Sinh Tourist Hoian office

Strategic Location. Lots of hostel and shop, especially fashion where you can make your own dress there. The staff were nice and helpfull. When i went to My Son Sanctuary Trip i put my bag in this office and they have a place where the tourist like us can put our bag there with no worries

Was a well placed drop off point for my early morning coach from Nha Trang. A great hostel is just round the corner. Go to Tribee City hostel. Great place. Had to kill a couple of hours before anywhere opened with a short walk to the ancient town.

These guys can build anything and do a lot of business and residential work. Creating outdoor spaces and coverings. Motorbike repair shop as well.

That's were I booked my bus to Hanoi and people there we so nice, wet cloth and a bottle of water is always given to customers. People here know just a little English to get you through your booking but what comes next is a question mark. Being told to get into a van, to a bust terminal but none of the 2 buses was for me and on the 3rd the supervisor there had no idea who was suppose to come inside. Call the agency and kinda everything solved, just watch out

Excellent trip, checked address beforehand, address shown on their website / Google is correct for departure on Hoi An, the so called new address is where their arriving buses drop off. The drop off in Hue was at a local car park about a km from their office which was a bit of a shame as our hotel was round the corner from their office. Toilet break after 2 hours. Overall, excellent.

Review for the customer service at this office: Walked in, waited 5 mins, got our bus tickets for cheap and left. No complaints, worker was friendly and busy so don’t expect them to be as sweet as all those vendors trying to get you into their stores to buy something.

Will update after we take the bus tomorrow to Hue from Hoi An.

P.S. tickets direct at this office cost 99,000 vnd / $4 USD per person for Hue to Hoi An. Online they were between $7 & $11 per person. SCORE!

Review for the bus ride: bus left on time from the office where we booked, we had to come 30 minutes before departure to check in and mark our bags (we were each given a bottle of water!). Bus was clean and an overall pleasant ride. It was a sleeper bus. Arrived on time but did not arrive at the Hue Sinh tourist office. Instead it stopped just outside of the main downtown area (walkable - about 15 mins). we had the option of paying for a taxi, taking a free mini van provided by Sinh tourist to get to their office in a more central location, or you could walk.

Unfortunately, my only complaint is that only one mini bus came, so about 6-8 passengers had to wait for it to drop off and come back.

Definitely would recommend this company!

Best of the buses in Vietnam. Unfortunately they don't go everywhere. Good service and good drivers on the routes I took. You'll get a better price going directly to the office. I ended up not taking the bus between Hoi An and Danang since in low season they do not have an afternoon bus. The local bus is easy and only 20k!!

Super friendly and easy to book buses. Sleeper bus Hoi An to Nha Trang was pretty good. Clean, new, adequate stops and the drivers did shifts which made me feel safer. Only negative is we arrived at 5am and nowhere was open.

Me and my girlfriend took the overnight sleeper from Nha Trang to Hoi An and had no issues at all, bus left on time and arrived about 45 minutes earlier than what we were told, booking a ticket with the lady in the office in Nha Trang was easy and picked which seat we wanted also.
The driver stopped about 4 times on the way for the toilet and didnt speed or feel unsafe at all. Only thing I would say is have dinner before you leave as no food stops on the way.

The driver has droven really good. I felt like I was sleeping on a bed during the travel. Everything is really professional: the staff in the office and also the driver. If I have a chance, I will travel with this brand again ☺

Good experience, the guy was very animated and sold us the “sightseeing” tour from Hoian to Huê. It included some interesting stops, and tour guide was good. They also dropped to the hotel we had booked which was nice.

We booked My son tour.The guide was humor and spoke English well. If your hotel near the agency,they will provide pick up service.

Staff were friendly, quickly sorted or booking and tour went fine without any issues.
