Sapa Unique Hotel

Mr. Viet is very kind and friendly. The hotel is also excellent hospitality. My husband left the wedding ring in the bathroom after we checked out because he forgot and the hotel staff kept it. I'm very recommend this hotel for everyone & anyone who will going to Sa Pa. The room is very good and very near to Sun Plaza Fansipan. Maybe I would give it six stars if they existed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are friends visiting Sapa for 3days2nights. We enjoyed our stay in Sapa Unique Hotel absolutely. Clean rooms, homey food, great host&his staffs. Water pressure is good and we all slept well. Weather might be unpredictable but you won't be disappointed with the beautiful views and people in Sapa. Make sure you have a pair of suitable shoes for walking and enjoy yr holiday.

This modest hotel, owned by a dedicated young Vietnamese gentleman (photo of him having breakfast), stands out for its personalized service. When a friend fell ill, he not only inquired about the symptoms but personally went to the nearby pharmacy to purchase medications.

The morning breakfast, though simple, offers a mix of Vietnamese and continental options. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine kindness and warm hospitality.

Additionally, they provide convenient local tour packages, and we also arranged our transfer to Hanoi through their services.

Suggestion: buy an air purifier for the lobby as this humble open its door for walk-in diners.

Awesome stay at Sapa unique hotel. Staff there is English speaking, and able to explain clearly the tours of the day. Meals in their restaurant is simple, yet homely and flavourful.

We joined a tour from Hanoi and this is the hotel provided by the tour company. Our room was huge and have a lovely view of the valley below. The hotel operator Mr Viet spoke perfect English and so do most of their staff. The waitresses at the restaurant were very sweet. We had all our meals at the hotel. The serving size were generous and the food delicious. We always finished the food served. Drinks were a tad more expensive though. Mr Viet and team also organised our Sapa tour program which were well organised and we could buy Fansipan transport tickets from the hotel. The good part of this is that if you decide not to go, you can always cancel and have your tickets refunded whilst buying from Klook, the tickets are non-refundable nor changeable. But do check if the hotel charged you correctly for the tickets as there're a few combinations and mistake could be made when charged. We were overcharged and when brought to their attention, were refunded straightaway.

Everyone spoke very good English and we got always the best informations for our stay in Sapa. We recommend everyone to stay here .

Came here as part of a package, so the foods that were served all three times are delicious and are in bulk quantity 😍👍👍Rooms are also good, clean and neat👌👍👍👍

The only difficulty faced was there was some road maintenance going on, so to get any vehicle we needed to walk to the main street.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, great view from the rooms! If we have the chance, we will definitely be back! Good job 👏

Great experience, especially with the sumptuous breakfast. It was close to Cat Cat village, with plenty of shops all around and within walking distance to the town.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Unique Hotel. The location is great, around 5mins walk from the town centre. The room was homely and comfortable, and offered a good view of part of the town. Hotel staff were very friendly and patient, and helped us arrange transport and book tickets to fansipan. Food was simple but delicious, with generous portions and a wide variety of local food to choose from.

Very very good Service, Luggage can be stored after check out. Next time, if I come to Sapa, I will stay here. Good view, Good place.

A super value for money hotel. Conveniently located near lots of massage parlours, bars, and Sun Plaza for shopping. Rooms are not big but well-stocked and homely. Some rooms have amazing balcony views. Their food is pretty good too! Recommended!

Staffs are attentive, friendly. Is more like family running hotel with excellent service. Room was ok and we being arranged for mountain viewing room with balcony. The view from room was stunning.We get a food customization and able to order any food in menu since we are vegetarian. They also arranged all kind of day tour for village trekking, fansipan, glassbridge, in very affordable price range.Keep it up !

Our tour booked a room for us in this hotel. I would definitely recommend it. The staff is very friendly and the food was great. Clean rooms, sadly a little mold on the walls and a weird window towards the hallway. Could be noisy but we were not bothered.

Close proximity to Sapa Station (inside Sun Plaza), which is where you take the monorail towards Fansipan cable car station.
Can't say much about the rooms because I was transferred to Sapa Mountain Hotel at the very last minute.

Had a pleasant 2D1N stay here as part of a tour package. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, bonus that their english was very good. Really good variety and portion for food. They really took care of us. Room was spacious, clean, had a nice balcony and wifi works. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Sapa Unique Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were kind enough to upgrade our booking to a room with a balcony. The breakfast was of great quality and I thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes.

Photo is taken at my room balcony. Everything in this hotel is perfect except the food for lunch and dinner is a bit disappointed if you are signup for full board.

Their staff is super friendly and helpful, the view from balcony is stunning. Must request for hill view and you won’t get this view anywhere.

Walking distance to everything you need. But do not try any massage in Sapa, I don’t think is nice compare to Hanoi or HCM.

Amazing hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The service really surprised me. Food served was delicious and much better than what I expected. Tours could be arranged from the hotel too with ease. I very much recommend this 3 star hotel with a 5 stars service
