Incredible value for the money. The staff were so incredibly kind and provided personalized service. Thanh and Diem were the best and lovely to interact with daily. The hotel has so many great free inclusions. Great location to walk to everything. Free bikes to use during your stay. Free local tea in room. Free nightly footbaths. Free breakfast. Great private pool which was never crowded. We will 100% return when we come back to Hoi An.

This hotel is nice, clean and the employees are very helpful. Check out is 12 pm but they allowed me to stay in my room until 5pm free of charge so I could wait for my bus to quy nhon! Highly recommend staying here!!

Affordable hotel, would totally stay here again. We stay in the 3rd floor with no elevator at the family room. Nice brekkie and also had a very good massage at the hotel.

Maison Vy is one of the most charming hotels I’ve stayed at! The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help with recommendations for tailors, restaurants, taxi bookings etc (all of this with a big smile on their face). The location is ideal given it’s proximity to old town. My family loved this hotel equally and want to go back again! I truly was so pleased to have found this gem online.

Lovely hotel, very close to a lot of attractions around Hoi An. Room is clean, mattress is comfortable and quite spacious as well. Breakfast option was a bit limited but food quality is good.

Lovely tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff.

Definitely eat at the family restaurant just to the right of the hotel.

Simply outstanding. We stayed in a loft room - it was spacious, comfortable and as clean as any hotel I’ve stayed in - anywhere in the world. The food is outstanding and quite reasonably priced. The decor is great and everything works perfectly. The bed...omg...probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept it. Both the mattress and high quality (and very clean) sheets made me want to stay in bed all day...but the outstanding breakfast finished at 10am, so that’s a good reason to get out!

Complimentary afternoon tea is great, and the happy hour cocktails are great value. The pool area is cozy and comfortable, with a great little
bar.

All the staff were amazing during our two
weeks. Chatty when we wanted, but aware that sometimes we wanted privacy.

Free evening foot baths and a great BBQ each Saturday night add to the experience.

Overall, I’m 100 percent happy with my two week stay. I’ll make it my first choice during my next visit to beautiful Hoi An.

We stayed for two nights and found it to be in a great location just a couple kilometers from all the old town activities. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were so soft and comfortable which is hard to find in Asia. Staff were delightful and spoke English quite well. The breakfast buffet served was very tasty. Right on par with Ms. Vy’s other restaurants. The pool was beautiful and clean too.

We've stayed for 6 nights and is one of the most beautiful hotels on our whole SEA trip, maybe even the best. It's the first boutique hotel in this region that really deserves that description. Very nice overall style, the open hall, superb breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. Considering all the free stuff coming along with your booking, the nice pool area and the great location (quiet, but in old town within 10 min. walking distance), this hotel has a very great value for money. Can only highly recommend this place and would return anytime.

Really enjoyable stay. It's the little touches and the attention to detail at Maison Vy that I really appreciated. Lovely toiletries, complimentary herbal teas in beautiful glass containers for a restful sleep, the evening herbal foot bath (a knock on the door as I'm winding down for the night.. "Would you like me to prepare a foot bath for you?"... all complimentary), the yummy cookies in the tea and coffee station at the cafe in the afternoon. Beautifully decorated rooms with touches of local crafts and lovely sheets. Highly recommended.

Clean room, very good and friendly staff! Beautiful outside sitting area to relax! Would recommend staying there! But the coffee at breakfast could be better!

Oh well, nothing to describe abt the service here. Peoples were so lovely, it’s completely different when you came in the restaurant in town. ( discrimination between local and foreigners)

Lovely hotel. Rooms and facilities are nice, cozy. Quiet place to sit and relax next to the pool.
I love the services. Every afternoon, there is a foot bath, where they provide a warm herbal cute tub you put your feet in. After a long long day of exploring Hoi An on foot, that is awesome.
People are super friendly and nice. Smile seems to be on their face.
The owner is also a well-known chef where she has several restaurants around Hoi An.

Highly recommended.

I'll come back and stay at this hotel for sure.

Best Bahn Beo I've had in central Vietnam!!! So many layers of flavour, and kept fresh in the steamer. I just came here for the breakfast as our family was staying here and informed us of this delicious treat. The hotel staff was kind enough to let me join for breakfast just to try it. The breakfast lady even guided me on what condiments to put on everything.

Had the most incredible stay here for 4 nights. The rooms were a good size, clean and the staff were so friendly. Every evening you can have a complimentary foot bath, a huge copper bowl filled with warm water and herbs delivered to your room which I really enjoyed before bed. There are free bicycles provided to make getting in to the centre very easy (about 5 minutes) or to An Bang Beach (15 minutes). Breakfast was included and was delicious and very filling. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by flowers and trees and very necessary after the heat of the day. They organised transport to and from the airport for us, recommended us places to go and sorted any issues we had (my friends sole came off her show and they had it fixed for her that day). I would really recommend staying here! We had a great time :)

Nice hotel with wonderful staffs, located conveniently near hoi Ann old down , they provide you free breakfast and bicycle to ride along the town, one of the unique feature I loved about staying in the hotel is herbal foot bath which is provided everyday in the evening after 6pm. Would highly recommend this place.
