Bà Gái Hue Beef Noodle Soup

I was lucky because I found here. I bought Bun Bo Hue bo gio(35k) I was pretty surprised because they put pretty many meats in the soup. Wow! It was good to eat many meats. I was so satisfied with the amount. So I ordered it again. I think it's not necessary to order the big size(around 60k) because one bowl(35k) is also pretty big size. You can taste it at first, after then if you order it again or others. The price is from 30k to 60k. I recommend you to visit here once even though you're foreigner(I'm Korean but it was good taste)

We’ve only eaten it in Đà Nẵng , but so far, this is the best bún bò Huế we’ve had in Vietnam in the 4 months we’ve been here. Broth was clean and very flavorful. Had a good amount of spice to it. Our 7-year-old, who is becoming a foodie, approves of it as well. Finished his bowl and proceeded to help mommy with the rest of her bowl. The only small complaint that one of us has is that they do not use the thicker cylindrical noodles. Doesn’t seem like that many places do, and that’s the bún bò Huế that we’ve grown accustomed to in the US. Prices were good. Each of our bowls ranged from 30K to 40k dong/VND. Atmosphere isn’t anything special, typical of a good local mom and pop place. Owner was very nice, however, and came over and made some small talk with us. We joked about taking another trip back to Huế just to eat. If we do that, we’ll likely be by here again. @notquiteviet

It doesn't get more authentic than this no-nonsense eatery. The soup stock here is as fragrant and aromatic as a spring meadow and to be honest, I didn't know I was so hungry until I started eating and then my mouth became very greedy to taste more and more of this delicious dish!
The server was very quick and helpful with getting us a menu in English to help us choose.

Must try bun bo in Hue. I ordered the complete set of Vnd 60,000 per bowl. The soup broth is clear but flavorful. Generous portion of meat: slices of beef shanks, pig trotters, and meatballs (it tastes like crabmeat balls). I asked for pig's blood as well. The chili paste, lime, and fish sauce must be added to complete the whole bun bo experience. Will definitely come back for more.

Me and my partner stopped here for lunch. We both got the beef bun bo hue and it was delicious! The service was very quick and friendly. We would definitely recommend for a traditional Vietnamese meal!

Ordered 4 bowls of Bun Bo (beef noodles) for 30k each. Amazingly delicious. No AC, only fans. Menu has English. There's also other protein choices instead of beef.

Best Bun Bo Hue we had in the city. Place next door tried to lure us into their own shop by telling us we’d be making a mistake going to Bà Gái Hue but the food speaks for itself. We’d have made a mistake not coming here! Also the dog was cool and friendly!

Best Bun Bo in the area, and possibly in Hue. . They also specialises in it. Their meatball is excellent!

It is THE place to get the top Hue specialty known as Bún Bò Huế. The broth is cooked long and slow for extra rich flavor. This is definitely a locals place but also an authentic experience for sturdy experienced tourists. Hygiene freaks stay away.
