Overall rating of this hotel is Excellent, and definitely recommend

The good:
-Excellent service, they are so helpful with whatever you ask them. They booked for us everything from customized tours to taxis to town or airport, just fantastic service

-Clean and spacious rooms
-Far from the hustle of Sa Pa town

The not so good:

- I expected the location would offer a more quiet experience as it is far from town, but it's close to the main road and you can hear the cars and motorcycles very clearly.

- water temperature in the shower turns from hot to just warm in less than a minute

- if you want to eat outside the hotel, there aren't any options within walking distance, you have to ask for a taxi

We had a great stay here. Unfortunately I was unwell on the first day with food poisoning (from Hanoi) but the hotel let us check in early and brought toast to my room and offered to get medicine. They were so kind throughout our stay, I couldn’t have asked for more. The view from the room was incredible overlooking the pool and the hills. They also organised a trek with a local guide which was so interesting. Definitely recommend this place.

Rooms and service is really awesome. I spent my two days in Sapa Eco Villas and Spa resort which was really the perfect choice for me. I wanted a peaceful stay away from city and this was the one. Again, service was good and yes they do understand English compared to other stays I've been.

Located about 30 minutes drive from Sapa Town (~350,000VND or ~USD15 for 9 of us), we chose this place for its peaceful surroundings and were rewarded with fresher air as well. A family of four can stay at the Villas, which overlooks the rice fields, villages, reservoir and dam. A larger group may have to stay at the apartments above the main reception area, which allows you line of sight over the Villas located downhill. I would suggest the Villas for the view if you are a group of four.

The service crew are an excellent team. They were sincere and courteous, and honest. 👍 After I checked out, we got a text through the booking app we used, that I had overpaid some USD170. Su assured me that he would get the money returned to me as soon as possible. True enough, as soon as I provided them the necessary info, the money was wired to me that same night. Thumbs up to Tom (Boss), Su, Hu Chi, Chilli, Son and the rest of the service team. 👍

Rooms are comfortable and functional. Perhaps, I thought they should consider installing a bar fridge in the apartment where I stayed in. You might want to check with the property, if a bar fridge is a "must have" for your group.

Very very nice place to stay! A combination of friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool & Spa Area and very good restaurant.
The trips they offer all sound great and worth the price.
We took one of many motorcycle tours to nice views and a waterfall, great experience!

All people were very kind. And I could use restaurant until 10pm. And also swimming pool and sauna are very good. My room was very clean. (It is far from sapa town 30~40mins by car)

This place is really the best! I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is great and kind (they're a family ) and the rooms are just spectacular! They upgraded our villa on arrival which was really kind on their part. The food is fine, and the breakfast menu has a great many choices(the coffee is the best you'll ever have). The resort is a little away from the city (around 12km) but honestly it's worth it if you want to be amongst nature. The view from the room and even the pool area is amazing! I even availed of the spa for a herbal bath and my mother had a foot massage, which was really really good! The amenities available overall are 5 star, with very reasonable and cheap prices. Honestly, I didn't expect much at the price we paid for our stay but it turned out to be the best resort ever! My only regret is that we spent just 2 nights and 2 days but I'd recommend you to stay at least 3 nights here to truly enjoy and appreciate the experience.
P. S: they have two cute dogs! (no and now)

Worth the money, it's a bit far from the downtown and is located in the mountains, but the view is worth it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, diverse activities. Breakfast is a buffet they try their best. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Eco Villas & Spa! We enjoyed the location as it was quiet and had a remote feeling with a beautiful view over the valley and mountains.

The accommodation consists of a number of standalone bungalows all with a private balcony looking over the valley. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner options, as well as a swimming pool and spa facilities.

The accommodation offers guided trek tours which is recommended if you decide to go away from the common roads. We signed up to go on a 20km hike through the mountains and returning via the valley. A hike that was basically barely following any path hence the importance of having a local guide. Amazing experience!

Great and affordable food, hence we didn’t bother with going any other place for dinner.

visited Oct 2022. It still remains the best ever resort I've ever stayed in overseas - the homecooked food was something I really loved and miss so much!
although the location of the resort is quite isolated from the main Sapa town, it is one with really great views of nature and great if you're looking for a chill and relaxing trip/accom to rewind and reconnect with nature.
staff were also really nice and customer service was amazing as it was my birthday when I stayed there and they decorated my bed with flowers and also had me a surprise birthday cake during dinner! It made it the most memorably birthday for me thus far!
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for anybody going Sapa and I will be back for sure.
PS for the animal lovers, they have many dogs around the villa and also a bird that comes to visit!

We had a great time here:

Very nice location, swimming in the pool is a lot of fun.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so you don't have many alternatives for eating and co. without a vehicle.

But there is a good menu for western tourists in the hotel restaurant.

The hoteliers are always helpful and book taxis from/to Sapa immediately after a Whatsapp request.

Good facilities (massage, laundry service, motorbike rental).

Thank you very much!

P.S. We were also allowed to check in very early and check out late. This was really super nice as it allowed for a good connection with the night bus. Thank you!

Sapa Eco Villas & Spa is amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful and have an amazing veranda.
The staff is extremely friendly and help you in any regards! Also the extra services as massage or day tours are extremely well.
It is a little oasis in a more rural area.
I can recommend it to 100% also the food is amazing!

It’s half an hour drive (and quite a bumpy rocky one) from Sapa town with all the restaurants but this one is close to nature and has the stunning views and great food at their own restaurant. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re interested in exploring the stunning unique nature and quietness. The staff is also very friendly and helpful in arranging activities (with one of the best friendly local hiking guides). Oh and for the restaurant; definitely try one of their set menus they’re very affordable with great options.

This is one the most beautiful resorts. The stay is very calm and peaceful. You should spend atleast one day and two nights at the resort. This place is best when friends are accompanied. Each villa has a private balcony. This resort is a bit far from the main SAPA city. However it has everything in the resort. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The food is also good. They serve breakfast boxes incase you have to leave early morning.

The location is perfect for someone who doesn't like the lousy places. It's a bit far from the town centre.
The service was good, they're very helpful and friendly.
The food is also good too.

I've stayed in many different hotels and guesthouses worldwide and this is one of the cutest and most charming ones! I was delighted to get a tiny bungalow to myself with a balcony where I could look out into the beautiful Sapa landscape and watch the lightning sipping a glass of the delicious local plum wine made by the manager Quan. The location is quite far from downtown Sapa but having seen how horrifically touristy and crowded it was, I was very pleased to be in this serene and peaceful area. The food at the villa is great, with both local and western options, and I appreciated that Quan helped me book a trek with a lovely young guide who told me all about the Hmong and patiently helped me with the tricky terrain.

The staff is also very warm and I love the family atmosphere -- everyone working there seems genuinely happy to be there, so props to Tom, Quan and everyone for creating such a happy and beautiful little retreat!

ur family (kids 3 & 5), booked 4 days at Eco Villas. It became 8. After a long drive from Hanoi, it was great to arrive in the tranquil surroundings and the beautiful rooms, with 2 big beds, bath, balcony and veranda. During the first cold day's, we needed heating and could enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire in the main house, and during the hotter days that followed we could swim in the pool. The view is great from the property, even if it gets even nicer when you climb up higher in the hills.

We took hikes around and found you could do excellent walks right from the property. Guides were helpful but not necessary.

The staff, especially Mr Kuon really made that extra difference btw liking and loving a place. Thanks a lot for all your help and our nice conversations together.

Do note that there are not many other restaurants or hotel nearby (10-15 min walk), the potentially only drawback is most meals will be at the resort - since they cook excellent food this was not a problem for us.
