Lacasa Sapa Hotel

One of the best hotels I've tried.

Perfect location. Just walking distance from Sapa station.

Complete amenities, some staff can understand english, hot showers, comfy bed, spacious room, strong wifi connection and relatively inexpensive breakfast.

I can't enumerate it all though as there are many things to mention.

Overall, it's 5/5 for me.

Highly recommend this hotel but note that there is no lift. Took us a while to find the hotel as the lobby was located at a steep slope.

Rooms were a bit old but clean. We rented a motorbike from the hotel to travel around. Hotel was near the train station to Fansipan and there were a few eateries around.

The highlight for us was definitely the service. We arrived at 6am and the receptionist was closed. The bell boy called the receptionist via phone and we spoke to her through the phone. She got the bell boy to open the massage room for us so that we can take a rest there before the receptionist arrive from home.

When the employees arrived, they offered to let us have the breakfast as we wait for our rooms to be prepared. One of the rooms were ready so we could check in before the check in time first. We were really touched by the hospitality!

The General Manager , Nguyen Van Anh was extremely professional and happy to assist us in all our needs including organising guides and tours for us and just being so friendly.
Happy to sit down during his busy day to have a chat with us to see if we needed anything .
The hotel also runs the mini mart and Spa ( which everyone should visit after a long day of walking)

Was offered a cup of hot tea as a welcome drink. Check in was quick and the hotel manager Anh graciously allowed us to check in early as we had arrived before our check in time. Located about 10min walk to the town centre. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and toilet was equipped with all necessary amenities. Buffet breakfast was included in the booking with a wife selection of dishes to choose from. 2 minor issues were 1.) Shower water took a long time to heat up and 2.) Loud karaoke signing could be heard from the building next door. Other than that, it had been a pleasant stay in the hotel. Will definitely return to the hotel on my next trip.

Book Lacasa Hotel through Agoda. The hotel manager Nguyen is very helpful. They offer free upgrade of room, allow us to checkin earlier and tried their best to answer our questions about transportations around Sapa.

After we checkout we left our luggage there and he offered us to take a shower before our journey to the sleeper train. He also being super thoughtful to help us call the shuttle van to pickup us at this hotel so that we don't need to carry our luggage all the way to the church. Thank you so much for the fantastic services.

Arrived at 8am and they allowed me to do an early check in at 815am! Which was grEat! after a sleeper train ride.

Breakfast was alright. Weather was super good!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location is nice and quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Mr. Nguyen Van Anh. He speaks great English and will assist you with whatever you need.

The room is spacious, and most importantly it is very clean and smell nice. The toilet is big and comes with hot water and rain shower fittings. The hotel uses quality furnishing which is also a plus point. Check-in was a breeze and all the staff here are very helpful and friendly as well, which made our stay a delightful one.

We stayed here in Nov 2022 for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A really value-for-money hotel in Sa Pa, and we would highly recommend you to stay at Lacasa Sapa Hotel in a heartbeat!

Hotel with good location, very good services and above all excellent staff. He helped us at all times with everything we needed, even allowing us to enter before the hour since one person in the group was sick. I recommend it.

The staff of Lacasa Hotel in SaPa Vietnam is the part of my stay that made all the difference to how wonderful it all was! From the management to every person that cleaned -cooked - or gave excellent massages. Every member of the staff reacted quickly to every request. Every person absolutely cared about the quality of my stay.
The hotel is comfortable and clean. Every day was fabulous!

Lacasa gets all of the basics right : cleanliness, comfortable size rooms with a good bed and excellent facilities. The breakfast is a bargain. However, what makes Lacasa really special is the people. I have stayed in many Asian hotels and have never experienced such amazing service. The Lacasa people have a genuine warmth in their friendliness - nothing is too much trouble. They really want you to enjoy your whole Sapa experience e.g. their generosity and patience in sharing their local knowledge took our enjoyment to a higher level.

Chau and Anh are really helpful and nice. Highly recommended to stay here !!!

Really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Sapa from 18 - 21 Dec 22. Room was huge, about 30% larger than what we had at another hotel (and not at a higher price); bedding was clean. Heater (heater function of the Daikin aircon unit) really saved us from the ~0 deg temperatures and wind chills. Hot water was consistently available, even after midnight, and always at good temperatures. Breakfast buffet was very filling. Ambience was great: hot sweet tea available at the lobby, a warm fireplace whilst we were waiting for transport, nice decor, calming music, etc - and a convenient minimart with daily essentials, food, and clothing that opens till 10.00pm (given that the sun sets around 6.00pm, was good enough vs venturing to mom & pop convenience stores outside in the cold). I only wish the beds were softer / pillows were thicker, but given the excellent comfort and service - not to mention, especially, the friendly, ever-present help from our friend, Anh, hotel manager, who provided even more help not mentioned here! - we really appreciated our stay, and will definitely be coming back next year.

Lacasa Hotel has a nice room and a great view. I have had a very good impression here, people counseled me and gave me great travel experience. I hope to be back here soon.
