Good value! Well preserved older building. I liked my private room, including the ensuite bathroom. One free shot everyday during happy hour. Staff very helpful in providing tour information. Breakfast options, so you choose from a menu and order made fresh. Cold black coffee was superb!

Great value for money, and the receptionist was so helpful in sorting our public transport for my onwards journey, as well as advising us on things to do in the local area. If I could give 10 stars for service, I would!

We stayed at DK’s for four nights and had a lovely time. We were able to walk to old town in under 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff members were kind. We liked that they had a lounge area to hang out in when we were weary from walking around all day.

We stayed over 10 days at DK & loved it! Considering the location, AC and included breakfast (mango pancake, french toast or egg with toast + fresh fruit) it's amazing value. Would definitely come and stay again. Staff was super helpful & also renting a bike (40k/day) and having laundry (30k/kilo) done is quick and cheap.

Always bare in mind the price you pay for this place! We had cold water the whole time. But honestly, it's so hot outside anyway and for the price we paid we had a really good time.

This Hotel is situated just 5 minutes' walk from the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful at any occasion.

Very nice hotel. Hotel employees are young and fun people. Upon arrival they immediately started a chat and invited us to participate in games. Room was clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Excellent location, about a 2 minute walk from the ancient town. Bike rental available, and bus tickets can be purchased to fair prices. Overall we had a great stay.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for something social but not crazy. Location is great too, only a 10 minute walk to old town. All of the staff and volunteers are seriously amazing. Absolutely loved the vibe they all gave, special shout out to Ella, Isaac, and Becky for their amazing hard work, quests entertaining guests at night and then waking up at 7am to help with breakfast. Which by the way, is amazing. You get a ton of choices that are made to order along with fruit and great Vietnamese coffee. Thanks for the great stay guys!!

Great stay at DK’s! The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in all our requests. Especially the staff member Long! Gonna be staying here next time I’m in Hoi An

Friendly staff and volunteers. The breakfast is plentiful and the omelette is particularly good. Comfortable room, a nice little splash pool, and only a ten minute walk to the Ancient City. Only downside is they don't accept credit card payments, which is sometimes more convenient when settling a larger bill than usual.

I don't think there are roof tops in HoiAn from where you can have a 360 degree view of mountains , river and the town. Trust me it's amazing in the evening. A good place to stay in the town. Everything is walking, rooms are clean, staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious & is complementary. You also get a free beer in the evening and also the cost is very cheap. It has a small pool and they provided too many tours.

Recommend for family, couples and backpackers.

Tip - must go to roof at around 5-6 pm & enjoy the amazing sunset view.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were great and all the tours are very well priced. We booked 3 nights here and ended up staying a whole week! We done a sunset cruise which was so much fun. This is a great place to meet people and hang out. I will definitely come back!

It's a tiny oasis in a the little town of hoi an. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is ok. The location is great, the beer is priced fair.
I donno how they operate but i am happy they do.
The ability to be accomodating and just not be a part of the overwhelming hustle around is amazing.
Ask a question; and to our great surprise a simple answer is what you will get.
I wish the management and all involved with this place the very best.

Only stayed for a night, but the room was great, the lobby was so nice and relaxed, and the staff were very friendly and kind!

The location is Great, right near the old city. Their breakfast is amazing and the common areas are well maintained. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view out the window. The staff are all very pleasant.

Fun hostel with a great social atmosphere without feeling like a party hostel. Good happy hour. Good selection to choose for breakfast and Vietnamese coffee as well - plus peanut butter toast is a nice vegan option :)
