La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Our stay here was truly exceptional! This is a really nice hotel, with cozy rooms, comfy beds, located near the old town. The reception staff was really kind and helped us a lot with many nice suggestions for where to go and what to see. The cleaning was also superb, our rooms were spot clean. Breakfast was amazing, it had a huge variety of choices, and everything was tasty. We also took a massage and the masseurs at the spa were great and really kind. The bellhops and the serving staff were also really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at La Charm Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's service and location were exceptional. The staff at La Charm Hotel provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the beautiful town of Hoi An.

We had a wonderful time at La Charm, in fact we ended up booking an extra night because it felt like home. Ms Nga was looking after us in the most caring and attentive way, making sure we had everything we needed, suggesting activities, and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing.

The rooms are clean, spacious, very comfortable, bathroom spacious with a large shower, breakfast extensive, fresh and international. The gym was clean and well equipped.
Walking distance to the old town, but far enough to be away from the crowds.

Great location as just outside the main tourist area, so it's on a quiet street, but it's easy to walk to major locations, such as Old Town, Silk Village and the pottery village. The staff is super nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was varied with Viet and Western options. Pool area was nice and the massage at the spa was great. When we come back to Hoi An, we will stay here. Highly recommend!

This is a great mid range option if going to Hoi An. The location is a guick walk to all the hustle and bustle but removed for peace and quiet. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Don't miss a trip to the spa. I had the best I have ever had here. 90 minute with Vi was only $24! There's also a pretty pool. I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel :-)

We select this hotel during our stay in Hoi An. Located in a pristine environment and less than 5 minutes walk to the ancient town. From the hotel entrance, dining area, and to our room, the interior was beautiful. Our room is clean, comfortable, cozy, and attached to the balcony. We are amazed by the buffet breakfast selection, there are plenty of local Vietnamese food and Western choices. All foods are delicious! You should try their Vietnamese food! Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff! Till we meet again.

We stayed at La Charm for 4 days in Dec 23. La Charm lives up to the coziness and vibrancy of Hoi An. The hotel looks fantastic and cozy with all the Vietnamese decoration. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the best part: the most friendliest staff. They helped us with recommendations, tips, restaurants, what to do, and so much more during our whole stay. This really made our time in Hoi An memorable. I definitely recommend and will come back here in the future.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had in a hotel. They even made me a take away breakfast for my early morning flight. So thoughtful. Location is great and rooms very comfortable, pleasant and clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in Hoi An. The staff is extremely friendly. There are bicycles you can take to the old town. It takes about 10 minutes to walk in two minutes to bike. The hotel is further away from the town so it is pretty quiet. The pool and the gym area is clean and nice.

There were five of us, and we got three rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious.

This is definitely one of the good choices to stay at in Hoi Ann.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Charm Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally well kept, the staff are very friendly, and the facilities are excellent. This is the best place we've stayed in Vietnam.
Great location, a short 5 minute walk to the old town, or even faster using the free bikes offered by La Charm.
We enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The pool and loungers were also a great spot to relax.
The staff gave me a cake and set up our room specifically for my birthday. We didn't tell them it was my birthday so this was an awesome surprise.
Finally, the hotel has a small gym with some basic weights, treadmills and spin bikes. You don't find gyms often in Vietnam hotels so I enjoyed fitting a quick run in during our time here.
Overall, a great hotel and good value for money. We will be back if we return to Hoi An.

We enjoyed our stay here 2 adults and a 23 month old.
Staff were lovely and so helpful. Always smiling.
The location was great, it was handy to just pop into old Town on foot for a meal or shopping.
We were happy with the price it wasn't too expensive. We would stay again

Location is perfect, 4-5 min walk to the old town. Calmer street than many others.

Breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel in Vietnam. Only pancakes could be added to it. Rooms are very clean and of nice size.

We stayed 2 more nights than initially booked, so we had to switch rooms (hence the different photos)

Very impressive on the cleanliness and hotel staff service. They are very friendly, helpful and shared with us delicious local food. Good location with walking distance to Hoi An Tran Phu Old Town. This hotel even provide bicycle to ride around.

All was good, great location for walking around the city. Very thorough check in describing everything from things to do to services. Decent breakfast and nice beds. On site spa and sufficient gym.

We had a great experience at La Charm. The staff was lovely and gave us great advice for dining (Morning Glory Original) and activities (Mr. Quy Sunrise Bicycle tour). We also enjoyed the quiet pool and breakfast. Finally, the location is perfect, a 10-minute walk to the center: convenient and peaceful.

Everything. The staff and service they provide is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful with lovely views. The pool is a relaxing space to enjoy a hot afternoon. We booked a room for ourselves and a cheaper room for our son and they provided a free upgrade for his room. The beds are nice and soft!

We loved this hotel! The service is exceptional with all the best advice on where to go, eat, and get tailoring. The breakfast is also best we’ve had in Vietnam, and the rooms are spacious and have strong AC. Def recommend staying here!

We stayed five nights here and enjoyed every one of them. Hotel is very nice, clean and excellent service from staff. Location is great just few minutes walk from old town. Staff was also very helpful to arrange trips that suited us and made the stay very pleasant.
