Saigonese Trekking House

Very kind and helpful staff.

Would be perfect in warmer weather to be able to sit in outdoor common area. They had great hot showers and lots of blankets for very comfortable sleep. Good price!

It has been over a month since my friend and I stayed there, but it’s still on of our highlights!
At first we booked 3 nights, but we kept extending, because we liked it so much.
The hostel has such a special atmosphere; they have painted and decorated the hostel, it feels like you are being welcomed to their home.
The rooms are very clean and cosy, and the beds are comfortable .
The staff are so friendly and helpful. We also went on a trekking tour they offered, and it was incredible.

It’s definitely worth a visit, we can 100% recommend it!

Such a beautiful experience. This was great way to immerse yourself in local culture. The staff was so accommodating and the food was incredible. 100% recommend going here for a cooking class.

Lovely hostel just outside the city center. The people working here are so nice and helpfull. The food is really good too. Only a little noisy outside but I think most of Sa Pa is like that.

I hiked fansipan with Pao (a guide) and had a fantastic time! He did a really good job and knew a lot about the region. The mountain is so beautiful, but please be aware what you're getting into (1900m vertical + 3000m peak + tail exposure + weather) and don't put yourself and the guides at risk! Also I'm 77 or 80kg and drank 3.5L on a 'cool' day with mostly fog, so be sure to bring enough water.

We loved it here!! Huyen Leona was so amazing, we did a cooking class with her and had so much fun!!! She brought us to the market, we made spring rolls and tofu with rice! It was such a great way to experience Vietnamese food and Huyen Leona is so lovely 🤍

What a great hostel. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. I booked a fansipan hike with them and after I got back I received an amazing lunch for free. They really do try to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Definitely deserved 5 stars!

When I was there the rooms and bathroom seemed like they could use more frequent cleaning, although it could have just been an unlucky day.

This place was amazing. Stayed in the mixed dorm which was pretty good. The accommodation and atmosphere is what makes this place amazing. The staff are so nice and friendly-they are willing to help with any questions. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, as well as the tea they provided us with in the afternoons. Also the courtyard is such a nice place to hangout. You guys made Sapa amazing for us. Thank you so much :)

Great little place. We didn’t stay the night here but did the cooking class and also ordered food here, was really good and recommended it to anyone coming through to Sa Pa.

The place is 8 minutes walk from everything! So very reachable! The hosts are very helpful, cheerful and super nice! I loved the place, the vibe and the room. It is very cozy and private and I met some very nice people here as well. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Loved our stay. Laid back and relaxing! We booked the 4 person family room. One of my friends left some clothes on accident and the staff helped us 4 days later to get the items!

This is a great hostel! I stayed 3 nights in a dorm, the beds were very comfortable. The vibe is also very chill and the people working here are friendly and helpful! From the center it is a steap 10min walk, so be prepared haha.

This is the best homestay EVER!!! The friendliest, happiest staff here, such a beautiful, colourful place, and this vibrance is expressed by all of the staff!! ♥ The homemade food is made with such love and the staff are always happy to help with any needs/information/guidance. I extended my stay and didn't want to leave. I hope to come back someday!!

Our stay in sapa was amazing! Big part of the pleasant encounter was the saigonese homestay hostel. The owner of the place is a very very cool guy who makes his own wine, has a great knowledge of planting and paints all the beautiful paintings that you can see around the hostel himself! We also want to thank the 3 ladiess who are volunteers at the hostel. They were so sweet, they took great care of us, made some tea when we were not feeling our best, gave us cookies,coffee and many advices for our trips . The best part were our conversations and little chats that we had with them. They teached us some basics in Vietnamese and showed also interest in our culture , so that we never ran out of topics to talk about ! If you want you can organize cool trekking trips with a local minority guide from the beautiful rice villages around sapa over the hostel. After the very cool trekking trip we had, they even surprised us with a food bath and some typical Vietnamese coffee. So all in all, the only recommendation that we have is : Don’t miss out on the beautiful decorated, charming saigonese homestay hostel, with the amazing staff!!!

I stayed here with my friends for two nights and we absolutely loved it! The homestay is so cute and the people working here are best! I haven’t meet so kind and helpful people in my five month of travelling in south east Asia. I will definitely come back and can get only recommend to come!!

Great hostel to stay in Sapa. Hosts are lovely and make you feel very welcome. They accommodate you extremely well and the breakfast is wonderful! Would recommend :)

Everything was perfect, it is such a nice place to stay at in Sapa, the staff is lovely and really helpful, they can help you also arrange trekkings, bus tickets (better prices than booking it online). This place is amazing. I stayed just one night but the people running the place are wonderful. I was a little bit sick and they were looking after me, to cook me a breakfast and a lunch adapted. The place is really nicely decorated and I loved the vibe really chill. I highly recommend this place.
