White Lotus Hue Hotel

We spent a week at the white lotus hotel. It was in a good location. A ten minute walk to walking street with lots of places to eat and drink and nearby to the river with a pedestrian walk way which was great. It's also just across the bridge to the Citadel and market. Hotel was lovely but we found there was no where to put things away in the room so our whole luggage full was out on display. Would have been better to have drawers and more hanging space but we managed. The breakfast was lovely and so was the rooftop pool. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful and booked us their car for some sightseeing to temples and the pagoda. We had a great stay here.

Beautiful hotel, very new and modern. Rooms very comfortable with good beds, airconditioning and beautiful view across the river. Lovely swimming pool with good cocktails and towels provided. And not that much shade so be careful of the sun! Very extensive breakfast buffet. Quality of the food is okay, but for dinner I would recommend going somewhere in town.

Rooms are modern, stylish, beautiful and very clean. Mattress was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... I need to find the make and get one sent home!!

A wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We had great assistance from the front desk staff booking a transfer from the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel.

High-end hotel with very comfortable rooms. Excellent central location close to all the main sights in Hué. Views from the room where fantastic. Hotel has a great gym facility nice new equipment on the 7th floor. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Hué.

Great location, clean room, and breakfast was delicious. Quynh Nhi and other hotel staffs always greeted us with smile and were very attentive. We strongly recommend staying here.

Great hotel right in the center of Hue with detailed design at the first sight. I was amazed with the artistic decorations in the room. The owner must have an artistic eyes and knowledge to have such a nice design. The room is spacious with a great view of Huế city that I have never seen before. On top of those the services is wonderful from my arrival, staff welcome me with a great smiles and professional check in that I usually experienced at top 5 star hotels. Breakfast at the hotel was beyond my expectations with a delicious buffet with a large variety of food.
I would rate this hotel as a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Hue.

A lovely hotel for our family to stay in Hue - we stayed in a family room with 2 kids in one room, another one fold out couch in the living room, and 2 adults in another bedroom. Really modern rooms with climate control for each living space, the bathrooms are on the smaller side, a great selection of western and Asian foods for breakfast, and a refreshing pool and lounge area. There's a well equipped gym. The hotel is walking distance to the night walking street and many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Watch our for the cyclo riders at the front of the hotel - they will quote you one price and charge you more than double at the end of your journey (although they have no affiliation with the hotel). Would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice and modern hotel in Hue. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and offers a sufficient number of towels. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located near Hue Historic Citadel and also Hue Night Walking Street. Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

Our "River view" studio on the 15th floor offer a splendid 180° view.
It is well equipped and everything works well, while we only used one bathroom.
The restaurant's cuisine is very good for an affordable price.
All the staff are very pleasant and friendly.

The buffet breakfast had lots of items to choose from.
Reception also helped us book a driver to take us to some of the local attractions.

I recently stayed at the White Lotus hotel for a brief two-night stay, and overall, I enjoyed my experience. Given that Hue was somewhat underwhelming, I was particularly grateful that we had booked such a nice hotel.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hotel's pool area, which was simply lovely. It provided a nice oasis where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the breakfast options at the White Lotus were quite extensive, with both Western and Vietnamese cuisine available. We were able to start our day with a satisfying and delicious meal each morning, which was definitely a plus.

I should also note that the staff at the White Lotus were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were able to assist us with booking a transfer to Hoi An, which was a big help. It definitely made our trip a smoother and more enjoyable experience overall.

Our room at the White Lotus was clean and comfortable, although I did find that the decor was a bit cluttered for my personal taste. However, this was a minor quibble, and I was overall quite satisfied with the accommodations. While there wasn't a lot to see in the city beyond the imperial city, I was glad that we had chosen the White Lotus as our home base during our visit. It was a comfortable and welcoming place to return to each evening, and I would certainly recommend it to others who are looking for a nice hotel in the area.

We got a suite with 2 rooms and a living area. The deco is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The views from the rooms are just great. It is nearby some highly rate Hue restaurants like Madam Thu and Maison Trang and street food is really just across the street if you dare (my family did.)

Best hotel I have stayed at in Hue. The room is spacious, decorated nicely, and clean. We had a lovely view of the river with a spa bath. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious foods for every palate.

Great views from our room on the 15th floor. The staff were incredibly helpful arranging a car to pick us up from the airport, being very attentive at dinner and then again at check-out. I even went for a dip in the pool. The hotel is onin walking distance to the main attraction in Hue. Overall it was fantastic value and would highly recommend. We didn't make use of the spa and the sky bar was closed, presumably given it was a Monday evening.

Definitely satisfied with the experience in this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to many traditional foods like Thuy banh canh Nam Pho or banh mi. The decorations are also very beautiful in the national flower of lotus and paints. The decorations of the room are good also. However, the buffet breakfast is just so so, except for Bun bo. I found a cockroach 🪳 in the areas so I hope the hotel stuffs care about the hygiene. Btw satisfied.
