Thom's Sourdough Bakery

We stopped here for a snack and we ordered oat cappuccino, two sourdough slices with avocado and a focaccia. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere of the bakery/cafe is chilled and relaxing!

The girl was very friendly and she welcomed us with a smile! I cannot recommend it enough! They also have vegan options.

Do yourself a favor and visit Thom at her incredible bakery. Her passion for sourdough & baking is second to none. I have eaten bread all over the World, this fantastic. So happy to find this local bakery on my travels to Hoi An.

We have coffee and sourdough pastries and Tuna sandwich . The best pastries so far since we travel around Asia. Their coffee is amazing too with oat milk. Special they have own sourdough bakery in An Bang beach.
All the bread and pastries made from wild yeast, hard to find it in asia.

Very friendly staff with great croissant! Coffees are good as well.
We also liked the one in Hoi An old town.
On a different note, my partner has lost his wallet and we realised we left it here. We immediately contacted and within a min or so we got a response. They went out of their ways to see if it was left at their cafe and it was! They kept it safe over night and we were able to retrieve it the next day. So we cannot thank you these guys enough!

Wow the bread here is amazing!! The sourdough is the best I’ve ever had. Coffee is great too with oat milk, which is here to find in Hoi An.

A peaceful place with great coffee and yummy cookies, my little kiddie got a good rest time here after a beach walking tour. I also have chance to meet a nice colleague working in mental health area here. What a great hub to meet interesting people!!

Apple turnover is super good! Even better than the apple turnover I tried in France several years ago. Highly recommend for all the sourdough lovers

Amazing french style bakery with very high quality bread and coffee. We had breakfast here since we were missing European style brunch and we were pleasantly surprised!

The atmosphere is great as well!

P.s.: I also tried the banh mi, while maybe not super traditional it was an explosion of taste with a super amazing bread! 10/10 would recommend!

Great little hidden gem in Hoi An ! Went there for breakfast. The coffee is great, espresso and Latté. The croissant are amazing, fresh and tasty. You can site outside in the shade or if you prefer inside with air conditioning. The staff is very friendly. You can also buy bread and other baked goods. They also make their own nut butter! A must try while in Hoi An!

Clean and cosy cafe with very kind and caring staff. Pastries are to die for and coffee is great. Don't miss it.

A lovely find. Really good breakfast. Loved the tuna panini. Good portions, tasty and fresh ingredients. I am gluten-intolerant but I was perfectly fine here. The bread is made correctly.

The owners are very friendly and the bread is really really good. The sandwiches and the coffee are great. I would definitely recommend it. You can also work there very well. Good WiFi and a lot of plugs available.

So yummy pastry, delicious coffee, and cozy cafe to enjoy the beauty of Hoi An. The owner is a cutie. I come here everytime I visit Hoi An. The only drawback is that I don't live here to come more often

Best coffee in the town. I love Latte here. So nice coffee corner and full of butter from fresh crossaint/seed wholemeal. Nice staffs and super friendly owner. High recommend!

Stopped in here on a whim as we wanted some pastries. I got an apple turnover and my wife got the chocolate croissant. These are as good as pastries we have has in Paris. Great atmosphere and amazing food.

My Gawd, what a place of heaven and a taste of home. I couldn't believe how lucky I got to move right down the street from this bakery. I actually bought a loaf of fresh sourdough every other day. It wasn't until 3 months later i had the chance to meet the owners. Such a nice and friendly couple with a lot of care and passion for their customers, people and their craft. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for pastries or bread. Excited to hear they're working on a gluten free bread as well. What a rare gem to find on this side of the world. A+
