New World Hoiana Beach Resort

I have been to at least 1000 hotels in my life and there are very few that are amazing and stand out. This is one of the - I will not forget this amazing place.

Where to start? From check in, the porters were fantastic. Reception provided A welcome drink, a comfortable table and seats. Once check in was complete, the check in hostess walked us to our room and explained the features of the room. I don’t remember a single hotel I have been to that has done that and I’ve been to Four Seasons and Mandarin etc.

The hotel room was cutting edge modern with no expenses spared. Curtains were electronic. The included Breakfast buffet was a bacchanal delight. My room also included a 1000000 dong credit and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Blend. The pools are insane and beautiful. Entire property is amazing and service exquisite. We walked to the beach and there was an attendant welcoming us with towels. My daughter spent 5 hrs at the kids club and the employees were so hands on with pottery and candy making. At night, we wanted to use the water slides but they were shut - the pool boy turned it on just for us for 10 min!!!!

We were there for New Year’s Eve and their program of live music, performers and dancers and fireworks were excellent.

Every single meal we ate at this resort was top notch. Every…single…one.

Then on the last night we got this wonderful note with a departing gift.

I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel. I hope it prospers and does well. It is a world class property with every single employee so welcoming and wonderful. I wish I could live here forever!

Before I start the review, it is important to note that this is a relatively new resort that is still being completed. With this in mind, although incomplete, this is one of the nicest resorts I have stayed in.

Some of the positives:
- New
- Very clean
- Rooms were presented very well, clean and had lovely views
- Stunning grounds that are lush, and very well maintained
- Staff are beautiful, accommodating and kind
- Service across the resort was brilliant
- Restaurants were well priced and open until early in the morning
- The included breakfast at Blend was varied, fresh, tasty and very good value
- The Edge (16th Floor Bar) served excellent Cocktails
- The pool was lovely

Some considerations:
- The location is a little out of town, 20 minutes from Hoi An
- The beach is brown and quite rough
- The beach club is yet to open, opening in March 2024
- Casino was fun, but some entertainment nightly would have made it a little more fun

All in all, we would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this location.

However, Not safe. Cautious about doors maked by transparent glass and mirrors in rooms. You can fall on them. Bathroom door handles. Easy hand clamp. You also need to be careful about HOT water at bathroom and wash faucets. Hard to recognize HOT and COLD sign

Great service. Luxury. Clean. On my second day my card stopped working for the elevator. I gave cards to the reception to fix and pick up my friend with my car, when I came back they only gave me one card without envelop. Also the employees stopped opening doors for me when I get out of my rental car with yellow license plate. Otherwise, superior service, great organization, all around top quality and best I’ve seen in Vietnam

I got to know about this place on TikTok and impulsively made a booking here. And i have NO REGRETS. No words can describe how amazing this place is. I came as a solo traveler and honestly i was a bit anxious. But their service and attitude made me feel so comfortable, be it lobby staff, restaurant servers, housekeepers, guest relations. There is a WhatsApp guest relations number that will contact you before you arrive at the hotel, and you can always fall back on this contact for anything and it will assist you. I must say i relied on this throughout my stay and i think i made a new stranger friend 🤣 Besides all these, the place itself is 💯 ! The room, the view, the number of eateries around, the accessibility.. I love it that there’s complimentary shuttle bus service! Based on the reviews you already know this is a good place, you really must come and try for yourself then you will truly get it.

(My most memorable experience: was talking to a server at one of the restaurants - OSTERIA, and i briefly mentioned that i came for a vacation because it was my birthday a few days ago. After the conversation ended he went to the back and got me a cake and the whole crew sang me a birthday song. It was truly a touching moment 🥺)

This resort is absolutely beautiful! I can’t recommend it enough. The rooms and amenities are perfect. It is located on a beautiful beach and they have a few pools to use (including water slides!). The breakfast buffet is incredible - comparable to what you might find at an all you can eat brunch in the UAE.

The service is fantastic. They have a WhatsApp number where you can book the shuttle or reach out with any questions or concerns. We had a small issue which was resolved immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

It is located a little bit away from Hoi An but they have a free shuttle bus so it was no concern for us.

Seriously a great experience and we highly highly recommend!

