Maison de Sapa Homestay & Cafe

Best hire we have had in Vietnam. The staff are so nice. The restaurant and tea is very good, including the complimentary breakfast. The electric blanket and heater in the rooms are so nice in Sapa in the winter. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend when staying in Sapa.

Excellent place, very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. The staff cannot do enough for you ! Me and my partner are feeling sick today and was suppose to check out at 11am. They have told us we can stay in our room until 9pm tonight (when our sleeper bus arrives) completely free of charge. We offered to pay but they won’t take it. They are kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Sapa.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The place is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The price is very reasonable for the quality and service. The staff are very friendly and gentle (we ordered coffee and forgot to pay but they considered it as a gift).

It was such a lovely place to stay in Sapa - friendly service, great food, nice rooms… feeling like home! Try the bbq for dinner!

I initially booked this space because of the in-house doggos but the friendliness of the staffs and cleanliness of the space deserve a big shout-out! We arrived in Sapa at 5am via sleeper train and was able to check-in super early with no additional costs.

The furnishings of the interior are adorable with a shared pool table and many seatings on level 2.

Location of the place is also a short 7-10 mins walk from the central area, making it very accessible via foot.

There was once a staff took initiative to lend us an umbrella when my friend and I were headed out for dinner on a rainy evening.

I highly recommend this homestay (definitely feels way fancier than one!) :)

It was the most amazing experience to stay at Maison De Sapa. Nice and friendly host who allowed us to check in after an overnight train from Hanoi at 8am. Cute little pup pup running around greeting us immediately when we enter the homestay. Booked the loft suite and we had a huge space to ourselves. Every corner was aesthetically pleasing (mix of eclectic and bohemian vibe). About 10mins walk away from the centre which we appreciate very much because the roads are much quieter but not far from the sapa station. Must try their cinnamon tea and yummy breakfast toast. I think they have dinner too but we didnt manage to try it. Thank you for being a home away from our home at Sapa. Will definitely return to this homestay again if we are back at sapa.

Absolutely amazing accommodation! We loved it and it is our favourite stay in Vietnam so far. Very kind staff, super nice food and drinks, rooms are clean and tidy and the location is very good since close to the center but peaceful environment nonetheless.

I think this is one of the only cool and modern places to stay in Sapa- everything else is a bit dated. It’s an amazing recently refurbed Chalet, which used to serve as the town hall. The style and decoration are brilliant throughout the property and the room, which was spacious, light and with a very comfortable bed. The staff were a team of brilliant, cool guys- helpful, fluent in English and just cool to hang out with. Not to mention three beautiful dogs that we loved playing with. Great value and I couldn’t recommend more.

I had no idea this place I walked into was vegan/veggie. How perfect for me! The food was insanely good. Homemade biscuits and a healthy, clean salad that the chef made for me. So kind of her, I don’t think they were open yet! The views are stunning, vide is chill and radiant. My lucky day😉

Incredible place reconstructed from an old French house which used to be a workplace in the beginning of last century.
Everything is super and looks even more beautiful than in photos.
The only thing I wish they could improve is having more flexible sleeping options for groups like
2 single beds or 3 single beds instead of the only option of double bed.
The place functions more like a 4* hotel than an airbnb with staffs respond 24/24, they wash your clothes and prepare your breakfast nicely, with no extra charge.
The pricing position is between traditional hotel and airbnb. The level of service is definitely as good as the one in high end hotels.

perfect place for couple! lovely and helpful staffs who can speak YOUR language fluently , best breakfast and tea served in Sapa, peaceful atmostphere but only 5min walking from the centre, last but not least, the rooms are so comfortable with luxury bed, cant expect more tbh!
