class to learn the favourite vietnamese recipes. Mr Cu our tour guide and owner was brilliant. He is friendly, funny and passionate about creating an experience for us. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best experiences we had in our trip. From start to finish, we laugh, learn, and enjoy with Ms. Youm. If you are passing through Da Nang or Hoi An you should have this experience. Besides being funny and lovely, they help local people with disabilities. They are definitely one of the beautiful people in the world ❤

I had a amazing morning with these people, we started at local market to buy fresh ingredients and after we get a coconut boat to reach the small village; this was so fun you will love it, after we get some amazing cooking classes and we ate what we cooked. Totally recommend 👌
