The Quin Riverside Villa

Incredibly nice hotel with lovely staff. The couple that runs the hotel is extremely kind and helpful. I can honestly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to stay in Hoi An. Rooms were clean, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. They also own a tailor company inside the hotel. I had some clothes made with which I was very satisfied, they all looked beautiful.

Our stay at this place was truly amazing. We arrived at 6 am after a night bus, and they graciously allowed us to use the lobby's bathroom for a refreshing shower, store our bags, and explore the area until our room was prepared. Our room was beautifully decorated, adding a special touch to our honeymoon.

The hotel has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with the owners always available for a chat and ready to assist with practical trip planning. The staff, particularly Vi, was exceptionally helpful, addressing all our questions and needs.

Additionally, the owners offer a tailoring service, Mekong Tailor, where we had clothing tailored for an upcoming wedding. My dress and my husband's shirt fit perfectly.

We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and every moment was cherished.

P.S. The food at the restaurant across the street is also amazing.

Very clean, very friendly and within walking distance of the bustling Hoi An city centre. Rooms at the back overlook the river and fields, with less noise from the early morning traffic.
Ms Van, the owner, is also an excellent tailor. We had a couple of shirts tailored, great quality linen and cotton, excellent fit, delivery within 24 hours. Free bicycles are available if you want to avoid the 15 minute walk to the centre. There is a small pool on the premises, buffet breakfast is included. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Best accommodation in Hoi An. The owners and staff are kind and generous. I stayed in room 201 with a view to the river and the room was perfectly clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Strong and quiet AC and ceiling fan. Good soundproofing in the room, even with a connecting door to the room next to me, so that says a lot. The breakfast is great and varied and overlooks. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Book this hotel, it won’t disappoint.

We spent two nights at The Quin Riverside and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is immaculate, the staff incredibly friendly and engaging, and the location is ideal — an easy walk to everything Hoi An has to offer, but on a quiet edge of the city.

Amazing!!! A wonderful hotel with a beautiful design. The location is great, you can walk into the old town. The owners have tips for restaurants and excursions. In addition, the owners are tailors, you can order everything in a short time. An absolute recommendation

BEST accomodation in Hoi An. Even better: best accomodation in Vietnam. The owners are the most amazing people I have ever met. Lovely couple, who helped us find our way in Hoi An.

They also have an extremely high quality tailor service: Mekong Tailor. They have had the Tailor company for over 20 years and only started this hotel 6 years ago. They are extremely professional, and very fairly priced. They moved their tailor to their hotel only 3 months ago, which is nice because they’re adjusting it while you chill in the room instead of waiting on the streets. I bought 4 shirts and a tie: all of them perfect. Will run you about 35 USD only for a shirt, which in the Netherlands would easily set you back 100+.

Beautiful place! We stayed two nights and were very impressed by the quality of the interior, the rooms are very big with a modern and spacious bathroom, the swimming pool is in excellent conditions and perfect to get refreshed (Hoi An can get reaaally warm), and the breakfast was very complete with quality and fresh food. Both Mr. Ho and his wife were very friendly to us and gave great recommendations (without being overwhelming as it often happens in Vietnam). It’s nice to see such a family hotel being managed so well and with so much care towards the guests. We would have loved to stay longer if we had had more time in Hoi An!

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at the Quin Riverside Villa. Mr. Ho and Mrs. Van are the owners and behind the design of the hotel, which is beautiful and sparkling clean with a lovely pool. The staff are absolutely wonderful, starting breakfast half an hour earlier for us on the day we left so that we could eat before our bus to Hue.
Mr. Ho and Mrs. Van organised great cooking classes and day trips for us, and Mrs. Van is also the owner of Mekong Tailor. She made us 2 shirts, suit trousers and 2 kimonos, all of them exquisite and in less than 24h.
I would absolutely return here!

Perhaps the best mom and pops hotel I've stayed in all of Vietnam since I started coming back to Vietnam in 2003. The hotel is spotless, the bathroom is particularly clean, and the details are spot on. The view of the wetlands and fields is a nice break from the standard river view. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his hotel as I'm told he designed it himself. The hotel staff is excellent. We woke up late and the staff waited for us and kept the breakfast available even though we were an hour past closing. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Hoi An.

We LOVED the Quin Riverside Villa. It’s across the bridge in Cam Nam about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from Old Town. Rooms are fantastic - comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Balcony views of the surrounding riverland are a bonus. Highly recommend adding the breakfast - it’s worth it. Great service and delicious food. Finally the staff are so amazing - Ho, the manager, gave us great recommendations upon arrival and was a joy to talk to. When we come back to Hoi An, we will definitely be staying at the Quin Riverside Villa and recommending to all of our friends.

Mr Ho and his amazing staff are unforgettable. We stayed longer than expected as Hoi An is magical, the absolute best place we have been. The staff are incredible if your looking to be closed to old town with the peace and quiet 5 minutes to the motel then this is what your looking for. We will definitely be back next time thanks so much.

When we arrived we were welcomed with a drinks and a snack while they explained us what to do and where to go. This was absolutely amazing and the first time this happened during all our stays Vietnam. The rooms were clean and well kept, the location was good and the breakfast was the best we had in like 4 weeks (finally a lot of fruit). Furthermore the service that was provided was top quality during the whole stay. It's good that this was one of our last stays otherwise my expectations would have been way to high. I wish I could have stayed longer, would definitely recommend!

Clean and beautiful property. Stayed at the place for 3 nights. The breakfast is amazing. They also have vegan options on request for breakfast which was very thoughtful of them. We had a very comfortable stay. Will book again if we travel back to Hoi An.

The best hotel of our Vietnam trip hands down. The river view room is super cool and tastefully decorated. Mr Ho, his wife and his entire team are incredible and super attentive to any need you have. This is the second time I've been here and I'll be back for sure a third.

Beautifully designed hotel run by great people! The location is great- next to the river, but just a 2 minute ride from the market. Super comfortable beds and the sound of frogs croaking at night. Nice pool, quality bikes, quiet air conditioner; everything just works. If you are looking for the perfect combination of retreat and close proximity to the heart of Hoi An, this is the place for you.

Cannot fault this villa. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and lovely. Breakfast is good quality fresh food and choices to cater for everyone. Don't leave without tasting their very tasty omelette! The room is spotless and comfortable.
Being less than 1km from the hustle and bustle of an amazing array of places to eat, drink or shop and enjoy the local markets you are ideally situated. It's close enough to walk or take advantage of the free bicycles they offer yet if you prefer some peace and quiet you have that too 😀
