We stayed at the lodge for 1 week after only intending to stay 1 night. I am now back for a full month long stay. The rooms are super clean and incredibly comfortable. Has a very homey feel. The staff are like family - warm, friendly, incredibly helpful. This is the best location in the valley to see the beautiful Sapa mountain scenery and live where the locals are. It is quiet and peaceful. Perfect stay if you want peace, quiet, comfort and the real Sapa experience of mountains and local traditional people.

Sapa eco home is a charming venue perched on the hill overlooking Lao ciai Valley with a breathtaking view and an immersed rural feel only 2km from Sapa city center. Vượng our host was very helpful in organizing a motorbike and taxi rides to and from the place. A perfect intermediary between a village atmosphere with friendly dogs welcoming you home each day and the comfort of a resort.

Sapa Eco Home is the top place to stay when you are visiting the hilly town of Sapa in Vietnam. The Eco home is at a fabulous location just 10 min away from the Sapa town center. Being outside the town, it offers peace, tranquility and stupendous views of the mountains and valleys of this region. The private bungalows are made in a sustainable yet modern way, offering all the amenities of a great hotel in the city. The balcony of the bungalows open towards the valley and one can enjoy epic sunrises from the comfort of your own private balcony. The common area is warm and cozy with a fire place and great tasting home-style food with a lot of variety too! The owner Maria and her family are very warm and welcoming and they would go to any lengths to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in Sapa. IMHO, there is no other place to stay in Sapa and soak in the natural beauty while being inside your modern yet sustainable private bungalow!

Spent a couple of wonderful days here. Super friendly staff that helped with some trekking and rent us a motorbike amongst other things. Stayed in one of the cabins with a breathtaking view of the valley. Ate some great food fresh from the kitchen and a very nice chef we got to meet. All in all the owner with great staff and family made our stay a time to remember. Will try and get back some time since we still got more of Sapa valley to se and experience.

Amazing place to stay with a lovely family! Nothing was too much trouble and they would provide transport to pick us up from Sapa at any point by messaging them on WhatsApp.

The bungalows are lovely and have a stunning view no matter the weather. I didn't get to see a proper sunrise or sunset because of the fog and low clouds but it still looked absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfy and the shower is great condition.

The family provides you with a tasty cinnamon tea when you arrive and we had breakfast included.

The only downside to this place is how far it is from Sa Pa and how hard it is to get there. The road is in a very poor condition atm. There is also a toll for tourists on the way down for 75,000 per adult. I had no problem paying this but I wish they had informed us before or included it in the price at the hotel.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, whether you're looking for a trek or a relaxing weekend, this is perfect. Thanks for the stay!

Just stayed the one night had breakfast and dinner here, lovely food! Our hut / room was so nice, comfy bed, lovely shower and amazing views. The staff were so welcoming they organised us taxis and a trekking tour, even after we had checked out when we came back and were given towels and a room to shower before we left! Highly recommended this place

The views can't be beat. The food was some of the best I had while in Vietnam. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

One small complaint, there is one duplex bungalow with a shared wall, you can hear quite easily through this wall. The rest of the bungalows are standalone so won't have this problem.

Totally idyllic quiet place with a fantastic view over The Valley and a familiar atmosphere in the house. The food was also superb tasty.
So, if you like to come down, go to this place, rent a bike or walk around.

Stayed here for 2 nights at which we opened our windows t olet in the sound of frogs and crickets. Not much else to hear, no traffic or airplanes. The view is stunning, looking at the clouds creeping up from the valley.
Wonderful staff.

Tranquil surrounding with the rice terraces. The one-bedroom bungalow has nice mountains view. The triple room is large but not much view. The family room is above the main reception/dinning area. Best to have the one-bedroom bungalow. But there’s a pair of one-bedroom bungalow ( Butterfly House & Flower House ) that has adjoining wall that is not very well soundproofed. So take note. We stayed 2 nights and they have fantastic breakfast. We also chose to have dinner at the ecolodge opting for the Vietnamese Family Meal Set. A good place to start the 5 hours self-trekking in the Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, Lao Chai Village & Ta Van village. We were advised to take a taxi back to the ecolodge from Ta Van at the end of the hike. However, we decided to do a leisurely 5h trek from ecolodge to Y Linh Ho & Lao Chai village for lunch & then back to ecolodge ( skipping Ta Van ) all by walking in a loop
on our own. It’s easily done following Google map routes. Total 8km. Good place to stay. Highly recommend for the comfort, location & service.

Great place! Very peaceful, the views are amazing and the staff are lovely. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed for longer! We did find the food a little pricy and a bit basic but I wouldn’t let that put you off - they have only very recently opened and I’m sure this will quickly improve.

While this place is a 14min drive from the city centre (church in the 2nd picture), with views like this, it is absolutely worthwhile. Plus you can always pay 100,000 vnd for a ride to town. Try to get the bamboo, flower, butterfly or banana house as they have the best view.

We didn't stayed at the property but we had dinner there and the dinner was really good and tasty. The girls taking care of the place were super nice and helpful. Next time in Sa Pa we definitely will stay there.

the Best place in Sapa
If anyone was going to Sa Pa I would recommend these lodges to them! The location of them and the scenery around you is breathtaking! We arrived on an overnight sleeper bus and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at 6am off the bus. We checked straight in and were showed to our lodge which was so nicely done out and had such a lovely feel to it. We made a hot tea and went out onto our terrace and watched the sun rise. It’ll be something we never forget! The food here was also lovely we had breakfast and an evening meal. It all tasted so fresh. If you visit Sa Pa make sure you include this in your itinerary, it’s somewhere you’ll never forget!

Beautiful quiet location with fantastic view. Got there just in time to see rice harvest in progress. See my photo for the view from our cottage.
