Naman Retreat

My family had a 3-night at Naman Retreat. It's very beautiful and cool here. Spa services and buffets are also great. Having medical services, Miss Ha helped my family's vacation more comfortable. She was very professional and extremely helpful. Will be back this place soon.

The service of the hotel was very good. Especially, Min, who took care of us, was very kind and we had a good trip. It was very satisfying because it was good to relax and swim while looking at the sea, and the sports facilities were good. The best part was the pool, which had three swimming pools, which was nice to relax and swim. Another great advantage of the resort is that it rents life vests for free. It was a satisfying vacation.

Naman is one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed in — delicious breakfast buffet, amazing views and infinity pools, and clinic services. In addition, I fell ill and the nurse Hua took care of me well. It was really nice that they gave us a golf cart to go to the clinic, since I wasn’t able to walk much. So convenient that we didn’t have to go to a clinic outside of the premises.

The only complaint that I have is that the water server in the gym was malfunctioning a few times during my gym session.

The resort is lovely, clean, and unique. The breakfast buffet is especially delicious and offers a variety of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool and spa. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to Nurse Ha for her assistance with medical services. Thank you, Naman Retreat, for exceeding my expectations and providing a more comfortable vacation experience.

While staying at this hotel, I felt very comfortable as manager Helen took great care of me every day. If I had any questions or inconveniences, I could ask Helen and she would take care of it quickly, which was really convenient. In addition to matters related to using the hotel, it was nice that she paid attention to and took care of my travel schedule. It was nice that there were various swimming pools in the hotel, and I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness.

It was awesome during staying here. We had 4 nights, and our choice is perfect. Specially the breakfast is very good and tasty. And shuttle bus is also good. My child enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and beach sand. She played a lot in sand. Very calm and enjoyable place for family.

Also my own manager 'Jasmin' take care of us everyday via kakao talk messenger which is very convenient. When I asking a book dinner and the shuttle bus it was very easy to communicate. Thanks again Jasmin. ^^~~

Will choose Naman retreat again next my visit.

I had an excellent retreat to this resort. The restaurants are top notch with unique architecture and unforgettable view. My room is spacious and comfortable, but I spent more time outdoor because the greenery is truly amazing. The pools are well managed, clean and captivating, especially at sunrise and sunset. Staff are super friendly, especially Trang Min. She assisted me so much during the stay. I highly recommend this for those who want to have a nice hideaway place.

Harry Ambassador was very careful and kind at this resort, so we traveled very comfortably and cozy.
He always listened to our requests immediately and carefully.
Also, he tried to help our any difficulties and prepared a good sense of transportation to the airport. Thank you very much.

The place was so beautiful and magical, we loved how spacious and big it was, and the best part was the services we were offered, we booked Babylon room with massage service, the room was spacious, we had 50 minutes massage every day, free mini bar and 2 pieces of free laundry every day, we stayed 7 nights, *Ginny* one of the front desk staff made our stay more special, she was very helpful and cooperative, and she spoke English very well, she was helping and advising us all the time and made sure that we are doing well and if we need anything.
I will definitely go back:)))))

Amazing stay! Would definitely recommend to stay here for your trips to Da Nang and Hoi An. The food was 10/10 and the pool was beautiful. The service that we have received from spa was amazing.
I have to send a big thanks to the white angel Hau, she was the best nurse with amazing skills. My mom had diarrhea and got medicine from her and felt well just 5 hours later. She helped us with all issues fast!

Everything so far has been wonderful- the rooms are spacious, airy and sunlit, the food is a delight and the staff are very helpful.
I have to give a big thanks to Hau in the clinic who was a lifesaver when my partner got a bad sunburn on his shoulder.

Thank you, Ha. I had a sore throat and reached out to front desk. They sent Ha over to check up on me and brought cough syrup and Strepsils for me also.

Helen, our manager, was incredibly friendly and committed to ensuring our trip was enjoyable and worry-free. While my wife and I were getting a massage, Helen explained the kids' class to us, ensuring that our 7-year-old daughter could have a great time. She assisted me in making the reservation, and to make us feel at ease during our massages, she took pictures of our daughter playing and sent them to us

Every action she took left a lasting impression on my wife and me. From her thoughtful morning greetings to explaining the weather, Helen demonstrated genuine dedication to enhancing our travel experience. Thanks to her, our family enjoyed Naman Retreat Resort to the fullest, and we're eager to visit again. My daughter even mentions missing 'Helen.' Thank you, Helen, and thank you, Naman Retreat!

The service is excellent. Especially the staffs working here are so kindfull helping out with anything in need. Also the respond is fast and clear. For sure ROSE helped out with everything, we appreciate her lovely caring service. She made our vacation perfect.😊

I used the pool villa in a two-bedroom with my mom and sister. The hotel is in good condition. Thanks to the buggy car service and especially the reception staff "Jasmine", they immediately requested and solved what I needed. Thank you Jasmine^^ And the massage shop staff "Mai" (not named correctly) (12/20 11am room no.2104) I loved her smile and thank you so much for doing your best. I'll come back again next time. Have a good rest.

The resort is dreamy. We stayed at a private pool villa next to the beach and everything was wonderful. Helen was extremely kind and took care of us during our stay ensuring we had an amazing experience. Thank you to all the dedicated staff!

We stayed for 3 night in Naman, and we met Helen. We really appreciate how she works for us. She always checks us carefully, And when we ask something to her, it was so perfect and quick.
So we never really had inconvenience ashen we were in Naman. Of course the room, bed and swimming pool was amazing as well,
One of the reason why we think Naman is the best resort in Danang, I think it was service, we’ve been few hotels and resort in Vietnam and other countries, but Naman was really the best I ever been.

It's first time to come to Vietnam and I think Naman Retreat resort is one of the best choice to stay in Danang or Hoian. the location is bit far (20-25mins) from the city of Danang or Hoian but the room conditions, restaurants, food, massage everything makes me satisfied during I'm staying. One of special thing is that the visitor can message or kakaotalk to the manager directly and my manager 'Min' she have done her best. Even I miss some info or event in the resort, she chat me and give the information first. I really appreciate to Min and I definitely come again Naman Retreat resort when I come back to Danang 😄

Room is clean, swimming pool is very nice. Most of all, Roomservice was great. They set us someone, her name is Helen , she helped us about all the things we needed in the room by messenger.
