Sunshine Hotel

Next time I will come to Hoi An, I will definitely book a room at Sunshine Hotel. Bedroom are clean, the staff is helpful and smiling. Not that far from the old city (20 min walk but it is hot out there). Best hotel in Vietnam.

Just spent 5 nights here although only planned to do the 1. The ladies working here are so kind and sweet, and our stay was so pleasant and peaceful. There’s free breakfast every morning but admittedly I missed it every day, though I heard it’s good. The reception and cleaning staff are so helpful here, they can arrange transport in any way or tours for you at a good price. The rooms are lovely and spacious and they’re cleaned daily with new toiletries and towels and so on. There’s a lovely bath too, and the water actually gets hot enough to use it!! 👏🏻 I’d come back to stay here any day, the location is also perfect. Thank you 🖤🙏🏼

Sparking clean. Fabulous buffet breakfast with a variety of fruit, breads, hot counter and local dishes. A lovely pool with lounge beds. Excellent service. TV/fridge/kettle in room ( We got a private room fir 3). Staff so friendly and helpful.

Best location in town. Easy to go to both old town and beach. It has a pool that is under the shade of the building after 12 - so you can swim here while it is too hot for going out.

Look no further! The owner of the hotel is so helpful with any tours, restaurant recommendations, tailors & more. The hotel pool is very clean and lovely to relax around. They offer free bikes so you can either go into the old town (5 min bike ride) or take them to the coconut boats ect 🥥 Rooms were also very clean and super spacious with a bath and shower 😍 They offer everything you need and more and I personally don’t think the 5 min bike ride to the old town is a problem 👍🏼

This spot was great! They have a pool, pool table, free bicycles, free breakfast, and moto rentals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, showers were hot, and it was very clean. They clean the rooms daily and provide water and fresh towels each night. The location is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Best of best loved staying at this hotel. Ambience is so pleasant. Food is good.

The hotel is very nice !!! The pool is clean and refreshing. There is a bathtub in the room, they come clean the room whenever you ask them too :) Yen & Phuong, the receptionists are the best: very helpful, kind and think of every details…

Only negative points: lots of mosquitoes in the room & the bathtub can’t be filled totally with warm water (but we’ll half full and it’s a bug tub).

Would definitely stay at Sunshine Hotel again! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lady working at the reception ( unfortunately didn’t get her name ) went out of her way to make us breakfast each morning for no extra cost and was very helpful with booking buses, tours ect. Overall great experience:))

The hotel was excellent. Great room with a view of their large pool. The rooms were very clean, and the daily cleaning was very thorough.
The breakfast was delicious and consisted of a large range of options. Yin was able to make scrambled, sunny side, or omelette style eggs perfectly.
Yin was also there every morning and she was extremely friendly and very flexible with whatever we needed. Yin was also very knowledgeable of Hoi An and assisted us where we needed.

Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay here if I went to Hoi An again!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location walking distance to the Ancient Town. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she booked us tours, transportation and made us breakfast every morning which was delicious! Would definitely stay at Sunshine Hotel again!

Very good hotel, especially for the price! The breakfast was really nice right beside a clean pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing we didn't like was the hard beds, but that might only be in our rooms. Probably the cheapest room type since we had no balcony. The rooms are really large with great air-conditioning and a matching bathroom. Would have been better if the soap dispensers actually had dispenser-caps on them though.

We loved this place! We were upgraded to Deluxe which was nice, the receptionist was very lovely and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was the best bed we have slept in yet, we stayed for three nights and found it hard to leave.

Had a great time at Sunshine Hotel. The staff is very helpful and it truly feels like a hotel: there is always a security guard at the entrance, they always help you carry your luggage, and they can book tours for you without taking a middle man fee. Good location, halfway between the old town and the beach. Loved the free bikes too, it makes the trip to the beach so much easier. The building is a little old though and it showed. They also ran out of towels on our last day... Take your laundry to the laundromat next door; it’s a lot cheaper and the owners are very nice and honest. Overall would highly recommend.

Pleasant hotel. Not luxurious, but very functional for price. Good size rooms, all with balconies. Nice size pool. Good breakfast selection, including egg station. Free bike usage. Regular scheduled shuttle drop off/pick up from Ancient Hoi An Town. Easy 20 min walk to Ancient Town, or 10 min bike ride. Also, about 15-20 bike to rice paddies at Tra Que farming area. We stayed for 7 days, with two kids (3&9 yr old)... it was great.

European style hotel with big windows and nice deep pool. Rooms are big and comfortable. Thick walls make the room quiet and easy to rest in. The hotel is pretty well located -- 10-15 minutes walk to "ancient town" center (main touristic attraction) and not far from beach that you may reach by bicycle (supplied for free by hotel). WiFi, safe, free bottled water, etc. Laundry was good as well.

We had a fantastic stay here with our kids. They loved the pool. It's close to town, 5 mins on bike, 10 if you ride slow. I walked in to town in 15 mins. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was really good. I would stay here again

This hotel has a perfect location in Hoi An. Between the beach and the ancient town. The walk is slightly longer to beach. It’s easier to walk to the town which I did several times. Keep an eye on the weather in case of rain. There are plenty of taxi drivers at both beach and town areas. Fair to the hotel is around 40-50k vnd. The hotel room and staff were satisfactory for a 3 star. The pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2017.Absolute gem of a hotel. Standard room came with balcony,jacuzzi, TV etc. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the breakfast spread is decent. While we used the free bicycles provided by the hotel to go around the town, we did try out places near the hotel to eat.would strongly recommend those staying here to walk a little to the parallel main road wherein there are quite a few restaurants to try out.We located a grocery store run by a family (around 300 mts from the hotel) wherein we purchased essentials like mineral water, snacks and ice cream. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good and we strongly recommend margherita pizza for vegetarians like me. There are also quite a few banks near the hotel in the parallel main road from where one can exchange currency at the declared rates. We found this trustworthy as they cane with printed receipts of the existing rates. Will definitely come back here. Staff are lovely and welcoming.
