Palm View Villa

We had an amazing 6 nights here. Nice quiet part of town & easy Grab taxi when ever you want to get around cheap.
Loved the family feel. We were looked after with fresh laundry, pool cleaned twice a day. Hot pot of tea brought to our room in the evening. Would really like to return one day.

The owner and staff were very accommodating, friendly, and were kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast (even though it was not included in the reservation).

It's a wonderful place, the villas are spacious, the pool as well. Highly recommend this little gem in Hoi An.

a hidden gem, at the side of the road you can't tell how much luxury awaits you! beautiful spacious rooms with all possible amenities. free bicycles and staff are super friendly, we recommend this beautiful complex to everyone!

The most perfect stay I'm Hoi An. We enjoyed the spacious pool, which was cleaned every day, the room was cleaned daily as well, they had free laundry service which was nice, we also rented a motorbike for $12 a day, fuel included. The breakfast was delicious, had many things to choose from, sweet or savoury. They also agreed to keep our bags for one day while we went to Cham Island and gave us free breakfast the day we came to collect the bags. Mr. Bao and all the employees are the nicest and sweetest people!

Kim is most helpful. She took care of us as if we’re family. Spoke English well and responded to e-chat/ messaging very fast. The private pool in the villa was great. We’ve used their other services such as breakfast, laundry, in room massage, and motor bike rental. Excellent all around and made our stay enjoyable.

My fiancé and I found a little slice of heaven in Hoi An, Vietnam, at a private mini villa that was just what we needed after weeks of backpacking. The place had its own pool and a big enough bath for two, which was a treat. What really made our stay special was how kind and helpful the staff were. They served up a great breakfast every morning and even let us check out late for free, which was a big help.

It felt like staying at a friend's luxury home rather than a typical hotel. For any couple looking for a peaceful spot to recharge without breaking the bank, this place in Hoi An is perfect. It was an unforgettable part of our trip, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of comfort and pampering on their journey.

The Villa is surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery yet it is a short ride to Old Town Hoi An. The staff provides friendly excellent service; cleanliness, ample breakfast choices, tour bookings and recommendations and transportation. After a medical emergency, the staff, especially Bao’s knowledge, kindness and support expedited my recovery. A big Thank You!

Went with my boyfriend and stayed 2 nights. The service was super good, they are very attentive. Kim was really nice! Room was good too, private pool was clean. Breakfast spread was good had an egg and pancake station. Quite a lot of mosquitoes though but it’s expected. Location is 3km away from Hoi An old town so it’s peaceful. Bao helped book the airport transfers, really good. Overall highly recommend :)

We chose Palm View Villa because of the amenities it offered and its setting. Our plane arrived late and our driver was there with a sign as promised. Once through the orange door you walk a bamboo tree lined walkway to a very peaceful setting and waiting for us was our hot bowls of Pho. Breakfast is a very nice array of fruits, eggs, toast, cereals, Vietnamese dishes and more.
Somewhere I read the host was “like a grumpy cat” I really have to laugh at that and ask the person if they engaged him in conversation. He is a very friendly person!
The staff was so nice and considerate we had a hard time saying our goodbyes. Everything was very clean and if you want, they even do your laundry, make your reservations, assist in arranging a car/cab. Would we go back? ABSOULUTELY!

From the pick up to the drop off at the airport, everything was exceptional.

We stayed here for 6 days in the 2 bedroom listing.

We were sent a private vehicle with an English speaking driver.

Served the welcome drink on arrival and were given the cold towels.

The pool was cleaned nicely every single day and soo were the rooms, bathroom, sitting area.

Order coffee/tea anytime at the reveption to get it delivered to your room.

We took advantage of the scooter on rent, the massage services in our room and the laundry from the amazing hotel.
They were kind enough to book tickets for us to VinWonder and VinPearl Safari. Even have the money exchange at the reception, feel free to swipe your card for the minimum 3% charge to get VND.

Everybody at the property, to the always smiling receptionist, the pool cleaner, the room cleaning staff, were all very sweet and polite.

Thankful to Bao (the owner), who has created this beautiful property over 15 years. We met him and chatted for a while.

We stayed 3 days at this property. Bao is the epitome of hospitality. Key callouts:

1. Bao arranges airport transfers and provides tour plans and taxi at the best prices. If you book for 3 days then pickup from Da Nang is complimentary.
2. Property is very peaceful and private. Pools are well maintained and room decor is nice.
3. They provide massage services. One massage was complimentary.
4. Breakfast was nice with lots of fruits, yoghurt, noodles, pho, pancakes and eggs and was complimentary.
5. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from restaurants around and will be delivered at doorstep.
6. Laundry is free.
7. We were travelling with an infant and Bao helped us a lot to cater to his food requirements.

Overall 5 stars for this property and is highly great value for money.

Beautiful Villa with private pools and the most accommodating staff! Would like to stay longer. Rooms were clean and everyone was willing to help you at all hours. Kim and the manager were great!

Amazing place to stay in Hoi An, secluded enough to be away from groups of tourist, but very easy to reach the Hoi An Ancient town by bike or scooter.
The staff were extremely friendly, and Bao was a true gentleman, getting to know all his guests and making sure they were enjoying themselves. He was extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times.
The breakfast was a great addition with some your usual spread and local food as well. The massages my wife and I received were definitely an added bonus we weren't expecting.
The pool was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed going for a swims in our private pool after long day exploring Hoi An.
I would highly recommend Bao and his fantastic pool villas.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff went above and beyond to help us and accommodate any needs we may have! Breakfast is warm and yummy along with lots of fruits and yogurt! Super clean pools and rooms! Very close to old town. Would definitely come back with family and friends!

Comfortable beds, private pool, 5min drive into Old Town, beautiful bathtub, nice staff, small omelette bar breakfast. Fridge in room, 2 bottles of water a day, security at night, egg chairs beside a small pond. Would recommend

Extraordinary stay slightly outside Hoi An. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room with a Jacuzzi we and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff and owner are very polite. The owner is an excellent chef as well.

Bao’s Airbnb is the perfect quiet retreat to relax with your loved ones. The hospitality and attentiveness was impeccable, ensuring a seamless travel itinerary and stay. Where do I start? This place has got to be the best place and must I add, a highlight to my Vietnamese experience. This is because for one: the Villa it self is simply amazing, situated in a secluded location which gives the perfect privacy. Secondly: the staff was amazing, they treated me and my partner with utmost respect and kindness, we felt very much at peace knowing that we were in great hands.The staff from morning to night was equally equipped with such kindness and great customer service skills. I could not thank them enough.. Thirdly: Bao, you're an amazing host, thank you for having us, you were so easy to get Intouch with, with quick responses day in and day out.

The entire airbnb was very well maintained and the staff was very hospitable. The airbnb had a private pool, massage services and very helpful staff. All this at a very affordable price. Kim was the person in charge for our Airbnb and she did an absolutely wonderful job. She made sure that we were comfortable and got all the arrangements made be it airport pick up and drop, massage services etc. Bao, the owner of the property, started helping us right before we entered vietnam and were in our planning stage. He is probably the reason behind us having a successful vietnam trip. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Easily the best airbnb we have stayed at. Totally recommend this.
