Sapa House Hotel

One of the best experiences in Vietnam!
The hotel is super clean, cozy, warm, very hot shower and excellent heat in the room.
Even in the shared room they change towels everyday.
I was able to store my yogurt in the fridge :)
The included breakfast is delicious homemade and you can have as much as you want :)
The owner and the employees are all super hospitality, they really care about guest comfort. They can arrange for you several activities, or recommend a lot of places for exploring by your own.
The last night the sweet owner allowed me to do a super late checkout and while I was waiting for my bus she invited me to have a delicious dinner with the staff.
When I was leaving she gave me a warm hug :) Thanks so much and God bless you

I loved my stay at Sapa House and stayed an extra night than originally planned because I liked it so much. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous with a view of the city and the mountains. I loved sitting on the mini couch looking out at the view. It was quite cold when I was there and it was great to have a heater in the room. The bed was super comfortable with a nice cosy duvet and the bathroom was clean and modern and the shower was hot and had good pressure. It was about a 7 minute walk into town where all the shops and restaurants were. It is up a bit of a hill but it was nice to be higher up to get the great views. The meals in the restaurant were really good and the portions were huge. I have been travelling since the middle of December and Sapa House has been my favourite accommodation so far.

Great location and close to the centre. This was organised through my connecting hostel in Hanoi; they organised a brilliant Sapa Trekking tour with a local homestay in the villages. The Sapa House hosts couldn’t do more to help you; they did my laundry, super responsive on WhatsApp and they gave me directions and recommendations around Sapa. The food was amazing and I came back for breakfast after I checked out. Super hospitable, warm and their English is really perfect! Special thanks to Phong and Miss Chau!

I did a 3 days hiking tour with this hostel .
Our guide “phin“ had been wonderful in her doing , explanations, taking care of the treck difficulties for everyone. I have had the chance to sleep the last night at her place as it has been organized and it had been such an authentic experience that I wish to everyone to live !!

Clean, comfortable and big size room, staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to cater to all you needs. Got a discount without asking for it. Great views from the room too.

We had a very cozy stay in Sapa House.
It is a very nice place, close to the centre, with beautiful, big, bright, warm rooms.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Châu, the always smiling receptionist, effectively solved every need or problem we had and even helped to arrange transportation for us.

Beautiful comfortable small hotel. Wonderful staff! They're all very helpful and friendly. The room was big, spacious with good mountain view. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is nice, and clean with lovely decoration. Breakfast was full of choices and tasty. It was served in a beautiful room with fresh flowers and full of day light. This is definitely the best 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Lovely antique hotel with VERY friendly and helpful staff.

I was worried as we found some comments complaining the facility here (e.g. the shower, the lock, or the heat.) but none of these seem to trouble our trip. The hot water at shower indeed has some temper (the temperature change reaction is like 1-minute slower after you tried to adjust.) but as long as we got it figured out. It's ok.

We have stayed for a couple nights here and will definitely be back if we visit Saba again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in because not only of its design, but more the helpfulness and professionalism of its staff. I arrived early this morning sleepless and with a stomachache, but I was taking care of by the restaurant team, and especially their executive chef who stopped at my table to greet me, and made sure I get an early checking so I can get some rest. Kudos to Mr. Basha and his very attention-oriented A-team. Thank you

Rooms are a bit old but clean. Good hot shower. Their breakfast is really good and staff is friendly. It's good place to stay in Sapa.
