Very nice hotel. All the plants create a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The place is clean and staff take the time to ensure that you are doing well. The breakfast is a good mix of English breakfast with some Vietnamese options. There are bikes available which make it possible to visit many places in Hoi An. The bikes are a great addition. Let's not forget about the pool ! Makes it possible to cool off and just enjoy a relaxing day.

There were also bicycles available to the guests, this greatly simplified travel. The included breakfast buffet was great. Make sure to order pho to try one morning!

Very nice stay, the manager is very attentive and kind while being professional, we just had a very good experience allround. It was cute, clean and cozy with a lot of natural shade through plants and vegetation.

The ONLY problem we encountered was that the bathtub (which is made from stone) was quite cold, and sometimes the hot water supply would be inadequate for a hot bath, since the bathtub steals some heat. But that’s really marginal stuff, i’d book here again.

Great experience for anyone who loves some luxury combined with the feeling of being welcomed into someone's home. We received great tips on places to go, things to do and restaurants to visit. The owner remembered our names and plans and the breakfast buffet was perfect for us. Room was very comfortable, pretty and clean. Hidden gem in Hoi An, highly recommended!

Very nice small stay, very close to the old quarter and decorated with lots of amazing plants. Staff is really helpful and breakfast is good. Rooms are very cozy and very clean. Pool is small, but no problem as there are not many guests. Big recommendation!

The Lady at the reception gave us a map of Hoi An when checking in and a list of recommendations for Restaurants, Tailors, Spa‘s.. this was very helpful to get a first impression of the city.
We could enter our room already 40min before check-in time which we highly appreciated!

We had a great stay at Tropical Home Villa. I stayed here with my three children in one room. That was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The people are lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fine. Walking distance from town. For my youngest child it was a bit far, so sometimes we booked a grab to town.

Loved our stay here, the room was nice, the staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to chat. Bikes and pool too!

Beautiful accommodation. Bikes available to borrow whenever you want. Hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Very easy to walk into town in 10 minutes and nice to be in a quieter location.

A beautiful, tranquil haven in Hoi An, and the staff are very helpful indeed,
providing great recommendations. Hoi An is wonderful, but very busy indeed, so after a hot day in the town, it's so lovely to come back to our gorgeous room, surrounded by banana plants and chill out with a beer on the balcony. Cam Nam island is fab too - short walk or bike ride to everything, but authentically Vietnamese.

Perfect location and the best hospitality I’ve experienced in Vietnam. It is not far away from downtown but still in quiet area so you get to sleep in peace at night. When I arrived, they took care of my dinner and their breakfast was exceptional as well. I told them I am vegetarian and they got me delicious vegetarian local food. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The pool might seem a bit smaller than in pictures but it was enough size to chill and relax. I had to check out at 5 in the morning and go back to Da nang so they booked a taxi for me with reasonable price and they even packed me breakfast so I can eat on the way. It was such a nice experience I had with tropical home villa family I highly recommend this place.

Awesome place with super friendly staffs, room decor is warming and affordable price. Provide free bicycle for guests riding around the local. Near the Hoi An Ancient Town, about 1km.

We stayed at Tropical Home Villa for two nights in January 2020.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes' walk from the centre in Hoi An in a relatively residential area - it's a quiet location so really easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is very new and very much looks like the photos online.

Breakfast is included in the room rate but does need to be ordered at reception the night before.

The hotel offers free bicycles for hire which is great for exploring the local countryside. The private airport shuttle service from Danang Airport is good value - around 350,000VND and can be arranged in advance.

I would recommend this hotel if staying in Hoi An.

Awesome hotel in Hoi An! It is newly built and looks exactly like the pictures. The interior is beautiful and the owners are super nice.

We can really recomment this place for both travelling with or without kids. Its very new and looks like in the pictures displayed, the location is close enough to the Hoi An Hotspots and far away enough to have a quiet rest after a long day of sight seeing.

Nice cosy villa at a very affordable price during this time of pandemic. Room is very spacious and everything was well prepared ahead of my arrival. Extremely pleased with this establishment. Must stay!

Great place to stay! We had beautiful time with a great host. The bikes for our use really was a game changer.
