Good place to choose. The boss is friendly, funny, the room is cleanly and comfortably. I am certainly going to return this place.

Отличное место, очень чистый отель. Кондиционер, горячая вода, фен все исправно работает. В номере есть чайник, кружки. Зубная щётка, паста и мыло. Хорошее месторасположение, рядом кафе и магазины. Но не смотря на это в номере очень тихо. Отличный персонал!

Clean and friendly homestay on what I'd classify as a backpacker street due to being located on a street with so many accommodation options for western travellers and so many cafes and bars with prices to match the western wallet travelling in Vietnam. Hosts are kind and caring. As for the value, you get a spacious and clean room, but during TET it was noisy-noisy due to a showground nearby and lots of drinking going around. There are also gaps in between doors and windows do mosquitoes easily enter the room. Water pressure was weak and it took me a while to get a bath filled. The later is defo a big bonus for those who prefer it over a shower. Internet speed was ok but not good for streaming in the evening. Recommended to stay, just don't expect it to be a 5 star. The price for the most spacious room with a balcony overlooking the backstreet was 400,000 VND for one during TET. Or an one more thing, roosters of neighbours were very brutally noisy at night and in the morning.

Nothing was wrong but for us it was just average for the price. The room was nice but it didnt have a window (it had but it was directed to a hall, not outside). We were not sure if the linen was clean but when we asked (even at 11pm) they gave us a new one. It is 15 minutes to the center by walk. Staff was nice and friendly.
