USE THE SOLO ATM THAT TO THE RIGHT OF THE 2/3 ATMS (see picture). Maximum 5,000,000 Dong but free withdrawal, no fee. Exchange rate was okay. £2 (about 60,000 Dong) more expensive than online exchange rate. But still a better rate and bigger withdrawal than any of the other ATMS in old town.

Got out 5,000,000 with ease, no transaction fee for UK issued debit card and a very good rate
Tried to get 10,000,000 out today and was declined but I've realised that my daily allowance is around 9mVND, so maybe it's possible to get more than 5m.
