Great Hotel in an amazing location!
Really close to the dong ba market and to the night street.
Breakfast Top! It seems to be in a 5***** hotel!
Special mention to Serena and Kai, they helped me in finding a typical Vietnamese dress, and they gave me the right suggestions! Both of them have been absolutely special!!!

I recently had the proof staying at the Cherish Hotel in Hue, Vietnam. The women at the reception desk were very helpful to me and my fellow travelers, they couldn’t have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or caring, what a pleasure to have such great front desk employees!

The dining room makes it very difficult to want to leave the hotel, dining room Manager, Mr. Mgoducthanh and his staff are always smiling and making people happy, they are exceptional in their work and want all customers to be happy with their outstanding service!

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful. Rooms comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great with good vegetarian options.

First time in Hue 6 days stay, from Houston, Texas. USA staff all very very nice and respectful good location room with a balcony to city view will definitely come back again.

Great hotel with rooftop pool. Rooms were adjoining and it was great to keep in touch with the kids but also give them space. Very nice food.

Great and calm location in the touristic district of Huế city. 4 star service and amenities. The ground, room and lobby personels are very professional, efficient and kind. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet, Bicycles available to the hosts at no charge, super convenient! Also enjoyable swimming pool , spa and well equipped fitness room. Massage services of great and professional quality. I stayed 12 nights there I'm March and enjoyed.

The hotel is almost in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere from the hotel, all the way to Quốc Học High School, one of local landmarks.
Our family stayed 6 nights at this hotel in July 2023. Together we had three rooms on the 9th floor.
The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom could use a little more pressure though.
Everyone on the staff were nice and helpful. The security guard in the ground floor/motorbike parking garage even helped me how to start and lock my rented bike :-)
The included breakfast buffet was a plus for the price. It had both typical western breakfast like scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, and hotdogs which they call sausage:-), as well as many Vietnamese dishes and several selections of tropical/local fruits.
Overall we like it. We highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, location and the staff friendliness.

I stayed here for three nights. The highlights bountiful. Staff were extremely courteous and pleasant, from the bellman, to reception, to housekeeping, and finally restaurant. The breakfast was wonderful, serving both western dishes as well traditional Vietnamese cuisine. They change up their morning hot noodle soup that is far above the average hotel quality. The room was of decent size. about average. Room amenities were comprehensive. Towels were above average. TV channels had both Vietnamese and English langauage. There is a cold small fridge. AC was local but very strong and powerful. The location of the hotel is within easy walking to the touristy areas, yet maintained a very quiet ambiance. Though the room and furniture were acceptable, the only improvement that I can see is to update the bathroom and furniture. Highly recommended!

Good hôtel but room not too large

Great hotel! The moment we arrived we were greeted kindly and they explained all the facilities. The room was also great, clean, comfortable and the view from the 7th floor was amazing.
Also it had a swimming pool and gym, the swimming pool was the only 3/5 rating since it was small and a bit old, but with 35 degrees we gladly took a dive. Also my girlfriends dress had blown off our balcony and was retrieved by very kind staff! She was very happy about this!
Also the breakfast was simply excellent, from a table with fruits like watermelon, pineapple, lychee and dragonfruit, to the next table with bacon, sausages, cheese and fried rice. There was another table with all sorts of products to put on bread: ham, slices of meat, eggs and jam. Beside that you had a last table with breads: baguette, sandwiches, muffins, cake, brown bread and white and even more pastries. This did not even cover the whole breakfast! Excellent hotel, 10/10 would for sure recommend this for both the price in euros (about 25€ per night) and would certainly like to stay here again =D.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was always extremely polite and forthcoming. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The definite highlight was the breakfast buffet, which included both Vietnamese and European breakfast staples and had a sizeable selection of fresh local fruits.

Vriendly peoples. Very helpfull. Hotel is confortable but need some renovation. Room is confortable. We enjoy the stay at this hotel. Also breakfast with lots of choice.

Everything was great about this hotel. The location was very convenient and in the middle of Hue. The room was very comfortable and cleaned well while the price of it was worth it. Hotel staff was very helpful, especially Thao from reception. I would recommend a stay here!

Fantastic location. The most accommodating , friendly, and helpful staff. Room was generous in size and they offer transportation, tours, and they have a private beach too. Would definitely stay here again.

Was booked into another hotel but was changed to here. Nice rooms and good breakfast in mornings. The hotel is also a short walk from lots of bars and resteraunts on the walking street so added bonus

Got a connecting room. Realised the hotels here in Viet generally provide only 1 key card to ensure power are cut off when u leave the room. Could be due to the 3 stars hotel we staying in. Nothing fanciful. Balcony here but no fantastic view. Just s place to rest for the night. Good thing is the walking street is nearby just 5min walk and we were there on weekend, so can enjoy a bit.

Restaurant Very good breakfast with excellent choices. Staff provided excellent service. Especially staff Larry very helpful. For example, I requested ginger tea because I was a sore throat. Thank you. Jin and Gary from Australia.

It says it’s 4 star but I’m not sure it really is.
It was a very good hotel tho and I had a very good stay here. Excellent breakfast with an amazing view of the tenth top floor! Very professional and friendly staff on all floors. I will happily come back next time and would highly recommend this place.

Walking distance is about 10-15 minutes to the citadels.
