The Little Hmong House

Me and my friend, both from Chile stayed here for 2 days and we wish we could have stated longer. This is an excellent place with great and warm-hearted people and friendly chickens hahaha everything was perfect. The amazing view of the rice fields and the delicious food in their family dinner. Beds were comfortable with mosquito nets so we were safe. I would totally come back here again, best experience.

We stayed here for three nights and had the best time! Great friendly hosts and positive family vibes, and a good location for hiking away from the built up Sapa town. We went for a days trekking with Mamma Chi and Oanh (the house host) up into the hills, and ended up grabbing lunch at one of Mamma Chi’s families houses - a great way to see the rural culture. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay again if we come back to Vietnam in the future! Thanks Oanh and family for having us to stay!

Oanh & Ha are wonderful hosts—kind, accommodating, and very helpful. We spent three nights at the Little Hmong House, which was a perfect amount of time.

We did full day trek the first day, and rented a scooter the second. Oanh & Ha offer a filling complimentary breakfast, and a small menu for other meals. They can also arrange to rent a scooter, buy buy tickets, transfer you to/from Sapa, and do a trek. Prices are reasonable and they are very trustworthy.

The space is rustic but comfortable, and their accommodations are suited to all seasons—we stayed in winter and it was quite cold in the evening.

Overall a good experience, I highly recommend a visit to the little Hmong house!

The host was amazingly friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful arranging our transportation to and from the homestay. The food she and her sister prepared was phenomenal, some of the best we ate in our time in Sa Pa. The place was clean and comfortable, enjoyed a couple great nights of sleep there. Also, she has the cutest puppy ever.

HIGHLY recommend.

The owner is very friendly, beautiful smile. The room is clean and tidy. Just a bit far from the town, but worth to stay. U will wake up in the middle of the terraced fields in the morning, this feeling is really cool. Really misty and cold here. Taxi around 250k from town.

The Little Hmong House is a homestay in Sapa hosted by the wonderful Su. She was very friendly and was a very good host to me and my 3 friends. She always seemed to have a smile on her face. The view this homestay has is amazing and gorgeous! Not only that, its very convenient to trek around Sapa if you start here. Great food and very cozy! Thanks Su! Will see you again when i visit Sapa next time!

I had a very pleasant stay with Ha and Oahn, they're family was very nice and I would recommend doing a trek with a local guide they recommend. Lala with the Hmong tribe was a great guide and I wish I would have planned for a 2 or 3 day trek with her, but the one day trek up the mountain and to the village was great.

Mrs. Bui is very attenting and helpful. Great food, great home made wine. Nestled in a paddyfield, and can be your ideal escape in Sapa. Morning view from the homestay is so beautiful. Even the ride from Sapa to homestay is quite an adventure.Rooms are very comfortable. All in all best homestay in Sapa

Wonderful accomodation, very nice rooms in a peaceful and tranquil Mountain View.
Wenn learned a Lot about the traditional Cuisine and had the opportunity to Cook together with the Family.
There are a View very good Selfmade wines, with a fantastic taste.

Great location. Very good communal area and lovely little rooms. Staff so friendly. Food list small but enough choice - and very enjoyable. Dinner was a feast. Really enjoyable stay here

We had a great time here. We came late on the day the weather was so badly, foggy and terrible cold but she was waiting for us, making tea and gave us a heat mattress. She is really nice and tries to do anything she can to make u feel comfortable.

Lovely and quiet location and great host! Not so easy to reach but well worth it, considering how touristic and crowded Sapa is.

Very clean bedroom and bathroom, nice and friendly host, and perfect view of the rice field, river and mountain opposite to the home stay.

Hele vriendelijke eigenaren die ons overal mee deden helpen, het trekken was enorm gaaf. Verder is het een heerlijk rustgevende plek op een mooie locatie. En de pannenkoeken voor het ontbijt waren erg lekker, en ze bieden vegetarische opties. Helaas waren alleen de douches kort warm.
