Hong Thien Ruby Hotel

This hotel has exceeded our expectations: clean big room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
They helped us to arrange excursions, bus to next destination, advised local tips.
It is very quiet street just in the city center.
Highly recommended place in Hué.

Amazing hosts! Amazing room! Amazing location! The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, we arrived at 6:30am and they kept our bags for us until check in. We were given our room 2 hours early and they arranged our bikes for the hai van pass. We were also upgraded to a big room for no extra fee. Highly recommend if you are staying in Hue!

Unbelievable price hotel..
The location is very good , and the room was managed well.
Breakfast was quite tasty.
Owner’s character is to worth to stay at Hue like reviewing by many people.

The thing that makes this hotel so good is the helpfulness and friendly staff, especially the owner who helped us sort out our onward journey.
Considering how close it is to the main tourist area, it's quiet and peaceful.

Incredibly welcoming staff who served fruits and drinks when we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, clean, and comfy. Location is perfect with short walking distance to bars & restaurants. Breakfast was just delicious, and we could order as much as we wanted - would always stay there again!

We stayed here for three nights and had an excellent time both at the hotel and on the day trips we were reccomended by the lovely owners. The room and location were great but the thing that stood out the most was the service, we wish there was an option for six stars! A delicious and free breakfast was provided each morning, and we felt at home the entire stay. Fantastic.

We arrived late yesterday afternoon. We were greeted at the entrance by a lovely couple. The ma'am, that runs the property is incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had travelled by motorbike for four hours and were pretty exhausted. She made us a coffee and fresh fruit and showed us two different rooms and two different prices to choose from. Let us have a hot shower and gave us a map of the area. The location is the best. Right in the middle of walking street and restaurants and bars. We've decided to stay for a second night

Lovely hotel and the friendliest owners I’ve coke across anywhere in Vietnam! They were so attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. They even upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost. The hotel is down an alleyway so you get no noise at night from the bars on the Main Street. Highly recommend them for anyone passing through Hue!

Our bus arrived so early (about 6am I think) that the owners were still sleeping, but the door is still open, and the guard woke up to meet us. The lady owner also woke up to greet us, and we could left our luggages and start early city tour. Our room (luxury double) costs us a few more dollars, but has good views and many furnitures, is spacious and clean.
Great breakfast (American style, many different choices with great tropical fruit dish).
No daily cleaning at all. We had to ask for new towels.

The hotel is excellent! Very clean,spacious comfortable and location is great.The owner is super kind,attentive,helpful and so friendly.
We feel like at home for 4 nights staying there. We will definitely staying here again when we come back to Hue.

Definitely a hotel that you should take if you want to stay at the very center of Hue. It’s just a few minutes from the walking street and other several famous sites such as Hue Imperial Citadel, Perfume river, Dong Ba market… I am feeling comfortable staying in this hotel. Locating near a vibrant center but it was quite inside the hotel so that after a long day of walking and exploring the city, you can have a good sleep to re-vitalize yourself, get ready for the next day of exploration. Furthermore, everything here is clean, Wifi is strong, hot water is always available, price is reasonable, and the owner is so so supportive.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we have to say this was the best hotel experience we had in Asia. Everything is clean, the location is great and the staff is incredible! The couple running the hotel is very lovely and helps you with everything! We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone!

Highly recommend this hotel, was my favourite stay in Vietnam. The lady host (forgot to get her name) couldn't be nicer, welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived early after sleeper bus, gave me coffee and got me a banh mi for free. Organised a good motorbike with a proper helmet for my ride to Hoi An. Made me feel properly cared after.

The room was exactly as pictured, comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for a week and felt like part of the family. The owner "Gin" is a treasure and goes above and beyond to take care of you. She was helping me with rides, tours, foods and even made me breakfast, dinner, snacks at no extra charge. Will always stay here when I travel to Hue. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It was our first actual stay in Vietnam and the best of our trip.
The best point was the advices of our hostess who gave us advices which were relevant the whole trip, but everyone there greatly helped us. We encountered none of the greediness we sometimes had to face later on.

The host will take care of you like your Vietnamese mama, she is so nice and sweet! The room is just what you need for this price and she will help you with anything. Location is perfect for Hue.

So clean! Spotless and a welcome juice and some fresh fruit! One the best memories I have of my trip to Vietnam! The staff were the very best! Breakfast was great! I would say the nicest hotel over my 22 day trip!

Great hotel with an amazing and unlimited breakfast (you can literally pick whatever you want from their breakfast's menu as many times as you wish). Staff is very polite and always trying to accommodate. The rooms are spacius and very clean, although they smell a bit dump. The hotel is in a quiet alley (no cars allowed) so you can rest properly. Around there are plenty of nice restaurants and souvenirs shops.
