Eldora Hotel

Our experience at Eldora was exceptional. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in our room was high and, for swimming, the pool was large. On the morning of our flight, they prepared a breakfast box for each of us because we departed before the buffet opened (need to arrange this night before). A very nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. You’re able to walk to many places from here. Beautiful rooms, great staff. We had some complaints about our room and the issue was fixed quickly and professionally. I would stay here again. 🙂

My only complaint is I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants and bars. comfortable rooms and a great pool. Huge variety of breakfast food. I would recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, the room and the bathroom is big. Bathroom got a big bathtub.. waliking about 10min to reach the bar street.

Stayed here for two nights over the busy holiday period in April. Was a little hesitant at first as this was the only hotel in Hue with availability and a relatively good review rating when I booked around 2 weeks in advance.

The hotel and room were absolutely stunning, and the service was fantastic. Staff took our case out of the taxi, and it was immediately brought to our room upon check in. Whilst the staff checked us in, we were asked to sit down with a complementary check in.

Air conditioning works well, and unlike some other hotels, we were given two cards to allow it to keep running whilst not in the room. The bed was extremely comfy, and housekeeping took place every day. The only gripe would be the strange arrangement of the toilet within the same area as the shower, however it was so big it didn't make any difference.

Location is great, around a 10 minute walk into the centre of Hue, and the same to the river. We never got to use the pool, and the sky bar was closed at our time of visiting. The lift goes straight to street level, so you can come and go as you please without needing to climb any stairs or walk through the lobby.

Only stayed for one night, wish I could stay for longer, room was spacious and clean, staff helpful and attentive, breakfast fresh and plenty of choice.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our corner room on the 11th floor was beautiful with a fabulous bath tub and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed nice sunset views from the terrace by the swimming pool. And their breakfast is tasty with plenty of delicious options.

Dinner for 2 at hotel restaurant costs between 50 to 80 CAD, depending what you order. Very rich breakfast, about 40 dishes to choose from.

Very centric hotel in Hue. I liked the location and service. The rooms are big and have plenty of space. I didn't like the toilet and the shower in the same side room of the bathroom, but it is okay.

Everything was good but need to pay for the linen slippers.

Very good location, restaurants and Trang Thiên bridge are in walking distance. Room, lobby, and restaurant are beautiful and fancy. Staff are polite and very helpful to call honest taxi drive and give map directions.

Great hotel in the center of Hue with special french designed rooms. The receptionists and the bellboy are very friendly. The breakfast was good too. The have a big parking area inside the hotel for cars and bikes. Highly recommended accommodation.

Nice hotel with spacious room and great location in the city center, only 10 mins walking to the riverside park. Nice staffs, but the breakfast has moderate quality.

Absolutely exquisite hotel. Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the indoor pool is not heated and the towels are only standard Vietnamese quality (small and thin) and 7am wake-up from nearby school but otherwise good location.

The location is obviously at the right spot. Breakfast was very nice with wide variety of dishes, vietnamese and international too. Rooms were super clean, luxurious and very spacious!

Great hotel. Clean. Modern. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Caters well to Western and Japanese tourists. Location is great too. At the edge of backpacker district and central square. Everything is close with a scooter taxi in Hue.
