Sapa Mountain Queen House

First of all, their breakfast was super amazing!
Price to stay is a bit cheaper than other hotels. Even though it’s a 3-star hotel, but bed condition was so comfortable and room was cozy enough.
The owner and all of staff were kind and sincere about their service :)

We loved our stay in Sapa Mountain Queen House.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and didn't have a single problem.

Mr. Kim (the owner) gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful regarding our stay in the hotel and in Sapa.
He was very attentive and provided us with lots of useful information regarding tours, where to go in town and helped us with transport on our journey.

All the staff were very friendly, polite and friendly!

Breakfast offers a good selection of both western and local cuisine.
We used the laundry service from the hotel and it was very quick.
The location is also great. Everything in town is in your doorstep, but you're not in the main street where there is more noise.

Very good experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back to Sapa Mountain Queen House if we come back to Sapa!

We stayed in Sapa for 1 night 2 days and chose Mountain Queen House for our stay. As you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly reception that offers you some tea while check-in is being sorted.

We received our Lake view rooms that were just like the ones we had booked online. The rooms are spacious with very decent bathroom and complimentary coffee and waters.

Breakfast was delicious with a range of fresh juices, pancakes, freshly cooked omelet and a wide range of very nice dishes and food to choose.

On our checkout they prepared 3 complimentary sandwiches to take with us on the bus back to Lao Cai.

We would recommend this place without a doubt. Its very good value for money that you can't go wrong.

Great location - near to everything yet quiet and peaceful still. Comfortable stay - very clean room, big and comfortable bed, heater and hot shower perfect for the cold weather. Awesome hospitality - Mr Kim and all the staff went above and beyond to welcome and make us feel at home. They welcomed us with hot tea and towel and helped us with our travel bookings and queries. One of us fell sick and they were so attentive and thoughtful, even allowed us late check-out to rest while waiting for our bus. They even gave us banh mi for our journey back to Hanoi. Best service ever! Thank you very much, Mr Kim and everyone at Sapa Mountain Queen House!

Amazing! The manager of the hotel was just amazing, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left he took care of everything for us. All the stories about the place are true, we went on a trip for a few days, and the hotel kept our luggage for us when we returned, and the manager arranged a room for us so that we could take a shower. From there we went to a Sleeper bus, and the manager took care of sandwiches for us to-go. Apart from that, the hotel is beautiful and luxurious. If we had time, we would be happy to stay longer. It is important for us to emphasize how amazing the manager was! Thank you for an amazing experience

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Sapa Mountain Queen House. The hotel
is clean, modern and spacious, with great bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

The service we received was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning from the night train from Hanoi and were given complimentary early check-in. They then stored our bags while we went on a home stay trek. On our return we got an upgraded room for our final night (with an amazing view of the town and mountains!) and they let us use the shower before leaving after we checked out.

The location is great, right in the middle of Sapa and walking distance to everything you need. The included breakfast was very good as well, a mix of Asian and western food.

Would highly recommend!

Exceptional hotel. In a quiet area, very close to supemarket, ATM. Fantastic breakfast (best we've had in SE Asia), very good mattress. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The best hotel we have been to in Vietnam so far. Service is outstanding, we received a free room upgrade as well as a late checkout. The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The Breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered a great variety of dishes. Different trips throughout sapa can be booked at the hotel as well. The staff was always super friendly and extremely Helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in sapa.

We had a wonderful experience staying here for 1 night in December. We were truly touched and warmed by hospitality extended to us by Mr Kim and his team. Smooth check-in, arranging tours for us at a short notice, accomodating our preference for vegan dish at breakfast, providing room after check-out for freshening up, seeing us off at the gate while leaving - the list can go on and on.
Above all service was always with a smile.

We stayed three nights. Mr Kim upgraded. Us to a room with a view over the lake, which was very kind. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was good lots of choice and the coffee was great. What I thought was a nice touch, Mr Kim had the chef prepare some baguettes for us, for the journey free of charge, which was well appreciated.
Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Mr. Kim made us feel very welcome in his hotel. Early check-in around 5 was no problem for him. He always greeted us with a smile. The rooms are nice and clean! The breakfast is diverse offering pancake, ommeletes and more according to diet.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel, located close to the center of Sapa in a quiet side road. It's clean, comfortable and has a stable WiFi connection to research the next day's activities from the comfort of your room.
Mr. Kim and his staff were friendly, attentive and supportive - we would be happy to stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and I highly recommend it. It’s in the center but in a alleyway street, it is quiet. very nice service, especially the manager who allowed us to check out a little later due to the our late bus. It was great and I highly recommend it to everyone. the rooms are also clean, although the bathrooms are a bit small :)

It's a beautiful hotel, with very nice rooms (we booked the room with a balcony overlooking the lake) also very clean and spacious. The mattress and pillows are great and so comfy, specially after coming from a long bus journey.
The service... the service is amazing!!!
Our bus arrived late and we reached the hotel at 3am. The bell boy allowed us in and rang Mr. Kim. Through a simple phone conversation with him, he organised everything for us to go straight into our room so we could rest.
On the day we checked out, we went for a two-day one-night trekking. He kept our big bags while trekking and on the following day when we returned, he kept a room for us so we could have a shower. He also gave us lovely sandwiches because we had a night train ahead of us. He couldn't do more!!! He's a very hospitable man!!!
Another thing I need to praise is breakfast!! Buffet style with noodles, rice and a good few other hot dishes plus choice of eggs, pho's (noodle soup) and pancakes all freshly made. Generous and delicious!!!
The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants!

Everything was perfect 🤩. What I liked most about this hotel was the service and the people working here, especially Mr. Kim. He was super friendly and helpful.

The bed in the room was very comfy, clean, and spacious.

By the way, what I really want to recommend is their beef pho soup, which is one of the options for breakfast 😋. Absolutely delicious!

Excellent location, spacious rooms, breakfast with possibility to order eggs/pancakes how you like them and very friendly staff. The rooms also have some complimentary sweets and they welcome you with hot towel and a tea. Highly recommend staying there if you visit Sa Pa!

Stayed three nights in balcony room. Beds and sheets are great. Hot water is great. A bit of a view. Off the Main Street, so quiet. Breakfast is good too. Mr Kim is super helpful! Arranged driver for half day within 15 minutes. So easy

We found ourselves needing an extra night of accommodation at the last minute and got the last room at Sapa Mountain Queen House. The beds and shower were amazing which we loved after our 3 day trek. The fantastic hotel manager Kim is a great guy and let us store luggage, offered showers before our night train and even packed us a banh my for the train. :) We loved breakfast from the balcony with views over beautiful Sapa. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable Kim.

Had a delightful stay at Sapa Mountain Queen. The staff were lovely, the buffet breakfast offered a great variety, staff were super quick with doing laundry, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended booking here for your stay in Sapa!
