Okay, the hotel is very good, very clean and excellent service The room is very clean the bar staff very attentive and the restaurant was excellent. I would recommend it to anybody The reception staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is very good for all amenities and I really enjoyed my stay here.

What a great hotel centrally located in Hue

We were greeted with a smile even though we turned up on filthy bikes and we were not much cleaner. Taking our bikes to the room was no problem.

Loved my stay here! the staff were beyond lovely, the facilities clean and gorgeous, the breakfast buffet featured fresh eggs cooked to your liking. Staff were happy to arrange tours for you. Plus the prices are very good for all that you get. Would stay again

Very friendly personal which looks up to your satisfaction , the location of the hotel is very central and you have nice shops around.
The hotel is very modern and the pool area is beautiful with comfortable pool loungers. The hotel give you are good feeling to relaxe and start your holidays (:

What a great hotel! Everybody was so friendly throughout the stay!
We even got an early check-in as we arrived too early + an upgrade!

Very good food in the restaurant, within 15min walk you can easily reach the city center with the bars/restaurants or the citadelle!

Comfy beds! Breakfast was OK. Staff was extremely helpful and we were able to communicate in English with no effort. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Pool here which we haven’t seen in other hotels was refreshing and pleasant to sit around.

Spacious lobby and friendly staff

It has been a very nice stay at Emm hotel in Hue. The location is perfect. Just 1km from the perfume river and there are many restaurants and coffee shops that are a short walk from the hotel.

The room is, big, clean and has a very nice balcony. Great shower but no bath.

We stayed 2 days in the Emm Hotel in Hue.
When we arrived we got warmly welcomed by the personal.
The were very friendly an we surprisly got upgraded to Vip and also been offered breakfast for free and a coupon for lunch or dinner.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view.

We will come back here.

The hotel is fantastic! We had a wonderful stay. at EMM. The staff is so friendly. We could check-in earlier, we‘ve got an upgrade and free breakfast. The Hotel is very well located. We would definitely come back next time. Thank you so much for all.

The staffs are all so helpful and welcoming. You can ask them to rent a scooter and trips and park right at front. Room is very clean with a really comfortable bed. Definitely will return on my next business trip.

Excellent hotel, good location, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, spacious bath, pretty central pool. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was ample with wide variety of foods and nice airy eating area by the pool. Staff arranged transportation to sites and airport.

Had a loverly stay here. Near everything but nice and quiet. Super helpful staff and clean rooms etc. Food at the restaurant was also great. Highly recommended.

Very good service, the room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The only thing I don’t like is weather, we choose the wrong season so it’s raining all the time. Everything else is perfect. We will come back.

Booking was super simple, reveived an emaill within miutes. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Its a great relaxing hotel, the pool is clean, cool and surrounded by greenery. The breakfast catered for all nationalities, the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Terrific water pressure and all the amenities, you needed. I highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night with our tour group. The reception staff are excellent, they kindly ordered pizza from Pizza Hut for us and allowed us to eat at the dining tables.The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too a big variety.

Full catering restaurant, from breakfast to dinner, good variety of cuisine available from western to local.
Staff very helpful with all requests and late night check ins.

The room is comfortable, huge and very clean. Breakfast is delicous. Swimmingpool is nice and open till 10pm.
In the bar you can find a big selection of drinks. The location of the hotel is very convenient near the parfum river.
