Such an awesome place to stay to explore Hoi An. It's very peaceful, while only being 5 minute bike ride (bikes are included) into the main area of the city. All the staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us whenever they could. I definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to Vietnam.

Awesome and clean place. The owner made every wish come true. No matter what you need during your stay at Hoi An the Owner of the Homestay will have it covered. We enjoyed the bicycles that you can use for free to get around town.

This is a very well run homestay. The staff are very helpful. Everything is clean and functioning. The breakfast menu is large, both local and western dishes. The pool is clean, and the gardens are well maintained. Two minor points the pool is to shallow to do freestyle lengths, and the gravity fed water pressure is woeful. I stayed for 30 days and enjoyed myself.

I recommend this homestay hotel experience highly. Our hosts Bich and Sen were so helpful, and the place itself is beautiful. Great location to walk into old town or ride the bikes. Our hosts had all the recommendations we needed and nothing was ever too much.
I'm already planning to come back

Friends recommended this homestay and we’re so glad we stayed here. It’s a private sanctuary not far from the old town. We couldn’t fault it. It was very reasonably priced, the room was spacious, clean and had great air conditioning, and the service was impeccable. San and Bich were lovely and Bich helped us book taxis, recommended attractions, a tailor and a leather store. Thank you Green Tea! We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Wow! This place is truly amazing. Not only was it extremely reasonably priced, Bich was super helpful, she organised a taxi to the hotel from the train for us, she organised an amazing cooking class, tour of the market and basket boat ride with a local family. She also served us a fantastic breakfast (best pancakes I've ever had) and then organised our onward transport to Hue on a luxury bus with beds. Last but not least she changed english money for us at a very competitive rate. The room was one of the best I've stayed in, surrounded by a luscious garden and with its own private porch and seating area. It was very peaceful but within walking distance to the old town and all the major attractions. The room had two huge double beds and a beautiful bathroom that had excellent hot water pressure, a two person bath and a separate walk in shower. If you're coming to Hoi An look know where else, your internet research is over. You're welcome!

We loved our stay in the Green Tea!
It is a bit outside the bussy old town but still close enough that you enjoy the walk through the riverside.
We happened to be here for Tét and Bich was the most loving and caring person organizing us a New Year Lunch with her and some other guests.
The rooms are great, very spacious and clean.
I would definitely recommend!

Really lovely homestay with a super friendly and helpful host, Bich. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. There is a pool to sit and relax by. Good breakfasts to get you going. And bicycles for your use. The old town is 20 mins walk or 10 mins on the bike.

Beautiful place to stay in. The people at the reception were really nice with a lot of information.
The room was great and big. The bathroom had a bath and an Italian shower. The private balcony with the view of the swimming pool was amazing.

We are a family of 4 with two small children and stayed here for 1 month in Feb, 2020 and loved every single day. Everyone treated us like family. We honestly debated extending our stay. First off, the included breakfast is amazing. We woke up excited every morning knowing the most amazing breakfast was waiting for us. The free bikes were very convenient, and we used them almost every day. They had kid seats you could attach onto the back. Old Town is a short 5-minute ride away. There is a beautiful pathway that runs right along the river dotted with restaurants you can take right into old town. The pool is clean and was perfect on hot sunny days. The staff cleaned our room every single day and left clean towels, fresh sheets and waters. The bathroom had a tub which is way better for bathing young kids. Can’t say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to return in the future.

Green Tea Homestay is a gorgeous boutique accommodation with large, clean rooms and a lovely swimming pool.

Sen is the perfect host. We were welcomed warmly with a glass of passion fruit juice each, and she and her staff were very happy to help us in any way with whatever we needed.

Breakfast was great. There is a menu but no limit to what you can order, and a tropical fruit platter is always available

There are bikes to use at no extra cost. It is about a 5 minute bike ride to get into old town.

I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Hoi An.