An absolutely stunning resort. The included buffet breakfast is an incredible feast with hundreds of options. Every single detail in this hotel is top notchZ. The kids club is amazing. I’m running out of superlatives here.

Location is not too far from the center of Hoi An. The room is very big, clean and convenient. The seaview room is impressive. You can stay in the hotel for long without having to go out, many pools, sliders, restaurants, cafes, spa, karaoke and casino. First choice for staying in Hoi An.

Beautiful resort. Beside the beach with a huge swimming pool. Their gym and spa are also to notch. And 10 minutes away is the Hoaina Shores golf course which is my favorite course I played in during this trip.

Although our visit to the New World Hoiana hotel was brief, it left a lasting impression. Loved the serene atmosphere, beautiful design and interior. Our dinner at the restaurant surpassed expectations – the BBQ pork ribs were hands down the best we've had in Vietnam, the seafood was fresh, the international wine selection was noteworthy, and the staff was friendly. With this remarkable experience, we'll likely to explore the other Hoiana hotels as well.

A fantastic get away for family with kids like ourselves. There are a wide range of activities that your kids can enjoy (water slides, huge kid club, kayak, soap pool, ..) The room features a pleasant design and looks actually much better than its photos, with a relaxing view. The staffs are just amazing, attentive and professional in their area of expertise. We extremely enjoy the private lounge which has impressive decor. All the food at different restaurants are all well cooked.

Absolutely top of the art hotel. Just opened and so totally new. Large luxury rooms with incredible ocean view. Awesome design and highest standard in the restaurant. You feel very welcome from the happiness and friendliness of each staff member. Best hotel I ever visited!

New World Hoiana Beach Resort made my first trip to Vietnam unforgettable. The resort is connected to the hotel so the size of the property is extremely big. It has great swimming pools and a kid club which made my 4YO daughter so happy. My room has a wonderful view as the first picture, and I believe it was the best view of all the past vacation hotels I have ever been. Everything is new in the room and has a great bath tub you will like a lot as I did.
Some of the facilities are still under constructions, however, it doesn't make me uncomfortable at all.
One thing I had a hard time was to have a table for my breakfast even at 8am since the canteen was so crowded. Even for the food, if the resort has more Korean food for breakfast, I bet it will draw more Korean to the resort since a lot of Koreans want to visit Danang these days.
I do want to appreciate Kate who is working at the concierge. She was really kind and fluent speaking in English. She escorted us to the kid club and helped me to understand how we can enjoy this resort better. I could see her smiling and trying to help someone else all the time. I will definately come back to the resort to explore this hotel more for longer stay and meet Kate again. :)

The New World Hoiana Beach Resort was an amazing experience from arrival to departure. It’s a world class hotel destination that has everything a family needs for its entire trip to Vietnam. The Resort was beautifully designed and landscaped, the rooms are gorgeous, the food is excellent, and the staff is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Hoiana is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Vietnam!

My wife and I had a great week at the resort. The facilities, room and staff are top notch. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant to the pool staff and life guards we had amazing service everywhere we went. A big thank you to Kate at reception, Anna at the restaurant and Long who helped us with the paddleboards and kept an eye on us while we swam. We will definitely stay again when in Vietnam.

Relax-your-way at Hoiana

The newest hotel in the Hoiana family convinces with beautiful design and spacious rooms with sea view. The welcome was very friendly and the front office staff went above and beyond to make my stay the best possible (very special thanks to Louis, Anna and Kate!).
The Grand Deluxe Sea View room was spacious and nicely furnished. Ultimate relaxation thanks to the comfortable king size bed, good soundproofing and quiet AC.
Breakfast was simply fantastic, with food stations featuring fresh Asian and Western dishes. And the Pho is one of the best I've ever had (special thanks to Than for her kind advice and assistance, and to Hieu for making delicious smoothie specials). Beautiful garden with swimming pool and access to lovely private beach. Clear recommendation!

If you are looking forward to some nice stay and experiences then this is an absolutely outstanding package and a bargain. Their golf course is also great anyway which is 2 minutes away if you are interested in some rounds of golf.

Best Kid Club I have ever been.
My son very enjoy and didn't want to leave until I promised to come back another day. All staffs was very useful and kid friendly.
We will come back for interesting cooking class.
