Sapa Eco Bungalows & Spa

We stayed 1 night and it was great!
The staff is wonderful, they really offered an excellent attention. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate us in English but they always understood us.
The bungalows are really nice, and the one we stayed in, had a fantastic landview!!! It was equipped with everything we needed.
The breakfast was OK (included). And the dinner (not included) it was also good and tasty!

For last, we booked a trekking with a local guide through the hotel. We totally recommend it!

If you a looking for a quieter more authentic experience in the country side of Sapa this is the place. The rooms were lovely and clean with good linen and covers which you will need in the colder months. The balcony of our room opened onto a view of the rice fields. The pool in November is chilly, but refreshing after an all day mountain hike. The staff are exceptional. Speak English well and are very helpful in all areas including booking tours, taxis and further travel. Meals are lovely and the cinnamon tea is exceptional. The beer is cold and there is a surprisingly well stocked wine list. The only drawback is the set of river rock stairs going to the lower bungalows which make for unsteady footing and concern if you have a bad back or other injury. A guide rail would be great here.

The rooms were very nice and comfy and spacious. The bathroom had a lot of space and the heater was really good at such a cold place. There was a great view of the fields with the water buffalo and the shower had a good temperature and pressure. The breakfast wasn’t too good, and took a while to make. It was very clean and it was nice walking around the place. It was also a great price.

This place is perfect for disconnecting oneself from the hectic day to day life. Quiet and serene. Service by the staff was great. Rooms were nice. I recommend the Family Bungalow with balcony facing directly to the rice fields. No TV. Wifi OK. Breakfast was nice. Shower may have ponding problems sometimes. Overall blissful experience. Please note that some pathways were made of uneven stones and rocks which could be dangerous and slippery at times. Hand rails would be useful (note to management).

My whole family of 7 stayed for 3 nights and it was the best experience ever. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the scenery was like no other. I would recommend this place to all.

Located in a charming village, not very far from Sa Pa. The bungalows were nice, clean and spacious. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We enjoyed the hiking tour with a local guide provided by the hotel and feel that this is a better place to stay and enjoy the views than Sa Pa itself.

The road to Sapa Eco Bungalows was rough, but our 6 night stay there was absolutely worth it. Located about a 20-30 min drive from Sa Pa town, in the middle of the rice fields with stunning mountain views. When we arrived, we got a free upgrade from a family room to 2 deluxe rooms. Thanks!!

Our rooms were beautiful, big, and comfortable. We loved hanging out on the balcony spotting buffaloes and chickens in the rice fields.

What made our stay extra amazing, was the staff. Really welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their service made us feel at home.

Food is pretty yummy with options for vegetarians. We absolutely loved the tofu with lemongrass, and the sauteed veggies for dinner, and the french toast for breakfast.

We will definitely return some day!

‏The best hotel experience of our lives. Sa Pa Eco Bungalows was amazing in every single way. We took a room with a view and it had perfect view. The room design is lovely and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff. Oh the staff! I had a birthday there, and they did everything to make me the happiest man alive. And it seemed everyone gets the same feeling.
‏Tao, the head of staff there was amazing. He and the staff really are an example of what a service should look like. Me and my partner can't express our feeling when we've left. We literally had no words left. It is by far the most memorable experience in our 3 months trip, and we have the hotel and it's staff to thank for.

Unfortunately we stayed an the Sapa Eco Bungalows only for one night. However we arrived in the morning, got picked up from the railway station in Lao Cai by a driver of the hotel. Upon arriving at the bungalow, we were directly able to get into our room.

The staff is very friendly and helps with any questions or when in need of advice. We got recommended a tour through the mountains and rice fields which was absolutely stunning.

The food was absolutely amazing. Very simple, but amazing.

The rooms were clean an nice. We had an extra heater. The only negative thing was, that the hot water for the shower was very limited and we had to wait. But that was absolutely no problem, since we had an amazing view from our terrace.

We can only recommend the Sapa Eco Bungalows!

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was really helpful with all our needs. 10/10 can recommend the place for a stay in Sapa. Beautiful view, beautiful people. Make sure to rent a motorbike and go on an adventure by yourself!

Very beautiful place to stay. The host is extremely helpful and kind! Its near to the most authentic village and gorgeous hikings to waterfalls and a bamboo forest. Would really recommend!

This was our highlight in our travel around Vietnam. The staff was the most warm, welcoming and helpful team where we have ever stayed. The room was beautifully decorated and with an amazing view to the rice fields. On the top, the food was exquisite. The Pho Ga and the fresh spring rolls are a must. We can just recommend it!!

We had an amazing time here! The location is absolutely beautiful but what made it was the staff, they gave us free birthday drinks and decorated our room for my girlfriends birthday. They were so helpful with giving us information about the local area and the food was outstanding. Beautiful room, couldn't recommend more, fantastic if you don't want to stay inside sapa and want a more relaxing and authentic experience. Thank you so much, Ed and Jax

Brand new small bungalow hotel. Very nice staff, nice location and views. I would recomend. Try to book a bungalow with mountain views, they got private terrace with breathtaking views on the terraced rice fields. The rooms with garden view are cheaper but don't have private outside space. Nice pool over looking the rice fields. No air con, just fan but this is all right as the nights in the area are not as warm than in the rest of the country.

Lovely bungalow with river and mountain view. There is a pool where we can enjoy sunset with very nice cocktails from the bar. The staffs are friendly and make our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended this Bungalow.

The guys at Sapa Eco Bungalows went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Hoang and Tuan are some of the most hospitable hosts I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. I highly recommend staying here.
