I recently had the pleasure of staying at New World Hoiana Hotel and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish, we did not want to leave.

Throughout my stay, the front of house staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with arranging transportation, they were always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Their dedication to making my stay enjoyable was truly commendable.

Aside from the exceptional service, the hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

The hotel's amenities, including the delicious breakfast spread and the relaxing pool had me excited to wake up the next day, it added to the overall luxurious experience.

Sim, who attentively supports us for whole stay was superb.

Though location is not the best, still good enough to wander around Hoiana till late night (only 15-20 mins by grab).

Also Hoiana CC was the best CC in Danang.
Best condition with clear and rainy day both.

Most impressive, there is a" Gone "coffee shop on G floor.

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of staying at New World Hoiana, and I have to tell, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Warm smiles and a true feeling of hospitality were used to welcome me as soon as I entered the hotel.

The hotel itself is a work of exquisite design. Beautifully decorated, with opulent furnishings and mesmerizing views of the surroundings, the apartments are well-appointed. From the first-rate amenities to the cozy mattresses that ensure a good night's sleep, the attention to detail is absolutely outstanding.

The customer service is exceptional. To make sure that every visitor's needs are addressed, the staff goes above and beyond. Every encounter was marked by professionalism and a sincere desire to make the guest's stay memorable, whether it was the quick check-in procedure, the knowledgeable concierge who gave excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, or the prompt room service.

The hotel has excellent eating alternatives as well. The restaurants provide a variety of cuisines, each perfectly constructed to please the palate and made with the best ingredients. The breakfast buffet is a real feast, with a wide range of mouthwatering and fresh options to please every pallet.

The resort is a paradise unto itself. The isolated beach is a peaceful escape, and the pools are beautiful and surrounded by a dense forest. For those who want to be active while visiting, the spa provides a variety of rejuvenating treatments, and the sports center is well-equipped.

Overall, my expectations were surpassed by New World Hoiana. It is a haven of elegance, flawless service, and peace. Anyone seeking an outstanding experience in a magnificent setting should definitely check out this 5-star hotel, in my humble view.

It's a relaxing summer holiday for my family in New World Hoiana Hotel.
We had a great experience at Hoiana. Good food and Friendly staff. We will definitely come back on our next holiday and recommend it to our friends.

I have stayed at Hoiana many times. Another one exceptional staff, Mery, is extremely kind to help me to extend my room stay slightly later, as I have to wait for my transportation at a later timing. Hope to have many friendly and approachable staffs like Mery to make Hoiana a better stay for the guests. Please give her a salary upgrade, or a promotion will be great too ;)

Healthy grilled seafood - I had the red snapper. Vi is a wonderful server and guide.

Distance from the Đà Nẵng lí a little bit far but can use free shuttle bus to hotel by free. Room condition is very good and restaurant is not few so we can enjoy what we want. But Korean restaurant ’Obaltan’ owner or manager must check all taste of dishes. Except it everything was wonderful includes wonderful golf course

All workers' attitudes are so wonderful.

But house keeping had some little trouble with me. Eventhough some mistakes, always they fixed immidiatly and helped us.

Breakfast was very good.

And suttle bus system was one of the best service to Hioan.

And airport suttle bus driver was so kind!!

And we could play just 2 poele golf games. It was wonderful times for us. Thank you.

My family stayed 2 nights at the hotel. It was pleasant experience. Our room at floor 9 overlooking the entire resort, golf course and beautiful beach. The room is nice, clean. I wish I could have a bathroom. I love the buffet at Aroma restaurant. Everything is fresh and of high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love playing in the kids area. A staff was also there to play with my kids. The hotel is not so far from Hoi An town. It took 20 mins to drive. Highly recommended👍

Amazing Food at Aroma!!

I had the 3 courses set menu at Aroma which was phenomenal. Highlight was the braised Vietnamese short ribs which was super tender and flavorful.
View overseeing the pool was nice and ‘refreshing’.
Definitely would be back for more!
