ibis Saigon South

I stayed there for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. The location was excellent for me, as I needed to go to the fv hospital. The place was clean and up to ibis standards.
All the receptionists were welcoming and nice, it made me feel good.
I went for breakfast one morning and I was absolutely satisfied. It's not huge, but you get what you pay for. I cannot agree with a review somebody else wrote about it.
I am absolutely satisfied with my stay, it is a good value, and I will come back again if I ever need to be in that area again!

I made an error booking and they accomodated me. Very thankful for their service.

Stayed here many times. Very comfortable. Rooms are OK. Service is not that bad. Quiet place. Have few restaurants near by. Safe place. Good for Business. Food is the only problem. No restaurants in the hotel. This should be done quickly otherwise recommended...

Standard experience. Convenience store nearby. Money exchanger in the nearest mall (<1km). Some ATMs around. McDonald's nearby. Overall, Good location for stay. Peaceful neighborhood, not much traffic.

Comfortable, convenient and efficient. The staff communicated clearly and made the quarantine experience the best it could be. The food was reasonably good and room had everything you could need. If not, ordering from outside is also easily facilitated.

🏨When we checked into our next hotel in Ibis Saigon South, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and service! They knew we were celebrating our 1st anniversary of marriage, and there was so much effort placed in the decorations!

🍷There was even a complimentary bottle of red wine (Michelle and I do not drink alcohol at all, so, guesses to what we did with it the very next day?)😅

🌼Despite Ibis Saigon South having no swimming pool and basic facilities, it was comfortable and really cozy. We chose to experience the south side of HCMC because it’s known for being the 'higher-end' part of the city, where expatriates choose to stay, with shopping malls and Crescent Park, a literal crescent shaped park with shop lots surrounding the area. We had a nice walk there and it was different as compared to the noisy hustle and bustle of the main city.

Staff friendly - nicely

I chose to stay at this hotel twice whenever I visited the city and it never disappoints me. It's not located right in the central of the city but it isn't a big deal travelling around to me. The surrounding area is quiet and seems to be peaceful. In short, in terms of evaluating service of a 3 star hotel in the market, I mark Ibis Saigon South 5 over 5!

I spent 2 weeks in quarantine from mid-January to the end of January. I personally was able to do a lot of work in these 2 weeks, to a great extend due to the quality of the service, internet and, despite its rather small size, the room as well. I thank the friendly and highly accommodating staff at the Ibis in Ho Chi Minh City for making my stay much more productive and enjoyable.

Whilst writing my feedback this hotel is now functioning as a quarantine hotel for foreigners arriving in Vietnam.
Regardless what, it is very clear to me that all staff members are trying to do their best for all of there quarentine guest as much as possible.
Today I will leave the hotel after 2 weeks and I am grateful to each and every staff member of the hotel who contributed to help where ever they could to make my stay enjoyable. Hendrik Alma

Friendly staff and good housekeeping. Breakfast better than expected with kimchi. Walls are a bit thin and u can hear conversations in other rooms especially if they are Chinese.

Very good overall experience for the mandatory 2 weeks of quarantine. Responsive and nice staff which is always ready to help you as quickly as possible.

If you are looking for a hotel for exhibition best place. Just oposite of exhibition.

Nice Hotel Adjacent to exhibition ground. Very comfortable. Today it's rained heavily. No one at the entrance to take care of the guest.

Stayed here during quarantine. The room is a bit small but the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The food is possibly the best quarantine food in HCMC.
