Sapa Eden Hotel

The view was fantastic. We had a little balcony so it was very pleasant to sit out looking at the mountain across. The staff were very pleasant , we were not leaving before 5pm so they stored our bag and gave us the use of a shower before departure. Breakfast was OK. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shops and centre of Sapa. Very nice place would not hesitate to go back

The staff is amazing. We booked the hotel not directly but by a Sapa tour. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good. We could take a shower in a different room after the tour (late afternoon). Great stay

When we first came, we knew we will get treated well. That one is not a prediction but a spoiler. Receptionist was very kind and provide a good service. We booked superior double room but they upgrade us to deluxe so we got the mountain view. The stay itself is very good, location is easy to reach from center either you walk or you go by taxi.
Room was super clean when we came, bathroom was the best but the hot water not really strong.
Breakfast was good and overall we are very satisfied with our stay.
PS: This hotel also offer motorcycle rental and dont hesitate to asked for their assistances for buying fansipan tickets.

Great hotel! The staff are super friendly and the location is great, alongside the cliffs allowing you to have a clear view of the mountains.

The rooms are clean and make you feel as if your in a nice western hotel. There is plenty of hot water too. They also offer free breakfast, giving you a menu of several items to choose from.

Unfortunately the hotel is at the edge of town, giving you about a ten minute walk uphill to reasonably priced restaurants. There are a few restaurants across the street but the prices are a bit higher (primarily paying for the view).

Keep in mind the city is small you'll never need a taxi unless going far. Also the road out front leads you to cat cat village, about a 1-1.5 hour walk down hill.

I give this place a definite 5 out of 5.

Oh! I almost forgot to mention. From the bus station it's a down hill walk, 10-15 minutes at most.

Sapa eden hotel was amazing. Mrs Trang made the whole experience just that much better, she has so much energy and is so helpful. Would definitely recommend for people to stay. Plus eat dinner at Hood morning Vietnam restaurant 30m down the road.

Friendlies Staff Ever! The hotel is located near to Sun Plaza where u can purchase train ticket to Sapa cable car station to Fansipan. The room and toilet are super clean.

Felt super welcomed, the women was so energetic it would make us more energetic! we had a nice & clean room with a beautiful view! we would recommend!

Small hotel but very nice service, room is clean and comfortable, walking distance to the church and market. The staff very friendly. They did a good job. Recommended hotel.

Regarding equipment I did not mention because this is not a big hotel. However, for me the sincerity and enthusiasm of the staff here makes me feel AMAZING. They serve with sincerity and warmth that is what professional hotels need. From the breakfast restaurant you can watch the beautiful Hoang Lien Son mountain. I will definitely come back when I have the opportunity to come to Sapa again

Such nice people! Great location within walking distance of Cat Cat village with incredible views. Breakfast was perfect. Definitely recommend.

가격이 아주 조금 비싸다는 점을 제외하고 모든 것이 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 돈 아낀다고 뷰 없는 곳을 예약했다가, 주인 아주머니의 권유를 듣고 1박당 $5의 추가금을 현금으로 내고 방을 업그레이드했습니다. 가장 크고 뷰도 좋은 방이었어요. 처음 예약하실 때 뷰가 있는 방으로 선택하시는 걸 추천해요! 조식도 정말 맛있고, 아침에 판시판 간다고 조식 시작 시간에 맞춰 오믈렛 포장을 부탁했더니 물과 바나나까지 모두 일회용 용기에 깔끔하게 포장해주었습니다. 루프탑 식당의 뷰도 좋고, 식사 시간이 아니더라도 올라가서 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 청소도 깔끔하게 해 주었고, 침구류 냄새도 아주 좋았습니다. 깟깟마을까지 도보 10분입니다. 추천해요!
