Great place to have a workout session while travelling. Older equipment but work well. Squat rack, arm, back, and leg machines, treadmills, and space for floor exercises. Cost was 30k VND or $1.20.

Great gym. Equipment is a little dated but enough there to get a good workout. I scheduled some private Muay Thai lessons with Khoa. Great coach that really taught me a lot . He held some pretty rigorous training sessions. Can’t recommend him enough! 30,000 VND for the gym, 200,000 VND for private Muay Thai training.

Came here for a Muay Thai session with Khoa, very good pad work and combinations pushes you hard and is very skilled and friendly. Highly recommend if I am back in hoi an will be for sure coming back!

I had a great private Muay Thai training with Khoa. He’s a very good coach and sparring partner. I highly recommend to book a class with him if you want to learn Muay Thai or if you want to train during your vacation.

The muay thai boxing lessons with Khoa as trainer were great. I came back 5 times during the time I stayed in Hoi An. He explained the technique well and I learned a lot.

If I was in town for more than 2 days, I'd be there every day.

Really good for the price! We are Australian’s here on vacation and normally live in Thailand.
Friendly staff and heaps of equipment. Old school gym where you can buy bottled water and there’s decent toilets. Easy to get Grab car there.
We will be going back there again!!

Had an excellent training session with Khau. I’ve trained all over the world and he’s as good a pad holder as any. Very good sparring partner as well, he knows how to keep a safe, controlled pace while pushing you to work hard.

My friend and I did a Muay Thai class with Khoa - could not recommend it highly enough. Khoa took us through a 1.5 hour class at a pace that was right for us. Made sure that we were well warmed up before hitting bags/pads and asked us what we wanted to get from the class before starting to tailor it. Price of 100k per person very reasonable too. Great introduction to Muay Thai

Had a Muay Thai lesson with my husband and throughly enjoyed it. We are virtual beginners and Khoa (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong) was very patient and we had a great workout!

Great gym! Lots of equipment variety - and love that they have a section fenced off for martial arts training. Drop in fee is super cheap. Definitely recommend

I had a private lesson of Muay Thai with Khoa today and it was fantastic.

He taught me a lot about movement and flow, which will help me a lot in the future.
At the same time, the training was also exhausting and therefore the perfect mix.

Went to a private Muay Thai class for 200k Dong. Was a great training session the coach is very knowledgeable and teaches with a focus on technique.

Been to lots of gyms on our travels. This one is the biggest and best equipped.
Modern treadmills and lots of weight machines and free space.

Perfect gym - spacious, cheap (30 thousand a day) semi open air, got that old school feel to it, but at the same time has plenty of new machines as well.

30.000 Dong. A fair price for one day Training in a Gym where You can target every big musclegroup. Also a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Had a good Workout there today.
