1991 French Bistrot

The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes away from the Church of Sapa. The owner is friendly and helpful. However my room didn't have a window but it personally didn't bother me too much. The food is on the more expensive side but it tastes like authentic French food.

Had breakfast here and it was great! I ordered muesli, yoghurt and fruit, thinking that I will get a small bowl, I got a HUGE bowl full of fruits instead! It is recommended!

Get the egg coffee! It's wonderful! We must have visited this coffee shop 5 times in 4 days as we couldn't get enough of the egg coffee.

Good salad , first time I eat salad with pineapple.
Was great and fresh .
And at the end the give us a watermelon for gift 😊

The best restaurant in Sapa and maybe throughout all Vietnam. A wide verity of food, and it is all really great (came back three different times). Good prices, good service and very quick. The waiter spoke great English and was responsive and extremely nice.
Quiet and with a pleasant atmosphere.
Right in the center of the town - so definitely a must!

Amazing staff and wonderful food! One of a very few places in Vietnam where i felt like the staff was genuinely service-minded and I can not recommend this place enough. The level of English is also great with all the staff members.

Rooster was to die for, same goes for the avocado smoothie with coffee😍. Everything was great! Will be back!!

About Hotel accommodation, Room is clean and big. Very pleasant stay but night can be noisy in this area with Karaoke. .

Go here for food! This is coming from someone who has struggled with Vietnamese food after 2 months in Thailand! We ate here everyday!

The portions are huge and so well priced. They have some great deals too. Also also!!! As a wine lover - they are one of the few places in Asia that DO NOT serve red wine from the fridge. (5* alone for that!!)

What tops it off? How polite and friendly the staff are! In particular the young waitress, Huong. So attentive and welcoming. Awesome service ☺

A great place for a healthy start before a day of trekking around SaPa

I have lived in Sa Pa for a year now but must admit I never noticed the place, even though I pass it most days. Shame on me as the food is very good and excellent value for money. The pasta were cooked to perfection and the tartiflette was very tasty.

Special mention has to be made of the staff. One of our party become quite ill suddenly (I hasten to add that it was NOT because of the food) and the staff went out of there way to help.

I certainly will be back.

A place not to miss out. Best egg coffee I had in Vietnam, teasty sandwiches and french fries with real ketchup. Easy going and helpful staff. This place is good both for a quick meal, as well as for a longer evening.

Amazing service and server speaks great english! Food was very good and arrived very quickly. A lot of great options. Cute little spot for diner with nice music and a fire place. They even brought us complementary watermelon as desert. Highly recommend 5/5

We arrived at the restaurant at 21:45, hungry and tired, when the kitchen was already closed, and the charming chef returned to the restaurant especially for us and made us amazing and delicious pizzas. The atmosphere was great and the treatment was excellent. highly recommend!

Delicious. Didn't know where to eat in SaPa, we thought 1991Sapa was expensive but the food is just delightful. We had the zucchini and tomato soup and felt like home. And the rice with vegetables is the best we have eaten in Vietnam for sure.

Awesome place, great food, friendliest staff. Had breakfast, dinner and drinks there and each time the staff were really lovely and attentive, and the orders came out fast. In particular loved the coffee and healthy breakfast.

Really great food and drinks here! It just opened a month ago. The place is really nice, great atmosphere and really clean. We ended up staying the whole afternoon and got great travel advices fro the staff as well. :)

I can't say enough good things about this restaraunt.
The food was delicious. The dishes are very big.
It is tastefully decorated.
The service was excellent.
And the prices are more than reasonable.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Very modern and clean interior. Great attention to detail in here in all respects. We came in late for a dinner after kitchen closed, but the restaurant happily served us dinner at 22:30.
