So beautiful terraced fields in the harvest! The small houses on the hill. The farmers harvest rice! The children is playing. Can smell the fragrance of rice and the smell of burnt grass. A peaceful and lovely painting. Wonderful!

I went to Vietnam in December and the harvesting season was already finished (up to late October) and in the north it's winter time, it was foggy and sudden rain made situation more bad. So couldn't see that much green or golden rice fields but step farming is really impressive

The village of ta van is really a ideal spot for different trekking day. We did 2 different roads in rice fields. There is around 10 guest house/ homestay in the village. You can access to the village by private car, roads are bad so it takes around 40 min for 10km.

이곳이 딱 정해진 전망대는 아닙니다만, 충분히 멋진 풍경을 볼 수 있는 지점이긴 합니다. 그리 높게 올라가지 않고 천천히 트래킹 하다 보면 어느새 제법 올라와 있을 겁니다.
비수기 때의 사진임에도 불구하고 날씨만 좋다면 얼마든지 예쁜 사진을 찍을 수 있는데, 정말 동남아의 스위스라고 할만한 풍경입니다.
산이 높다 보니, 우리나라와는 또 다른 느낌입니다만 (사람이나 산이나 키가 커야 한다는...) 굳이 여길 찾아오겠다기보다는, 근처에 오셨다면 슬슬 걸으며 구경하시는 것을 추천해요. 걷다 보면 옛 시골 느낌에 물들어 추억에 잠기고 평온해지더군요..ㅎㅎ
