Hoi An Historic Hotel

While the rooms feels a little bit older, the service was absolutely 💯. From the moment we arrived, our luggage’s were taken to the front for us, the staff at the counter were super welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and the staff at the kitchen during breakfast hours were also always smiling and friendly. Breakfast options were also wonderful daily. Location was great and central. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Hoi An. We also arrived during Tet so everyone was working during the holiday and still in wonderful spirit. Thank you!

Excellent! Location is perfect to walk tithe city center.

Select a superior room as it is well worth it. Large with tall celling.

Breakfast is great and service on the beautiful garden outside.

We loved overall, it is close to everything and within walking distance (12 minutes or less) from anywhere in the city, market, river, etc

The most important part was the great service provided by the staff, we wanted late checkout and we talked to them beforehand but they said they are fully booked on our checkout day which is understood.

We booked an extra night to ensure we have access to the room in the afternoon but we didn’t need it and the staff actually did a lot of effort to cancel our night that we don’t red anymore then changed our payment to pay 1 night less

They didn’t have to do that at all so we really appreciate the extra mile

An older hotel located right to the entrance of old town. Room was clean, drainage was overflowing, faucet was loosing. The pillows were uncomfortable. In exchange, they have excellent customer service. So it’s worth 4.5 stars review. Room is spacious. I love that they let you borrow bike cycles for free to ride around old town.

A great place to stay and enjoy your stays. Beautiful lobby, Nice swimming pool, Fitness center, SPA, big Garden to sit and relax. Had a very good sleep, comfortable mattress and good rooms. The staff were very helpful, smiling, greeting you and they do care alot if you have any concerns. Not to forget they have very good buffet breakfast. Not far from old town at all.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location for everything in the old town, especially at nights when it’s all walking-only. You can get to all the hotspots in the ancient town, riverside etc in a short walk.

The place itself seems dated, but all very clean and spacious rooms - nothing to complain about. Facilities are nice, great breakfast & resort style hotel. Didnt use the pool / spa, but looked very nice

Location gets 6 stars out of 5!!!. This hotel is aporox 50 metres from the old city. This hotel is elegant, the pool is large and refreshing and the staff are all so obliging. We'll definitely be back to stay here again

We had the pleasure to stay at this hotel during our honeymoon.
The room and facilities where really good but the best asset of this hotel is their staff they were all so lovely and helpful.
As it was a special occasion for us, they gave us a room upgrade witch we really appreciated. The bed was enormousss!
The location of the hotel was perfect as we could go by walk everywhere and where close to all the shops and restaurants.

I have had two nights here, and I thought the hotel presented itself amazingly. There will always be something you would like different and for me, it was a lack of smoking areas. But saying that it's the norm everywhere for smokers. The staff were very friendly and polite. The reception staff were especially helpful . Thank you for an amazing experience.

Good Hotel in great location for walking in Historic Hoi An. Large comfortable bed. Ceiling fan with variable AC system meant we had our best sleeps in Vietnam. Very pleasant front counter and service staff. Nice breakfast.

I agree with some comments saying it is dated, mostly bathrooms could use a spruce up but they are ok, even still I very much recommend staying here, you cannot beat the location and the pool is awesome and facilities are great but mostly I recommend staying here for the service especially Tuan in the breakfast room, his service is 5 star, but all staff are fabulous, we had an issue with our tv while we were there and they upgraded our room which was awesome, Quynh at the front desk was fabulous also. Definitely recommend staying here 😊

Lovely central location great for eating out and exploring with very friendly staff and reasonably sized rooms. we went there during the cold season and the pool was quite chilly which is something to beware of if you’re looking for a more tropical escape in the winter.

This hotel is truly a great destination! Excellent and rewarding service. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the friendly and enthusiastic staff. Diverse and delicious menu, great culinary space. Thanks for the great experience, will definitely be back!

My stay at the hoi an Historic hotel was amazing. The staff were so kind and the breakfast was so good. You had a lots of choice for vegan/meat. The hotel was 10 minutes away from the centre. You can walk easy by feet and see a lot of the old town.

I highly recommend the hotel and i would visit again

Great resort style hotel 5 minutes walk from the Hoi An old town centre.
Adjoining rooms with balconies and with 3 single beds (hard to find in vn) made it perfect for a family with younger children like us (9&10).
Brilliant breakfast buffet with egg and noodles station was just the icing on the cake.

Very pleasant stay. Good breakfast and great location. Front desk staff went out of their way to help when our driver was a no-show for airport drop off which we appreciated :)

Great hotel with a perfect location for old town, amazing staff that even placed flowers in our room for my wife’s birthday, the breakfast is the best we’ve had since we arrived in Asia and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day on the streets

Beautiful hotel for a stay in Hoi An. Loved it, the swimming pool, the breakfast buffet and the rooms everything was very good and the staff was very friendly. It is very close to the Ancient town, just at a 5 mins walkable distance.
I would really recommend it.
