Amazing place! Came at 3pm on the 30th December and ordered some custom black leather boots and came back on the 31st with them all made up. I was picky and requested them a bit tighter around the ankle and they were more than happy to alter- even took me straight to the cobbler to get them altered in 30 minutes! Very reasonable price as well! Photos are before and after alterations.

Great quality and service! It was recommended to us by our hotel as a top quality leather shop. You can choose the exact colour and type of leather you want. They had my shoes ready within 24h and they then did some more adjustments within half a day, to ensure it fits perfectly. Great service!

Amazingly patient and caring shop. I was not an easy customer since I needed very comfy shoes specifically for dancing - but they patiently helped to make multiple adjustments, even after receiving the product. Super helpful team. The most generous and kind ladies work here, they gave us such a good price and helped us create exactly the shoes we wanted. I literally created an entirely new shoe with so many requirements and everything I envisioned was made for me, overnight, and at such a good price!! I can’t recommend enough! The entire experience was completely unique and so fun, and I’ve got a pair of handcrafted boots made from such beautiful leather to show for it :)

Ro's shop is my go-to for leather sandals and bags. After checking out a few shops, this one stood out for its good leather and craftsmanship. I've been back twice now, and get many compliments on my sandals.

so happy with my boots! they were so helpful at the store, explained the way the leather would look and helped me pick the color of the stitching that would look best. less than 24 later the boots were ready for the first fitting and came back to pick them up the day after. very happy with my cowboy boots! they came out better than expected

Got some custom leather shoes. The ladies there were very accommodating and nice compared to some other shops. They wanted to make sure you’re happy with the end product. They also told me this is a woman owned shop so good for them!

LOVE the fantastic quality of leather sandals and shoes at this shop! As a bit of a stickler for perfect fit, I needed some adjustments made to one of my shoes. Ro, the owner, was incredibly patient and worked with me not once, but twice, until my shoes were just right. Friend and I found this gem while on a walking tour of old town. Ended up each of us having 2 pairs of shoes made to measure and having a small back pack made also in leather. Excellent service - they were really making sure we were happy with end result which we are. Friendly without being pushy and endless choice of leather and whatever style you like! We had 5 pairs of shoes made here after seeing it on Google maps. Super friendly ladies and beautiful shoes for ~75usd each. They measure your feet and hand make them. They're happy to make anything but I'd recommend choosing models from the store you like and then choosing the leather and colors you like most. I'm happy we went here instead of one of the clothing or other tailors.

So happy with our shoes! They fitted perfectly from the first time and they are so beautiful, the lady of the shop is friendly, patient and understands very good what you need. The quality of the shoes is incredible. I would highly recommend.

We visited several shoe stores before deciding to come back to Ro’s shop. Ro and her colleague were very welcoming and helpful. I found their prices to be the most reasonable of several shops and the service was amazing. I ordered two pairs of sandals and my fiancé ordered 2 pairs of dress shoes. My fiancé is very particular. They spent a lot of time designing the details of his shoes and he is very happy with them.

Also, when I was walking to the shop to pick up my order, my sandals (my own pair from home) broke. Ro was kind enough to fix my sandals free of charge. I highly recommend coming to this store!

Extremely happy with the leather cowboy boots my friend and I bought when in Hoi An. We saw a pair that we both loved and from the design and colour, we were able to design our own custom boots. They took less than 24 hours to make the boots and they are exactly like we imagined and even better. The two ladies who own the shop, Ro and Ha, are really friendly, smiley and helpful too. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new pair of shoes in Hoi An; real leather boots, sandals, trainers, bags, belts, jackets!
